I am going to wait a bit.......my character is more the mysterious type anyway......and I wan to formulate him a bit more (I like to play out a character a bit before I give them a backstory lol). P.S. I have created a campaign world from Scratch for D and D, I know a bit of loring...but i am a bit shaky on Character stuff still lol. Why it is getting me all excited lol.

Oh sorry, my brain imploded....since I saw the post-apocalyptic tag at the top lol. anyway glad to hear there is a lot of tech lol, what my chartecter likes. I am looking forward to this, the lore sounds great and is really interesting lol. (it is getting my lore writing mind running lol, which is why i want to write a backstory for my character specfic to this world, but I don't know enough of the lore, and I don't ever overstep my boundries and try writing within anothers lore without having a good understanding of it lol) (I don't wan to know anymore of the lore though.....since I don't want to lose the magic, I want to see how this unfolds) . Anyway good

Just a quick question....how Post-apocalyptic is this world? Like what is the Technology level? is it still there? or has a lot of it been destroyed? *Edit* another Question I forgot lol......are egg moves allowed? (I am just curious since I would like to have dark pulse on my Houndoom, but I can get by with out it lol) *Edit 2* Also I assume my Character is in order, since you haven't said anything lol? (I could expand his backstory a bit.....but might think of that later.....especially since I want a bit more of a mysterious air...)

that is why switching also procing would be broken as hell, she would build up stacks so quickly it wouldn't be funny. I am still thinking Tear/Manamune will be a strong item on her.......since the rocket launcher attacks etc proc the tear, and i am thinking she may need the mana and the mana regen on tear (it depends on her base mana regen to be honest though, since her skills are pretty low cost as long as you use the rocket launcher when it is needed and don't just use it all the time lol.)

I doubt that her q qill proc that or tear....as it would be an easy abuse case, but I haven't got my hands are her yet, sa I can't say for sure.(and if it does trigger tear that is bull, since they removed it from Jayce and other Form changes so it shouldn't be on hers even if it isn't a total form change).

Name: Zeke "Lupus" Valentine Appearance: Black Beard with same color sideburns, Bald clean-shaven Head, Green eyes, Scar on Left eye (goes from the fore head down to about level with the tip of his nose), 6' tall, typical Dress, Black Jeans with a pocket Chain. Sunglasses (aviator style frames) Blue t-shirt along with blue sneakers, that look moderately worn down. Birthday:will vary from world to world, however he tends to be around 22 years of age. Traits and Personalty: He prefers the company of animals ( or their equivalent), to most people. He tends to be very stand-offish and quite around people. He becomes much more talkative and lively once he gets to know the people he is talking to. He has an inherent way with machines and technology. he had always been interested in tech and knows computer programming almost as well as English. This Character is intended for Modern Era RP's or even somewhat Sci fi ones, this includes Pokemon. -
my lord that would be op as hell if the splash from Runaan's did even more splash lol, I will say Runaan's is definitely not worth buying on her lol (or most ranged champs for the most part......)

She is highly weak to Gap-closers, due to not having any mobility that can just be activated lol. I will expect her numbers to be dropped, and if so i think her craziness will drop down quite a bit. I don't think she will be released OP....it has been a while since somebody has been released op (Zac was only op once people learned how he worked etc lol at least that is how I see it lol.)

hmm i see well give it a whirl lol. (also what is PO? I forgot to ask in the last post). remember Starmie is an offensive spinner though.....so if you aren't carful one good hit and he is dead. -
Let me just say........not sure what shaco has to do with her not being able to be Harly Quinn-esque.........since he is basicially a differently colored Joker....... Thing is she being another adc would be annoying......I don't like when they release 2 champs that are very similar like right next to each other (like Zac and Aatrox.........didn't like that 2 health based champs were released one after another lol).
