lol, they do. I think I have a much more slow approach, not like an edge of your seat thing for Graterras. Though, I think my reveals are pretty awesome lol. anyway back on subject, can't wait lol.

"His name is Ethnic? Hmmm, I really don't know why he doesn't like me. I don't really know any of you people, I just remember being attacked by some 1-eyed Lion thing and his Old Man master." Byron said, after that, I don't really remember anything other than a trail with this judge, and some strange rat creature who claims he was a part of me. Anyway, I don't mean any of you harm, so long as you don't mean any to me." he said this as he reached for The God's Hand, he opened the chamber, checking it's ammo count. He closed it with a spin and started to level it at the ground, checking the sights. "Hopefully, I can pick off some of them from here. It is a good vantage point. Shame I don't have Betsy, otherwise this would be much easier."

"Oh no this Darkness isn't for me to hide in, just for you to prepare for your inevitable doom." As he uttered Doom, the Darkness quickly dispersed. Nero could see the Knight standing deadly still, His entire hand Covered in flame. His Sword became engulfed with it, and he slung forth a Giant Fireball. This spell was powerful, so much so that it felt like it burned the very air around it. It would take a miracle to dodge it. Nero knew this, because as soon as it impacted, it would explode.Steele pivoted on his feet, and rushed forward. He started to level a blow towards the Knight. But the Creature's Whip wormed it's way onto his sword. He pulled Steele towards him, and then Punched him hard in the chest, sending him flying backwards.

"I suggest you all be careful" Byron yelled up at the ones in the trees. "All I know is that the creatures tend to gather around them." Byron walked into the portal as well. "I hope you don't mind me being here, I know I don't really know any of you, but here's hoping you will accept me for now."

"You lot actually put up with that? No way to treat people you consider part of your group." scoffed Byron. "Anyway, we best get to a defensible position. It is about to be night soon. And we are about to be up to our eyeballs in monsters."

Orpheaus-Frontliners "Marcus, and you lot. You should see to your friend. I am sure he doesn't want to see me anytime soon." Orpheaus said. "I fear for Sigurd. He has the same resolve my brother did. The very same resolve that forced me to end my brother's own life. Noble Ideals only can get you so far, but if you cling to them as if they are the only thing that matters, they will lead you down a twisted path. Though Sigurd is probably right, I am not worth my salt as a Warrior, I never wanted to be one, I am forced to." He sat down looking solemn. He felt like he did back when his brother said similar words to him. Back when his brother thought he could change everything for the better. His brother had gone down the wrong path, and He hoped Sigurd didn't as well. Bjorn stood there dumbfounded, he placed away his sword, but didn't move. The same with Chauff.

"I don't know who you are, but if you are going to speak to me, at least address me by name." said Byron to Ethnic. "I am Lord Byron the 3rd, and I suggest we stop squabbling quickly, there are much more dangerous things in level of Hell than that Ratman."

Steele rushed forward, reckless abandon in his stride. He went to slash at the Death Knight's Head. He simply stepped out of the way, almost as if he had known exactly what he would do. "It pays of having lived for centuries, had to be taken by surprise. I have seen that sword style before." Having 2 enemies either side of him the Death Knight acted quickly. He cracked his whip, causing it to give off a shower of black energy. A Cloud of Darkness grew around him. It was a dense area of Umbral darkness, no light penetrated it at all. It slowly engulfed Steele and Nero both. It felt terrifying to know that the Death Knight could be anywhere, at anytime and you would never know it. "Are both of you ready for this fight?" rang out the dry raspy voice. "I will not fight opponents that are not ready to face me."

Byron stepped up behind the women, showing himself more than previously. Might as well back her up a bit, and not get overwhelmed. "I am not 100% sure what she wants, but no sense in being cold in your negotiations, all that shows is that you don't really care about the outcome. Why would she want to make a deal with you if that was the case?"

DO send me it, would be good to know.

Yea it is all good Notus, in that instance it was fine. (I said it was, so.......yea lol.)

"I think we are fine, she did heal me after all." Said Byron as he jumped up off the ground. He brushed off his Suit since it was now covered in dirt. He didn't really notice who had said it, let alone would he have even really recognized Ethic. Most of his encounters with the others didn't last long, nor did he have time to really get their faces. Quincy had seen more of them than he, and now that rat was running around somewhere, lurking.

Only Quincy would have been able to if he saw it coming, he moves faster than a normal Human, but he didn't, so hit him square in the face. He kinda is a rather ineffective villain at the moment since everyone grouped up, but he will be hunting you guys. Now that he knows of his Lightning powers.....might be much more dangerous as well. (since he no longer relies totally on his guns.) ((oh and sorry lol, I can't really help myself to teaching people around here, I mean some of the people even call me the RP Sensai. Basically, I am guessing you have some RP experience, which is awesome, since it saves me having to teach somebody completely new. But if anything ever does come up, don't hesitate to ask me anything lol.))

Also do keep in mind, don't auto hit people's character's too much. I let you do it in that case because you had the drop on them and they were both engrossed in their battle. Let's just say don't do that all the time. (Had a situation early on were it happened, don't want that to repeat itself.)

Steele and Odin- Recon Team "Alright, Lad, come back if you can." said Odin, sadness in his eyes. He didn't want 2 of them to lose their lives over this, but Nero had a point. Odin got Jeneve and both headed back to Passthrough, not looking back once. "So, you are staying? Fine, but don't say I didn't warn you." Said Steele, a look of rage on his face. It wasn't directed at Nero, but more the Ugly Knight of Death, slowly trudging towards them. The air felt like it was full of evil energy, and unholy power. "Two pieces of Fresh Meat? Oh my day has gotten so much better." said the Hideous Creature. He now pulled out a second weapon. His sword was now accompanied by a Black Whip, covered Umbral Spines, something glinted on the ends. "Nero, I am glad I have someone to fight alongside. If we can survive, that would be grand, but as long as we take down this bastard, I don't care what happens." said Steele as he drew a long sword from his belt. It design was one Nero hadn't really seen much of before. He might have known it was called a Katana, but he had probably never seen one in his life. It was a simple Blade, made for one purpose, killing.

It is all about Balance my friend. For an RP, spur of the moment is much more useful though, as you need to be able to adapt to the others playing their characters as well. However as a writer it is good to be able to just come up with stuff. I feel you will make a good writer one day Strat, it just takes time to get there, so don't stress lol. Glad I could shine a bit of a light for ya, on what it means to be a writer. Sometimes it is the stuff other people discover about our world, and our characters, that is the most interesting stuff.

Quincy bounced off after getting punched in the face, a bit of blood running from his nose. Byron lay on the ground after taking a blow from nowhere, he was face down. "I don't know who it was that attacked me, but I could have killed that Rat and got him out of our hair for a bit." said Byron, still lying on the ground. "He is trying to keep keep everybody he can here so that he can kill us for the rest of eternity."

Yea, I am afraid not going to be changing my posts too much, Orpheaus would till feel he is under attack by you. (A lot less of a chance he will be using Deadly force to dislodge you, but still he is on edge, I mean you did sneak up behind him and grab him, how is he supposed to know you aren't trying to kill him.). i will remove the mention of the blade, but everything else will stand as of right now. Oh and Flux, just so you know, Steele is sort of lying to you about your illusions not working, some still will. He just doesn't want you to die at his expense, so up to you if you stay, though it will get very dicey as the Lesser Undead are coming.

Brass-Wall Team A strange rustle could be heard outside the tent, Brass wondered who it possibly could be. "Hold on a moment, Dru, we have visitors, though I know not who they could be." He said as he shuffled to the door. It was a bit funny watching him walk inside the tent, though it was huge, he still had to bend down slightly or risk taking the whole tent with him. It was evident Brass was giant, more so now then it had been for Dru. He opened the flap to see 2 women standing outside, both familiar to him. "Oh, something the matter with the archery training you two? Als o hello Jupiter, glad too see you took over control with Helze." ((I am not going to go over Jupiter's looks again for just Dru, but please do note, Silver hair, Emerald Green eyes, is currently and most likely always will be barefoot.)) "Huh what do you mean Brass?" the Silver-Haired Girl asked. Must of been Jupiter Dru thought to himself. "I mean I knew all about the little problems with you guys, I was just waiting to see if you could stand up for yourself. I find that quality important in people, especially leaders. How can you stand up for the others under your command, if you can't stand up for yourself?" Brass mused, seeming a little smug about the wisdom he just shared. "Anyway, what were you two here for?"

"Haven't seen her I can't say, Maybe she wondered off." Theo said. "If she is a friend of yours we can look for her, but we really must get moving, perhaps she already left for the mountain."

Well Notus, I approve of all your work so far. You make a fine host. (Maybe even better than me lol.) Also Strat, no need to be upset about not realizing it. (I actually kinda think the fact you couldn't see it made the character even more genuine, if you did all of that just by pure spur of the moment actions that is a very powerful thing to have as an author. You can plan out things etc, but I don't feel that way makes them fell as genuine. To me Ethic feels like he could be a real person, were as if you rehearsed what his sins were etc......I think he would feel like a canned stock character. I don't know if you are reading Graterras at all, but I will tell you, I have very little planned for my main characters, I prefer they flow by the moment. Hell, I came up with some of them last minute and threw them in there. Jupiter I literally made up on the spot, and she fits in almost better than Orpheaus who is a character I have had in it since the beginning of writing Graterras.)

Bang!!!!! All of a sudden the serene silence was broken by gunshots. THey rung out through the whole gardens, seeing as there was little to stop the sound from traveling. "You shame me Byron, you say you are a killer but you don't enjoy it? What is the point in that? Why not give into the darkness, and bathe in their blood?" shouted a crazy ratman. "If I do that, everything I do is for nothing but myself, I never wanted to be a killer!" the man shouted. The Rat repositioned himself, standing on top of a nearby hedge. Byron below hid just out of the beast's sight. "You would never understand me, you are a fiend that kills out of enjoyment, I kill to preserve those I protect. I bloody my hands so nobody else has to." "Soooooooooo Noble of you. Pathetic worm......". replied the crazed Ratman. "SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!!!!" yelled Byron, at the top of lungs. It echoed throughout the garden almost as loud as the gunshots before. Energy surged in Byron's body. His eyes started to glow Green, and spark. He placed his hand forward, out of instinct A green bolt of Lightning flew forth, crackling the air. The Ratman looked terrified as the bolt struck him dead in the chest. It hung there for a second, but started to convert colour. It slowly converted from an emerald green, to a crimson red. It sunk into his chest, as he stood there dazed. "What the hell? What did you do? CAN I DO THAT TOO?" The ratman yelled, a terrifying look of glee on his face. He then conjured a bolt of his own, this time of the same crimson red. He flung it towards Byron, who was to stunned to move after what had happened. It produced the same results. "Dammit, DAMMIT, DAMMIT! I WANTED TO SEE YOU FRY BYRON!!!!!!" Shouted the Ratman, at the top of his lungs.

"I am sure Brass could work up something for us, perhaps we should go find him? I can lead you to his tent. and don't worry about them staying in-line once we go, I got my girls keeping an eye on things." Jupiter said.
