      Honestly... might be a point I have to. I have a narrowing of the spine in my lower back as well as a partially compressed disc... so... my lower back is a damn mess XD.

      She had a hernia, just like my mom (which is quite similar). So we're quite cautious of ours.

      It's worse than annoying when it acts up worse. Can't lift anything, when my job needs it.

      Hopefully the allergies will lighten up a bit, at the least.
