  1. 1. No. This won't be traditional Fate/. Vixen who is one of my Archers uses guns and firearms primarily. All Characters to my knowledge... are allowed so long as they were used in the CW or Roleplaying forums here. 2. It something that represents something about that character, a concept or an item that represents their struggles in life, the things they stand for and the Techniques borne from them. Some can be objects, others can be concepts etc... I'd ask Murdoc for more specific details. I can too, but I'm not the best at explaining at times lol. I get it, but I'm not so good at spelling it out for those not as familiar with the series. 3. EX is the highest for anything off the charts... however as you'll notice... my characters of the Divine Knights... which are Divine Beings hardly have them. Dust only has any because he is the literal origin ((or considered it anyway.)) of heroism, he was the first person to ever become a hero. EXs are extraordinarily rare and I doubt any characters will have them. Heck... some of the Divine Knights don't even possess any A ranks. ((Snow for example, however Snow is still suuuuuper powerful.)). Once again for more specifics just tlak to one of us via PM. If it's me I'll try but I'm not the best XD. 4. They should be useful and very important things about the character. Something very powerful within their character. It can't just be any old thing. I'd definitely suggest talking to one of us in more detail on that, as quite a few things exist already within fate to describe certain personal skills etc...
  2. 1. I could end up playing Multiple Servants yes XD. As I'm used to playing multiple cahracters and know I'm not going to powergame situations etc... I've said I'm up to it. If it comes to me being Multiple I'll do it XD> 2. Since not sure what your're asking I'm just going to cover both angles here. In regards to Masters and their number of servants, No. Masters can only expressly have 1 Servant. In regards to creating Servant profiles to be played you can have as many of those you want and they will be placed in the list. I suggest asking around if you need any help creating them since there is a bit of weird extras to Servants such as the Personal Skills, Class Requirements etc... Me, Alexus or Murdoc can definitely help out there.
  3. Well... I suppose that's a way to grind your Coffee....
  4. I'll let Murdoc and Alexus explain. They are a loooooooot better at it then me. I understand all of it... I'm jsut not good at explaining why things work etc... What I can tell you is, that yes Servants are played by people in this RP ((the person who they belong to to be precise... so say you get Snow for your Saber Class Servant, that means that I will be playing your Servant.)). In Fate/ Servants are entities with Free Will they aren't mindless automatons. They are sorta... shadows of very powerful people. They are basically the big exaggerated storybook versions of themselves carrying the whole of their legends, what they are known for. They are... more or less People as they are a spirit given a new body. This Body being maintained by the Master that Summoned them. Case in point, this is why they will be played by different people. Servants have free will unless commanded with a Command Seal ((Murdoc or someone will expalin later if they are even being used in this.)) so to show this and make sure it happens, the Master's Player, won't also be the Servant's Player. Some Servants are well known for being impossible to properly control, or go off and do their own things, or sometimes... act more like the head of the pair by bossing around the Master. This reinforces it so that Masters and Servants won't always be on the same page and stops someone from making their servant one of those perfect lap dogs that will do everything you say without hesitation to the letter. The Servant shouldn't end up being a mindless automaton and having another Player play that Master's Servant keeps it from happening.
  5. "Well... this is awkward." Steele said, a smirk on her face. "Guess I'll have to wake sleeping beauty... He's not going to be happy about it though." Johanna had good control over Isamu. That wasn't the issue here. He'd just resent being woken up; He might actually do better right now angry that his nap was disturbed. Whatever was going on... those that were the reason Isamu woke... were about to regret it. Steele pulled the plain pokeball from her jacket's pocket and lazily released the Farfetch'd. He was lying on the floor snoring loudly after a long day of his own training regimen. A tiny snot bubble resided in his duck nose as it got larger and smaller with his breathing. "Typical Isamu. Sleeping like a felled log." the Iron Woman thought to herself. His ability to sleep through anything was almost as powerful as his sword skills. Steele knew just what to do to rouse him from the nice warm throes of sleep. She stood directly up and pushed the chair she was sitting on out of the way behind her to give herself some room. Johanna then took a deep breath adn swung her leg as far back as she could before punting the little duck into the wall. If they knew Isamu... they know it was required to wake him up. The duck smashed into the far wall with a loud bang as his skull collided with the steel of the bulkhead. He hopped up, seeming to not really notice the impact all that much. He was groggy and slow at first waking up slow as ever, when he started to stare at Steele. He flew directly over and started quacking loudly in a rather angry tone. "Yea, yea... you're upset I woke you up from your beauty sleep. I'll make it up to you later for now we have business to attend to." She said to the Farfetch'd now sitting on her shoulder. Isamu harrumphed... clearly a bit upset at the fact he was awake now and not asleep. However he seemed to be ready to lsiten as he stayed right where he was. From the outside, the partnership here... probably didn't seem all that good. But Isamu and Steele were inseparable. They had a kind of understanding of each other that not many could share. They understood each other on a more... spiritual level. They felt like kindred souls; Two warriors trapped in a strange time past that where they were needed. But, maybe they were needed once more. "Be ready, you silly bird. I'm not sure what we are up against yet... but we're going to find out soon I suppose." Steele said. Isamu nodded in response, furrowing his brow. His was going to beat the senses out of those who forced him to be awake right now.
  6. Considering the immense amount of type combos... yea lol. I'm not too surprise you would on the evo thing, I just really hate the idea of evolving through Status Effects... it was pitched for Se7en at one point for something ((forget what.)) but I was like suuuuuuuper against it. I just think it's a poor evo method. I guess I'm just not for "Oops, weedle poisoned my eevee with Poison Sting and I leveled up... guess I'm stuck with this." it just feels really inconvenient and it doesn't sit well with me I suppose.
  7. I still really really think those types of evo are completely horrible ideas. Players don't really have control over it and can get an evo to a mon they don't want because of bad luck... that's just sounds entirely annoying.
  8. The Ivory Tower. "You shouldn't have done that Corwil." Snow laughed loudly. The man had no idea the bad move he made. This wasn't any warrior spirit he had just insulted. It was that of Adalbern, The Bear's Pride. The grizzly man was well known for his warrior's pride and it was clear that such an affront to his character wasn't gong to be accepted. The Mistake had been made. Both Spirits started to solidify their bodies becoming real, more importantly the arms they held did as well. In Adalbern's hand a broad axe started to form from the mist as well as a great heater shield. Not your traditional sword and board... Broad and Board. The man loosed a primal growl of anger. "If you going to take the piss... I might as well take your idiot 'ead from your shoulders." he spouting affixing a stare right at Matthew. He didn't wait much longer either, he leapt right to action. His big body moving much like his namesake of a bear. While he wasn't overly graceful, he was still charging and gaining ground quick. He leveled his axe right at Matthew's shoulder hoping to chop off the Blackguard's shitspewin' gobb. "As you see... I can't take you up on that offer. Sorry..." Snow said, her voice the cold sting of a winter's breeze.
  9. By the way... Chubb... you've seen Excadrill's base stats right? It a huge HP and small defes. If the typing makes up for the defenses it can really go somewhere. Think about defense stats like this. Health is useful for blocking both types of attacks. HP helps you survive both Physical and Special Attacks. The other Defense stats are more specialized and help you survive particular types of attack ((Def being Phys and SpDef being Special as I am sure you're aware.)). May I ask you... what's better to have, general bulk with high HP but not a lot of sepcilization ((lower def stats.)) or super high Specialization, but at the cost of a solid base? Remember, if you have a high base HP you have a solid foundation of health to build upon. You get more out of Defense and SpDef if you have a higher base HP. Defense and SpDef make it better at resisting certain things and makes you're effective HP much higher against certain types of attacks. Think of it like building a house. HP is the foundation and Defense and SpDefense are the Waterproofing or heatproofing, something like that. What good is waterproofing the Foundation if the foundation is shoddy to begin with? If you don't have a good base... Def and SpDef won't help much. So High Base HP, Low Defs > Low Base HP, High Defs in general ((there are cases where it's different lol.)). Does that make Oreon OU material? I have no idea. I'd personally put it on the lower side of UU. It relies on a lot of lower Base Power Moves. Many of them have 65 Base which with Sheer Force and Life Orb does get quite a boost.... but they still aren't the best in the world. It definitely adds to it's STABs ((Play Rough and Crunch.)) so I can;t say it completely horrible. I'd personally low ball the usage level and go with UU on the safe side. THis thing is hard to say where it'd sit without well... testing it. That's just me I suppose.
  10. You ever just listen to a song... and just know from the very bottom of something in yourself that it's just... something great? You then end up finding yourself listening to it everyday and thinking to yourself... maybe you just found your new favorite song lol.

  11. Vixen sighed, no information other than more on something to come. It was nice to know... but it didn't stop the current threat to people out there. "Listen... I only think you a fool because in my shoes... you would be. I don't have the luxury to share any information. I'm the Deviant known as the "Vixen of the Forest." Maybe you've heard of me, I'm not exactly the most loved around these parts. Anyway, before you leave, point me somewhere. You have to know some of the important well known folks around this place. If they have more information about whatever this beast is, I need it. Your Terrasque problem... isn't a concern right now. Maybe once it is I'll be around, but for now I've got something else to hunt. Take this." Vixen flipped him a small stock card, sorta like something a business card would be printed onto. On it was written one thing. Where the stars are best viewed by the sleeping viridian giant. It was a clue as to where to find her later when this terrasque came knockin' and she would be needed for that. There was a small clearing out in the woods somewhere known as the Eye of the Forest. It was a hill that crested bare of trees. It wasn't a hugely known place and was quite far from the city. This is why it was the location that Vixen chose to make camp. It was too dangerous for most to go that far if they didn't know the area. Hell, she wasn't sure if this mediator knew where it was, the clue was a shot in the dark. But... in the dead of night it was the best place to view the stars. The pollution from the city didn't reach,,, and overhead there was no canopy of trees to block your view. It was a beautiful place. "Look for me there and you'll find me when the time comes. FOr now I have to hunt this beast that threatens the people now. But, if in the future this terrasque becomes more dangerous...becomes a very real threat... you know where to find me. I prefer you kept it to yourself until then as well... People hunt me after all." She turned to look back out over the city, before turning around once more. "Oh... and despite what you've heard, I'm not evil. I only remove those that are no better than the beasts themselves. Sometimes the Hunters of a creature hunt them so long... or protect them so long... they become them. I won't lie... I've killed mediators before, but only those that preyed on innocents or tricked them. I don't think you're that kind of person."
  12. "Hmmm, that's fine. I was expecting something a bit different but as a warrior I'm okay with that revelation." Steele wasn't phased. Honestly... she didn't find it too surprising. It was a clever idea to get those dedicated to the cause to show their dedication. It was a way to see just you had the spirit to follow up on something that might not be real, that could just be a legend. Only dedicated folk would seek it out, people who truly intended to go through with it. It was a good way to find those that had the aptitude. Clearly, it made sense why she was here. The others... not as much. She didn't know why they had arrived here. However... as the man knew the name of one their number, it made something very clear. They had eyes and ears out there, at least on some of them that were assembled here. Clearly they orchestrated this to move them towards this place, to have them in specific arrive. Steele noted this. It was very apparent. While they might not seem like much, those assembled here... had to be something. They wouldn't be here otherwise. She wondered just how far this rabbit hole went. Steele smiled with her eyes, they became fierce. Otherwise she remained quite relaxed. Things were about to get interesting. Perhaps all the training she had done... would finally pay off.
  13. Steele was so taken aback by this kid's action... she couldn't help but let loose a little laugh. She didn't really know how to react and was taken off-guard by the whole thing. She smiled slightly. It was the first positive emotion that had come over her face the entire time. Apparently she wasn't immune to them after all. It was a small flash in her otherwise cold exterior. It didn't last long, but it was visible. "He might really be an idiot. Or maybe he's just got a bad attention span. I'm still not sure why on earth he'd want to sit near someone like me, someone he just met. People... are very strange. I've never really understood them I suppose. After all... I've avoided them quite often." Johanna thought to herself. She sipped from her cup of coffee, not particularly savouring the taste fro long, just moving through the motions before responding. "One doesn't bring something up for no reason. I'm sure there is some meaning to this after all. I don't think this man would waste our time with pointless questions. If his goal was to waste our time... we'd still be talking to that Captain." she mused. It must be true to some degree if they were here.
  14. It's not hard at all if you keep on your quests. SO don't worry about that. If you try and have the info and go for the deck you want to play it will certainly work out fro you lol. I'll try and scrape up a bunch of the stuff if I get the time so you don't have to look but Trumps channel definitely has a lot of good starter things on it.
  15. Sorry fro dobule psoting here and sorry for the lack of posts recently guys. I'm just bogged down in a lot of stuff right now so It's been hard to get an update out. Not sure when I'll be able to write the next one. Hopefully you guys can hang in there cause irl is kicking my bum right now.
  16. "I've read into some of them... It's important to exercise the mind as much as it is the body. However... as you said I highly doubt their accuracy. " Steele walked forth and grabbed one a cup of coffee. She didn't care much for it, but there wasn't any tea here... she'd have to settle for the dirt water. She didn't put any cream or sugar into it either. She wasn't one for all that frou-frouy nonsense. The cups were a plain unassuming white. Nothing special or fancy about them, much to Johanna's liking. "So' the answer is yes I have, probably a lot more than some but I doubt even then I have the whole truth of such matters. It hard to find solid evidence of anything that is accurate in the realms of history. After all the winner writes the books, and the history. They already inherently lie in conquer and then it further dilutes in time. Who's to say anyone truly knows the origins of anything anymore. I'd imagine you ahve a good guess if you're asking about it, and that it has some relevance to this situation. One doesn't ask a question with no meaning, or jsut to ask it. They ask to discern something. What is it you are discerning?" Steele asked of the man. She sat back down in her chair still next to the bumbling fool who asked to sit next to her. She wasn't going to be rude and sit somewhere else and just hurt the kid's pride. But still she didn't overly like it. She crossed her leg over her other leaning back in her seat. She looked intently at the man who had seemed to take charge for now. She was interested now. Hopefully there was something to keep hold of that interest.
  17. Reg Bee would be bottom of PU if even used in that. Some mons reg forms are jsut.... well like Beedrill. They are suuuuper outclassed by nearly everything lol. What point is there to Beedrill? It has just terrible stats, no boosting moves other than like... Fell Stinger... it just doesn't have anything to warrant it's use.
  18. Ah Pokemon... it's like never consistent XD.
  19. I'm relatively sure Deino isn't confirmed to be blind. But we don't really know what on earth on the thing around it's head is XD. It only rumoured at best they are blind as it was never confirmed to my knowledge. ((and at least make it a Zweilous Bibs like geez. Hustle at least makes it able to do something. Man trying to give Dan a baby mon.... Unbelievable. ))
  20. Actually... with that example... Lopunny was almost never used at all. It did have a small niche in it's support movepool and the fact that Klutz allowed it to change Switcheroo into some sort of disable ((whether appling a different Status like Burn or giving a choice item to something etc...)) But it still didn't see a huge amount of use in B and W or D/P/PT. I defintiely agree to some aprt that Basic mons should be separate from their Megas... and hell there already ones that are like this. ((Mega Houndoom is deattached from his regular form as well as Gallade.)) SO, I think they are working on some of them to figure out where they go. A lot of the ones stuck to their Mega though... are done so because their Mega does literally their job but better. ((Mega Manectric.)), there really is no reason to use Reg Manectric becuase it's Mega is basically jsut a better version of it entirely. Yes you could use Mane in a lower tier I suppose, but in game and in competitive without restrictions Mega Mane is always better. I think that is the mentality behind it.
