Raindrop Valkyrie

A horrid squawking sound came from around the Ravine. "Oh shit, it is early this year. EVERYONE GET TO THE OTHER SIDE!" Odin yelled. all of a sudden swarm of very strange creatures were flying towards the bridge. They had the head of a Humming Bird, complete with it's long beak, and the body of a Giant Bat. They were twisted creatures, probably brought into this world by a magical accident or experimenting. Or maybe they were just disgusting creations of Draven. "They are called Stirge, they usually are migrated to the Marshes, but they have come back early this year. Watch out they suck blood." Odin shouted as he began to pick up his pace.

Just so you guys know I am not mad at you guys lol. I will continue with the rp lol. I was just getting really frustrated since both of you guys kept posting more and more stuff and there was no way for me to get a word in edge-wise. ((and when I finally did, it was like 3 posts too late, and no longer made sense in any way lol.))

"Alright then you guys get off for now." said the Rat atop the bookcase. He put the shotgun in it's holster, and began leaping across the cases. "And don't forget Quickshot Quincy spared you once." he said as he went on his way.

Yea I am going to cool off a bit before I do anything else. Got a bit worked up. But seriously guys you got to let me be able to react to things, other-wise there is no point of me even being here, instead of just ganging up on me so much that I can't post.

((Serousily I am done with this, you guys totally ret-conned my character and didn't even give me a chance to do a thing. I might have as well been an NPC that whole encounter since you forced me into it.))

Seriously why I am even here? you guys aren't even giving me a chance to react. I am seriously done with this RP if you guys keep doing this, you aren't even letting me do anything.

"Old man? What Old Man? I don't remember an Old man." he laughed uncontrollably. "I only sees you Varmints down there. I will leave you Varmints alive if you want, but keep pressing me and I have no other options."

I don't think you can change it now, since the rp started, but that is up to Notus. In my Judgement, no because the RP already started, and it wasn't originally listed. Also Tamer Quincy isn't on the ground he is atop the bookcases still. Not really fair of you to decide my character fell IMO, since KH left me an opportunity to do something.

The ratman jumped to the next Bookshelf. ((on the side it didn't topple)). "I don't know who you guys are, but you sure aren't nice. Maybe I have to kill you. Or I could let you live." The ratman laughed like a psycho. "Real nice view up here Partners, nice for A Gunslinger like me!"

"Oh HELLO BOYS!!!!!!!!!" said the Rat as he leapt to the bookshelves trying to climb to the top, he inadvertently knocked over a lot of books on his way up.

I trust you to balance yourself well. So I am not worried.

"Well they are no fun, running off. Might as well continue looking for the treasure while they are scrambling" Thought Byron to himself. It had been awhile since Byron heard any noises of the others He had been walking for a little while now, when he came across something strange. Under a glass case at the end of one of the aisles was a Black Stone. It was about the size of his head. Byron's courtesy got the better of him. He lifted the glass off the Pedestal, leaving the Rock sitting there. It had strange runes Carved into the side of it, but that was the least weird thing. Byron Noticed it was slightly pulling on the metal of his belt buckle, and the metal in his guns. "A Lodestone? What the hell is that doing here? Not everyday you find one of these." Byron thought aloud. "It must have some significance if it is here,and Lodestones are pretty rare, being naturally magnetic and all." Byron went to take the stone, but as soon as he touched it searing pain racked his body. It shot from his hand all the way throughout. He collapsed to his knees, screaming in pain. He felt his body shifting, bones reshaping, muscles moving into new places. It hurt more than anything he had ever experienced before. Then he noticed he started to sprout fur. He felt even more pain as his very skull rearranged itself. By the end of the process Byron was gone, a new stranger creature in his place. "Hmmmm, where am I?" said the new creature in his deranged voice. "Oh, that is a nice looking stone, I think I will take it." The new creature placed the Lodestone into a messenger bag he was carrying. Somehow most of Byron's Gear and clothing survived the transformation, even if his mind didn't.

Others, lovely, should have known there would be others. Byron thought to himself. Lucky for me they seem under-equipped, if if fire now they will probably run off, but there is no fun in not making it dangerous for them. "I am sorry, but if it is the treasure you are after, it belongs to me." Byron said a wicked smile on his face. "It is time for a sermon." Byron leveled his Shotgun towards the man. Not even waiting for a response, he let go another shot, Sending molten lead hurling down the aisle.

All of a Sudden a Giant Cat Beast jumped into the Isle. Byron would have thought it a Lion except it had only one eye. Not being one to wait around, Byron fired The Preacher at it while it was occupied eating something. Most of the buckshot Landed in it's head and shoulders. "Amen, Hell-Beast." said Bryon, smoke rising from the gun barrels. The 2 empty Shells clicked on the floor as he reloaded.

Yea, so much fun, huh? Why i got it out of my system right away in Graterras. Too tempting not too. Also not sure how Byron's powers will come into play, but hopefully it will soon. Also if he gets horribly murdered, I won't be too bummed, he kinda deserves it. He is a horrible human being.

"Your sentence doesn't scare me, I am guilty of nothing so I have nothing to fear, but I will play your game for now." Byron said as he walked down the aisles of the Library, his gun still drawn. He hoped to be through this place soon, it felt too inviting, as it reminded him of his home. He heard this was a place of horrors, so far it was only musty old books. He hoped for something more, interesting.

"Kho is a Warrior." said Olrien. "We aren't typically willing to sit down and talk about feelings." He sighed. "He reminds me a lot of myself, before Eleri set me straight. I was so blinded by my honour, my pride, that I wouldn't let anyone near me. I thought it was weak to show that I was merely mortal, like we all are." Olrien thought back to his days in training. An interesting time, indeed. "I remember I almost killed a kid, back when I was training to be a knight. He was crying about loosing a practice fight, so I forced him to fight me to toughen up. After that I realized what I was becoming." Olrien sighed. "That is why I like to take pride in arts that create, rather than destroy. I don't want to take pleasure in something that can take everything away from somebody." Olrien went back to sipping his tea. "There is some tea left in the Pot if you Gents want any." He said a small smile on his face.

"Of course! A Man should take Pride in his work. Otherwise it won't be worth doing." Byron yelled back at the voice.

"I've got nothing to hide so your judgement will be easy." Bryon smiled to himself. "Every Person I killed deserved it in their own way." Byron whipped out his calling card, a Double Barreled Shotgun. It was an old Break action, pretty ancient, but that was the beauty of it. Why have more than one shot if you only need 1? "Oh Preacher, we have had some good times, you and me." he said. His Revolver Gleamed at his side. Another antique weapon. A Six Shooter, mostly like a very high caliber. It looked as if it was a Cowboy's Handgun one time in it's life cycle. This was a storied gun, but those stories Byron didn't know. He only knew of the Targets he eliminated with it. He could see every last ones face. Each another tick on his tally. 45 in total, 57 if you count the all out gunfight he was in a month ago. He was a well respected Hitman in his circle, but by no means the best. He meant to rectify that here and now. "I will find that treasure no matter what, and anybody standing in my way, better think twice."

"Aye indeed, we should get moving" said Odin as he also prepared to cross. He had crossed here many times, it was nothing new to him, though it still creeped him out. It felt as if Draven himself was watching you, as if at any moment something could spring out of the Darkness. Odin was just glad they didn't have to go down into the ravine. He heard the tales about how Shadow Dragons Lived down there. They were special beings, whose scales caught shadows and cloaked them. There were also rumors of Black Dragons, but they preferred the Swamps. Another reason not to go trough Dirgesong. Thought Odin to himself.

Na it is fine lol, just letting ya know.

"It is the only way that doesn't lead into the Dirgesong Marsh, and that place is rittled with undead. Espicially now that 2 Lich Lords have apparently risen from the grave and are fighting an Undead war." Odin Laughed. "So know you why I would rather choose a rickety old bridge over the God of Darkness's Birthplace."

Pssst.. Zephyr, Draven is the god of Darkness and Chaos, Not Death. God of Death is named Mortimer. so you need to change your post lol.

"Your telling me." said Odin with a hearty Laugh. "I have to walk this path once a month to get fresh Apples for the Bar. They only grow near Passtrough, Somehow it hasn't fallen yet the old thing, but it has seen it fair share of days."
