Theo saw something that looked blueish on the riverbank. He might not have seen it if it weren't for how keen his eyes were. All the experience he had from searching for relics made his vision very sharp and he had great observation skills "I see something strange, not sure what it is I will check it out Lady Nivia. And don't worry I won't stray too far from the banks." he said as he hopped onto the banks. His little stubby legs carried him along the banks until he was sure he was at the area he saw the Blue blob. Theo saw a small pokemon, a Cyndaquil. He didn't now if it noticed him yet so he stopped moving, He put down his walking stick and opened the Handkerchief tied to the end getting out an Oran Berry. He rolled it just hard enough that it would hopefully stop in front of the little Cyndaquil. He then spoke in as calm a voice as possible. "Hello there! No need to hide, me and my friend come in piece." Theo didn't know if the little guy was afraid of him and Nivia, but he knew he was afraid of something.

Theo didn't reply, though Nivia probably knew what he would have said. The Little Pancham, held on with all of his might. The flew down the river pretty quickly, Theo reckoned that the direction they were headed was towards the Mountain that the anomaly happened at. He wondered if the wind was coming from there, the wind felt strange enough, maybe it could be related to the anomaly or it could just be a coincidence. These thought raced through his head along with a lot of thoughts of what would happen to him if he lost the grip he had on Nivia. Theo tried to push those thoughts from his mind, remaining silent for most of the trip.

Gardenia "Tropuis, Whirlwind! Keep that Zangoose away!" Gardenia barked. The Flying Dino started beating it wings quickly, fanning huge amount of air towards to Zangoose to keep it from moving. The Venusaur was too exhausted to move after the Frenzy Plant. "Celebi, use Heal Bell!" she shouted to the little pokemon. The small tinkle of a bell started, echoing around the room. The burns from the Venusaur disappeared Immediately.

Olrien cleaned the Blood from Winter's Gale, as he put it back into it's sheathe. "Thank you Gillem." He said in response. However he didn't want to be complimented on his Sword and Battle techniques, Olrien always saw them as undesirable skills, that he wished only to use to protect people. He didn't let Gillem know however because he didn't want to offend the man. Thump! A loud sound came from behind Olrien, the big brute of a man Brauis had just fallen over. "Somebody should check on him, though knowing Berserkers he probably just tired himself out." Olrien said as he took a swig from his flask. -

Olrien Felt his strength come back, was it a second wind? He figured it was a light amount of magic, though whether it was Koz or Eleri he didn't know let alone was it the time for that. Another Scraeth slowly approached him. He struck with his blade at the hinge of the claw, then boosted himself with the wind over to the other claws, deftly removing both. The Scraeth now defenseless turned to run, Olrien let it run off and moved on. He ran over to Gillem. "I think their numbers are low enough they may begin to flee after the decimation of their force." Olrien said as Scraeth towards the back started to flee. Primal Instincts must of kicked in after watching 3 of their Leaders fell. A few Stragglers were still looking for a fight. Olrien stood next to GIllem his sword at his side. The Greenish Blood of the Scraeth running down the blade made it look like the Man's face carved into the hilt was crying tears made of emeralds in the desert sun. -
Gardenia "Venusaur, Frenzy Plant." Gardenia said, venom flowing in her words. The Venusaur shot Giant Vines towards the Drapion catching it midair and dissipating the small shadowy blob. It began to try and crush the Scorpion Pokemon. "Tropius, Growth." The flying Dinosaur suddenly shone brightly for a second, then seemed to be bigger, the strange banana like fruit on it chin especially so. Gardenia released her last Pokemon without saying a word, though it would be easily noticeable despite it's small size. A small Celebi Floated out of it's ball shiny ever so slightly in the dim room. Lupus Lupus looked for Lobo, unsure if he managed to stay up through the Twin Earthquakes. He saw the Hound clinging to the wall with his claws, however badly hurt even off the ground since the walls shook with almost as much force. "Lobo, Nasty Plot back to normal levels, then Inferno on those vines to free Drapion." Lobo bounded towards the vines, he let out another Scarlet Blast of flames, this one a bit out of control, the heat was probably intense for the Drapion hopefully, he would't be burned as well as the Venusaur. The Scarlet Flames licked at the VInes as they slowly died, and turned into ash.

As Nivia finished her statement a group of Trevenant came running around the corner. However they didn't even notice the two, they were spooked of something. They seemed to be afraid, and didn't even acknowledge the 2 as they sprinted past. Theo looked at Nivia, he was concerned, if the Trevenant were spooked it was nothing ordinary that made that wind. "We need to be out of here Lady Nivia, I suggest we get to the river now!" Theo said as he started to move his little legs in that direction, he hoped Nivia would follow him, since he didn't believe they could take on whatever this force was.
-
"Aye indeed Miss Nivia, I will help you, luckily, even as a little Pancham, I am still pretty strong." As he said this he went over to a log and grabbed it with his small hands. He then began spinning it around and around, he had used Circle Throw. The log landed on top of the other with a hearty smack, He kept doing this until eventually the hole was mostly sealed. "There, that should be good" He said as he opened the Brass Pocketwatch around his neck. "Hmmm...didn't take too long either." he said as he plucked a small leaf from a nearby log, and preceded to place it in his mouth. Then all of a sudden a strange wind started to howl, Theo didn't feel like it was natural. This wind felt like it was sinking into his mind, ever so slightly. It was uncoftable and sent shivers down the little bear's spine. "Lady Nivia? Did you hear and feel that too? and if so what was it?" He asked staring at the Dewgong, quite wide-eyed.

Gardenia The Shaymin fell, it was knocked out instantly. Anger could be easily seen in Gardenia's face. "Go Venusaur, and go Tropius. " Two more big Grassy Dinosaur creatures came out into the battle field, "Tropius, Leaf Storm. Venusaur, Mega Evolve, and then Earthquake. Same for you Torterra, also use Earthquake." Lupus "Lobo, use Overheat on that Torterra Now!" A huge Scarlet Cone of Flames Left the Houndoom's Muzzle, followed by a billowing Cloud of Smoke, The Torterra took the full brunt of the attack, falling but still getting the Earthquake going by slamming himself to the ground hard. The twin Earthquakes shook the room extremely violently, as Ceiling lamps crashed down from above, spraying glass everywhere.

"Well, to be fair I fell asleep for a few hours as well, so pretty much as long as I did." said Theo as he chuckled. "I didn't get much sleep the day before since I was out collecting, it tends to happen sometimes." Theo turned and stopped at the entrance. He let out a single tear, as he looked at this small home he made for himself. " I will be away form here for awhile Lady Nivia, all I hope is I get to come back here one day. But for now finding out how to get you home and finding out my past are more important." He pulled a small blue handkerchief out of the supplies he had, and dabbed the corners of his eyes with it, it was the first time he would leave this house of his, this was all a bit overwhelming for the little Pancham. But he wanted to find his answers, so it was time to try the unknown.

Lupus Lobo flew like an arrow straight towards the Shaymin "Lobo, use Fire Spin!" Lupus shouted. The dark hound opened his scarlet Muzzle as a scarlet flame spiraled out of it's mouth, colliding with the Shaymin. As it hit the thing it was forced to the ground in the twisting inferno. Lobo landed on his feet between the Shaymin and the Torterra. The fire had collided with the Seed Flare destroying it leaving the Drapion able to hit the Torterra squarely in it's head. Gardenia "That's Impossible!" yelled Gardenia as she watched what unfolded before her. Her Shaymin was now stuck in a Fire Spin and her Torterra took a nasty blow to the head. "Torterra! Earthquake again!". Once again the Torterra slammed it feet on the ground as the whole building started to shake violently. Gardenia shaked with a visible Rage angered at the party outsmarting her and their sheer numbers.

Gardenia "Shaymin, shoot a Seed Flare, knock the Drapion out of the sky!" as Gardenia commanded, the little beast fired a green Pulsing energy towards the Drapion. The Torterra braced itself for the impact so long as the Drapion was somehow not hit. Lupus "I've got your back Jory, so long as that Torterra lays off the earthquakes we will be fine, but hurry up with that, I don't think Rin and Josh can hang on much longer by the looks of this." Lupus said, the urgency prominent in his voice. Lupus let Lobo loose, the Black Hound releasing Fire from his Scarlet Muzzle. He wasn't happy about his missing horn.

Theo ran on his little feet about his house carefully considering what to bring along with him. He had a hard time feeling he would have to leave his artifacts and relics behind, he didn't want some stray Pokemon finding this place and ripping it to shreds. But he felt he needed answers, after saying good-bye to his collections he started to pack up some berries and a few more of his useful Knick-Knacks. He placed it all into a small red handkerchief, that he tied to the end of a small walking pole. it had been broken when he found it, It was ornately carved with the image of many Pokemon, mostly Legendaries. He had sanded down the top to make it usable for him, and it was quite a sturdy stick, so it should be able to handle the weight. Then Theo went over to a small cupboard. It was beat up quite badly, but he had managed to drag it from the river up to his little home. Theo found many things around that river, since a lot of debris washed up from civilization, though he himself didn't know where it came from. He preceded to open the little drawer, and removed from it a small cap, it looked like an Explorer's cap, though it was obviously from some Child's toy, He put it on his little head, his ears slipping through the small holes he had cut into the brim. He then grabbed a small monocle from a different drawer. He placed it over his left eye. It was probably from the same toy as well. He then sat in the big armchair across the room, he looked like a small child sitting in his father's favourite chair. He sat and looked at Nivia as she floated in the pool of water sleeping. She looked peaceful. Theo thought about the day that had just happened. He thought about why he trusted Nivia. Maybe he had been bored of having no contact with anyone else, maybe that he wanted a friend. Maybe it had been the genuine tone in her voice, how desperate she was to find this trainer of hers. Either way he was in this with her now, and he wasn't upset about it. Maybe he could find the answers to his questions with her. As he came to that conclusion he fell asleep in his armchair, having not slept the day before. After a few hours the little Pancham awoke. He slowly got up thinking to himself, I don't usually sleep in my armchair. He felt the hat on his head and he suddenly remembered what had transpired that morning. It was mid-afternoon, when he got up and ran over to the reservoir to check if Nivia was still there. She was still sound asleep. He tried waking her up. "Lady Nivia! I am packed and ready, I suggest we get moving before it gets dark."

An hour earlier would actually allow me to participate as well (I live in the USA, but I am busy during the times the league starts.).

"Aye, it is true some of them might be reasonable Lady Nivia, however there seems to be 2 groups of Trevenant to me." Theo said as he raised his one arm as if he was a little teacher. "I have been here in these woods awhile, and I have observed some of what is going on. And to me it seems there are 2 groups of them. There is a Trevenant that is refered to only as the Autumn King. I have never seen him, but have heard many speak in hushed tones about him. He is apparently Huge with Leaves as red as the evening sky, and Bark as White as ash. I don't know if he is real, but some of the Trevenant fear him, others seem to be on his side. Those that follow him believe the woods belong to them, and that they must drive out all outsiders, human and pokemon. The others are just living here like we are, apprently they can teel each other apart somehow, but it must be something only Trevenant can see." As he finished up his little speech they arrived at Theo's home. The big cave seemed quiet enough and was out of the way. A faint smell of Spices, accompanied by a cacophony of ticks and clicks from his clock collection. "Luckily for you Miss Nivia there is a reservoir of water inside, it is usually where I store drinking water, however as we will be traveling, I won't be able to carry it all, feel free to wade in it for now, and rest your flippers while I pack up supplies." Theo said as he approached the entrance.
-
Lupus "I agree, we best let them engage the Torterra, and then strike. I would Nasty Plot up Lobo, but he tends to lose his cool when that happens. If you saw that last battle I had, he wasn't listening to me at all, he was fighting merely by instinct. So, if you want him to be able to do precision things, he needs to stay at his normal levels." Lupus said. "And the Toxic will come when necessary I assure you." Gardenia "Torterra, Earth Power in the Drapion's path." A piller of Earth suddenly sprung up between the Torterra and the Drapion. "Now, Earthquake." The building began to shake violently as the Giant Turtle Slammed it's front feet into the ground. The Shaymin still flying in the air would be immune to the attack.

Don't worry, I can hold down the fort on Aftermath for ya lol. Glad you will be able to at least pop in every now and again though lol. -
"Aye Miss Nivia, though my home is a bit inland if you don't mind, I don't think it will be too far for you." he said " I will need to pack some berries from my store as well, I am sure I have a satchel lying around the place somewhere. Anyway we shall get moving, I don't want to tarry around here any longer, not fond of the idea of one of those Treveant popping up." he said as he started to walk in the direction of his little home.
