So, my Grandmother has passed today. I am alright for those of you wondering, I went through most of that stuff already. The wait for it to happen was the worst, but as soon as it did, the pressure lifted away. She lead a very good life. I may not be a very religious person, but my family is. But even still, I am happy she can rest finally after these past few months of suffering. I might be a little less active in the coming days, so I ask all of you guys to bare with me. "It sounds like something that is a problem for the Cinder Knights, does even you order not know?" Jupiter asked. *** A brilliant smell wafted throughout the camp now as Curfew put on the gumbo. The smell of crushed red pepper and other spices lazily spread throughout the the area. It slightly singed the eye, not enough that it would hurt, but enough that you could feel the heat. It was actually invigorating, and it really got the senses moving. The smell would have cleared even the most clogged of sinuses. It mingled with the scents of the forest, the two actually playing well off each other. They didn't clash, in fact they played together in a very strange way. The grass was complemented by the spice. The other Gnolls in the group ((and Squirmy!!!)) started to gather around Curfew. And Curfew's hum became that of a song. "Oh great winds of the goddess carry us home~, Our feet are weary and blistered, and just want to come home.~" he sang out into the world and soon the other Gnolls joined in another verse, even Tiny did some singing. He hummed deeply, not singing any words, but adding a booming base. "Queen of the Nomads, show our paws and our feet where to go, for we have lost our way. Our swords and our spears let them stay where they lay. We have killed too many brothers today.~" "We can never go back to the place where we were born, for our brothers we have scorned. But, we still wish to go home all the same. Please Queen of the Winds, show us the way for wherever you guide us, it shall not be astray." "Guide our feet for they are blistered and weary, Great Nomad Mother, we sons didn't get along today. They still have a land a home to home even if it bleak and dreary. So, please lead our feet to somewhere they can lay." Squimry now started to sing on his own, perhaps a verse that he added, the others hummed softly behind him. "Really friends, where are you going? Lost you say? Well, Perhaps I can find the path.~, He was a lone goblin lad, come across a group of gnolls tired and sad. He asked them where they went, all they they nary knew anymore." They all started to billow back into song. "And that was how the Runners were formed. A group of dastardly Gnoll cads" "And Squirmy, a cute Goblin lad!" the goblin quickly injected. "Who had a song in their soul. It told them to Run from the plight. But nay, THEY SAID NO!!!" "We will clog the damn machine with our bodies and souls, The Gentleman or the Death Angels aren't go to get what they want for free, Not until they pay the Runner's Fee!!!" -
Guys, I need to give you all a heads up. There are so family issues going on for mw right now. ((I would rather not discuss it yet. I am not in the headspace for it.)) So, I might not be as diligent as I usually am and Graterras may get put on the back burner for a few days.

Oh shoot thanks man, you totally reminded me I needed to plop the song for the Dream sequence in that chapter yet lol. It is now there, went with a more upbeat one this time Going to try and find a song for the battle thing, but I don;t want it to be some booming epic, it needs to be energetic that it comes off as fight music, but not in a powerful way. More in a trickstery way because Elaine when she is forced to fight fights more with her cunning and using her knowledge to defeat people she would normally have no right beating. Basically, she is very smart and fights not with her strength, but with her mind. ((If I had to give her a character class like in Graterras, it would be Monk. However, one might notice that it wasn't character class in my rp. I kinda cut ti after thinking it wouldn't fit in well, but I kinda don't believe that anymore. I may Put it into the RP, but I kinda don;t want to because people that might have wanted said class at the beginning may have gotten screwed out of it. Honestly it was a similar thing with Druids, but I still feel they in a way overlap with Rangers too much in a forum RP so i doubt I will add them, but I am definitely thinking about it.))

Wonder if I should do the Type Quiz, but for the characters I am writing. You know kinda like an exercise to feel out their personalities. It is a bit silly, but sometimes silly is a good way to jsut get a good idea of what something is XD.

Na, you think I could pull off some of the people in Graterras for awhile? They come from a completely different world XD. Of any of them Elaine may be fun for awhile, that would be weird for me to method act a woman, and many of the other characters I don't 100% know well enough to pull off in that kind of a way.

I mean, as a host in Graterras, I could literally make the gods tear apart the world at any point..... they are feisty guys. Will people want to play an RP I do ever again? Hell no, but that doesn;t mean I can;t do it XD.

Vixen for now walked back with Garen. She didn't know if she could really trust him. She had never put that much trust into one human ever since...... she pushed the thought from her mind. It was too hard to think of him. It wasn't that he broke her trust, but that he died horribly....not from the virus but from her mistakes. The last person that trusted her that completely lost his life. Vixen didn't want an others to die because of her, and she would make sure it wouldn't happen. She had saved Zero twice now. That idiot was staying alive if she had anything to say about it. But, she would would never tell him. Vixen, it wasn't that she didn't care, but that she cared too much. She distanced herself to avoid feeling the pain she did the last time. "I would rather go to bed, I am tired." she said rather plainly. "You aren't so bad. Thank you. It might be good to have at least one person on the squad that doesn't hate me. Even, I am human."

I was actually trying to find one for ya Rose....couldn't quite. You are bit hard for me to pin. I intend to do one for every one in the RP forum that I have RPed with at some point. You guys are the reason I am still here at Reborn, and you all are important enough to me to deserve a song.

You can use me first as an example. Go wild people. Some of my selections. Arky-Kun I picked this one becuase I get this sense of wonderment every time I stumble into Ark's music selections for the week. It is like going on a new musical journey One I thought I would never have known to take. This one could double for Cow's, but I want to find Cow his own theme. I really do appreciate the music you guys put on your profiles every now an then. I really get to find some new stuff I might have never found. ((mostly because I am lazy as hell.)) Stratos. I picked this because it reminds me of the sense of grandure your world gives to me. I felt awed when I read through all those preliminary drafts of the Sky Slayer world. The story and the world just felt so big and awe inspiring. You inspire me to feel that way with the way you write, and it makes me happy to know that I helped you come into your own in World Building. You really are a different style of writer than I am. You show the grandiose, the epicness that is a world in it's full scale. Whereas I am more a guy who likes to show the detail of the people, how they function and to answer the inter-personal questions in life. I love that writing style of yours, and I hope to see you keep it up. ZephyrEnyalos ((I think it is spelled that way, I can;t really remember cause I always call you Miss Zephy and well....on the forums you currently have your christmasy name lol.)) Can I say, I just love talking to you for endless hours about Graterras. It is honestly one fo the reasons I write so much and have actually considering honing my craft. That Someone can get so excited over the work I do, it makes me so happy. Honestly, I never thought I was any good at writing, but you have really helped me change my opinion of that, and the fact that even one person can get so excited about it like you do, it makes me happy. I picked this song because well, it could possibly be Graterras's theme, but also because well you are awesome to me XD. Cowtao I promise I am looking for one, but I haven't found one that quite encompasses all that is Cow to me yet. I am also looking to add more for other people, but I would have to look very much into it and find what is their essence to me. The themes Ark randomly keeps giving Hukuna Archive. I have every single one you have given to me and they for now, total 4. ((including the one above.))

She only had so many of those, it wasn't like she could visit her cousin anytime soon, though one's life is a bit more important than a bit of sentimentality, she couldn't help but be a bit miffed by it. "Waste of a good muffin though." she said out loud.

I am probably going to drop at this point, I kinda feel like I am a bit too far behind, and that well frankly I don't feel right popping Lupus straight back in after all this stuff happened where he didn't do anything. ((should mention, I already knew what was going to happen.......as I have seen the entire plot for Aftermath already XD.))

"Don't make any sudden movements" Vixen said under her breath. She wormed her hand slowly to her boot where the hilt of a knife could be seen if one was looking. She pulled it out, but promptly hid it in her sleeve. She waited for a second, breathing, watching for any sudden movements, she would act as soon as anything happened.

Vixen could have been, but I am not going to do that since it would be abit of a powerplay. But anyway dang, Vixen didn't even bring her guns. Welp, at least she has probably 6 to 7 knives.

There had to be some connection, or something tangible they were looking for there, or it was a distraction, something to pull attention away from somewhere else. It could be many things, but they are clearly after something dangerous to humans, that furthers their goal. Thus, clearly their goal to wipe us out. Extremists. Innocent lives mean nothing to them, and we best treat them as what they are, terrorists. No group worth it's weight attacks something so public if they don't mean to harm people." -
I always say, if you are going to do something at least put in some effort. Music can add so much to a piece. With just the audio queues that help reinforce the emotions. They drive home my meaning what I want to be felt form the words I had written. The craziest part is I didn;t plan any of this, I went with what I felt needed to be written there. I didn't sit here and think for hours upon hours, or write draft after draft. I typed that whole Chapter in one go off the top of my head. It humbles me to see this kind of a reaction to my work, because I honestly never thought I would be this good at any one thing. It definitely makes me reconsider my stance on writing Graterras as a novel. I just like being able to talk through a character and just discuss how I feel about things. So much of that is just my honest musings things that if I was like Elaine I would probably think about all the time myself. Something just feels so fresh and so invigorating to just write I don't know. And I am glad people can read along and enjoy the ride with me. The makes it all the better, that something I wrote could move someone in such a way as to really bring to them an emotion. That means what I felt was translated to into that text. And I feel that is a hard feat to accomplish. So, I am glad that anybody is reading it, and even more happy that people enjoy it. And I am bloody elated. It makes the time I spent writing it, honestly so worth it. I will probably write a lot more if I can, we aren't nearly done with Elaine yet.

"All I know is some group....Utopia? Haven?....EH, some stupid new society bullshit name, attacked. I don't know what they were after. Definitely were awoken like me though." Viktor said, he struck a match as he lit a cigar. "One thought he could convince me to join them, I blew his brains out. Later, another attacked had the power to create complete darkness. Zeus and Puddleboy had to use almost all of their power to get enough light for me to see the bastard, and swiftly end him. The entire attack hinged on an explosion caused in the estate. It was said to be set off by a man named Cyrus. I was told he was confirmed dead by Zeus, but that is as far as I know on that matter. Anything else, Ms. Archer?"
