Interested In Playing DND?
Raindrop Valkyrie replied to Pyon Pyon Kyuu!~'s topic in General Discussion
I have physical books too... best part lololol. But yea, if you let me know I'd not mind helpin' ya out as well. Just lemme know etc... However, I kinda prefer that all the players in the party kinda build their characters together. ((my preferred way to run a 1st session.)) mostly since it allows people to get help from more veteran players, or myself. But also it let's them sorta build their party relationships while they are working ((it's a lot easier to be like, "Hey other player can my character be your bro/sibling etc...stuff like that.)) ((also... do people mind DM voices? I honestly won't be able to help myself at times so... I hope you're not bothered by it if I DM. XD. Hell... if I'm jsut a player I'll probably do it... XD)) -
Interested In Playing DND?

I mean reading only helps so much... playing is the better way to learn to be honest. I have PDFs lying around somewhere though and will probs... post them? I'd have to find them though so that'd take me awhile. But honestly, it's not to hard to pick up while playing. Espically 5th Edition. It's easy to pick up and learn. ((least imo.)) Also... keep in mind that well... It's been a loooooooooooooooong time since I DM'ed... so I'm going to be very... VERY rusty if I end up being the one who does. You've been warned ahead of time lol. -
I mean it'd be highly apt if it was literal. It's a soul effecting attack though ((like it'd kill an Undead being as well.)). It only collapsed Gale's heart because he was so weak already that he just couldn't survive a literal hole being torn into his soul. Okay well, it can harm them physically as well... but that's only becuase the heart is a physical manifestation of the soul... or an anchor for it if you will. I can't say that's in correct way to think of it, but he didn't leave a hole when he removed his arm from Gale, as his arm phased through him. It's a really weird spell to be honest... hence why it's Azegeor's signature. No one knows how to do it except for him and he probably couldn't teach to to someone. It actually comes from that moment I described in the most recent scene. That scene is the Heartstopper Grasp's origin. It is that feeling of nothingness and utter defeat that birthed it so to speak. So... it's a figurative crushed and a literal crushing of the spirit. ((after all... Signatures come from profound moments of character development... well... perhaps anything after the first.)) ((I actually more or less lifted it from Overlord, but even from there... heavily altered it to be a more metaphorical thing than a truly 100% "I'm literally tearing out your heart." thingie XD>))

The thing is... I'm highly opposed to it in the sense that I have NOOOO want to be a part of it. I don't oppose the idea in what it is, and am not going to tell someone to not... but I wouldn't consider myself really of any of these categories. I just don't think I fit any of them. The closest is the I don't care thing. But... the problem is I do get highly attached to characters ((take one look at my profile.... my avvie, my title etc etc.. at current all related to Undyne for the most part. and before that my largely Albedo related one, which I still have the siggy for. lol.)) I think moreso, is not that I don't understand it etc, but that to me it feels too constricting of a concept. It feels like I cannot really say I like a character without having a pseudo-implied relationship status etc... in the scheme of things... I just don't care to describe it in that way even in jest. Cause to me it feels strange and uncomfortable. Like SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPER uncomfortable. But anything in this nature does. Like... I hate shipping for a reason... and other simialr practices etc... I think from a glance people would say I'm a part of the Character Attachment one... and really I am... but I'd never refer to it in that way because I like to like a character for what they are and my connection to said character through a lens that isn't so... selfish? I don't know the right word for it to be honest. But... I don't really care for the concept but... clearly am in a state where from the otuside looking in I 100% know people probably think I am. ((cosndering I get it all the time... I know people think I do.)) I'm... in a very odd position I suppose XD.

Vixen That taste of iron. just a dash of blood from biting her tongue. She spat out the crimson fluid. She knew the attack would come of course, but she didn't expect the speed. However, Vixen was done playing the information gathering game. In fact, her emotions were welling up and she wanted to end this fight. She was so fed up with today. Her soul was bleeding... she needed rest. In her heart was nothing but pain. Energy welled within. So much in fact, that it started to rain. The downpour of tears... was now within the world to be seen. Her emotion itself was everywhere. Vixen knew this would probably help a wielder of lightning... but she didn't care. After all, she was one herself. At least in part. It wasn't an element she had a great deal of control over... but she still knew quite a lot about it and it's properties. However, she just didn't care right now. She was finished, at the end of her rope, the end of the mental and emotional pain she could take today. This man was about to feel the wrath of The Vixen of the Forest. He wouldn't die, but would probably get t be bloodied rather badly. She screamed "I don't have time for this, PEOPLE WILL DIE!!!" she pulled out 6 rounds. None had magic infused already, though some latent magic always joined with the bullets when she fired them. They just wouldn't take on any special elemental properties. that is... normally. A flash of cerulean blue happened as she loaded each bullet into her revolver. Six quick flashes. So fast even she hadn't seen them. She aimed directly for him, right at his chest, and fired. A Great stream of Blue rippling energy lurched forward, speeding for the man. VIxen only thought one thing. "It's... you again."

What are we? Who are we? Why...? Many questions race through my mind. Thoughts race at a fever pitch as I sit in the darkness all alone. Echos of doubts, and many darker things swim in the primordial sea, the depths of my mind. It is the beginning and the end of me. It hard to tell, what's a new thought and whats a demon that's been hiding for years.. or even what is a festering wound. Our mind can be damaged too ya know. Hell, it's mental and emotional wounds that hurt the worst. Because, the pain is so real to me, but... no one else can see it. They can see the tears roll down my face, the anguish in my eyes, but they can't see the hole in my heart. They cannot see the hole within my soul. They can't see the twisting briers that squeeze my form. The gnashing barbs that sink into my soul's flesh and cause it to bleed. Drip. Drip. Drip. They can't hear the compounding crescendo, the disheartening disquiet that is an unstill mind. Do they even care about the pain I feel? The pain that cannot be seen? Of course, they do when it rears it's ugly head. When the anguish roars, a beast uncaged. Of course they care then. But, do they care any other time? I doubt it. But, I can't read minds. I can barely read my own. Heh... it's pathetic really. I don't even know who I am. How could I know another enough to understand... when I don't understand myself? What am I? A curse? An omen? Must I bleed for the world, but the world never bleed for me? A Bleeding Heart. One that loves this world dearly, despite all it's blemishes. All that which is ugly... doesn't pale that which is beautiful. Life itself is beautiful. All life. Despite it's flaws. After all, flaws only serve as the backdrop for greatness. The curtain before the show. APPLAUSE!!! Doesn't it sound beautiful? The sound of praise... of worthiness. So they say. But, it only works so long. Until that hole is bored back into your soul. It's only a temporary salve to stop the pain. We seek this gratification to stop feeling our wounds for awhile. It's nice to not feel broken isn't it? To not feel the shards of glass that are embedded in our every emotion, even if for only a second. Some would be willing to do anything for that. They do dangerous things... or terrible ones. Sometimes, it's the only thing they know how to do to make the quiet go away. The painful quiet. The praise of others... such a horrible addiction. I've seen it kill plenty people. But, not their body. Their soul. They have forgotten what it is to live for themselves. They have forgotten that they have desires. It's a fate worse then death it is. For it's a hollow existence. One not worth living. Though, the ones there would hold onto to hope that it wasn't so, they'd say it was. They'd be wrong... after all, their opinions and desires don't hold any value to them, why should they to me? It's sad to see it be so common. Hmmm, I don't know why I'm here. Maybe to illustrate a point... maybe to say this isn't the pain I feel. It doesn't matter. What does anything matter really? What is value...? Is it real? Is it really okay for a being like me to decide what is valuable in this world and what isn't? I suppose it is if I decide for myself, but no others. Too often I see that though. One will try to push their values on another. Try and tell them what they should care about. It's disgusting really. Trying to force that on another. Presuming to know someone else's concerns but further that yours hold more merit just because they are yours. Peeeeeeeh. I'd tired of questions that have no answers having their answers forced on others. After all, a good question has many answers. Not just one. But, most are so obsessed with being correct, they forget themselves. They forgot that their answer... could be wrong. They forget that their answers could be right, but at the same time so could another. Life's questions are rarely a simple maudlin affair. After all, life likes that color grey a hell of a lot. Life is nothing but a bunch of murky grey loam. It can grow all sorts of things, and it's got a lot goin' on at any given time. I really don't know what I'm trying to say though. But, so is life I suppose. It's confusing isn't it? Right? What is right, what's wrong? Who knows but you and whatever deity you believe in. Of course... if you do believe in that kind of thing. Just do what's in that heart of yours. It can't be entirely wrong, no? It'd be nice anyway. To know that one's heart is always right. But, it's also be a nightmare. To know that every little terror would be true as well. That feeling that every time you feel someone is drifting that they would be. That because you thought everyone hated you that they did. Funny how what could be a good thing, could be so easily corrupted by a human's very own nature. It funny how fragile we are... how we try to kick back at life and things so much bigger than us. Things that threaten to swallow us whole. We just look them in the eye and say "Not today!" as if we have that right. Hell, maybe we do. If you can make it come to pass perhaps you have the right to do it. Doesn't save you from the consequences but... you certainly can do it. Click. Click. Click. Orderly clockwork, well oiled machines. Well, we're not really like them, but are in some ways. We're certainly a lot messier, that's for sure. But unlike an automaton we have a soul, a heart. At least, as of now. But maybe that's the issue. It makes us fragile. But maybe it's the spark that makes us... so unique. It's a catch-22 really. Or is it? Look, I don't know, but, we have had the choice picked for us already. We might as well make the best of it. After all, it's our fatal flaw. It's beautiful, no?

Does Tank Ekko even work after all the nerfs it jsut got hit with? I mean they nerfed Grasp, Iceborn, and all his base damages.
-
Well... Jhin does like the number 4, it's fitting. He's jsut playing the character~
-
No kiddin' I honestly still hate Cutlass due to how stupid inefficient it feels.
-
I never siad Riot was consistent. But aslo, the actives don't share the same Unique keyword.
-
Oh... yea. Duh... Look I'm stupid, k? The problem is probably though that it has to retain the same functionality between both items. Try explaining that to new players. It's really incosnistent in the design. THat's probably why they did it that way. NOT SAYING it's good reason, but that's probably their reasoning.
-
wasn't the MS hit like... 10 AD? Is it that huge a nerf?
-
That you are. Thaaaaaaaaaat you are Taco Fren :]
-
I play Sol... so pinging him with Stars is easy enough... I'm not to worried in that matchup since it costs me barely anything to keep it down. But, many other mages are going to have trouble I imagine. Ones that can't efficiently poke etc...

I mean DMG reduct period is scary. BUT IT'S 90% LIIIIKE WHY!?!?!?! ANd that's without the 100% Immunity to CC ON TOP! Like, the fact he's just straight up immune to assassins popping him at the start of a fight when that's supposed to be a weakness of Immobile mages is Just freaking stupid... BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH. Just this passive is stupid and I ahte that it exists.

Lotus Contiello, Countess Sybil Contiello, Count Heinrich Contiello, Lord Cyllis, Redeemer Riika, Father Babble, Barbara, Iidrra, Look, a lot of people ok? Time: 1st Day, of the 1st Month, of the Year of Rebirth. 3:00 PM "I wouldn't recommend it anyway, I'd imagine I'd taste pretty sour." Riika said with a hearty laugh. Once again it was hard to tell with a Soulbound what they were feeling, after all, their face no longer was there. Their expressions no longer existed. Body language was still usable in some forms, like with posture and stance, but outside of that it was beyond them. It made nearly half the language of Humanoids inaccessible. It was something that made many Soulbound feel, isolated from others. It indeed did bother Riika. But, they didn't have the courage to admit that. After all, Riika was a noble warrior, what would the others think if they found out she suffered from something like loneliness, that her greatest foe was an intangible one? Cyllis probably wouldn't understand. He was an old warrior, most likely set in his ways. It was hard to change that which was set in stone hundreds of years ago. Babble probably wouldn't care enough to get it. Iidrra was hardly a people person, and she had no interest in really anything he had to say. The rumors of him were too true for Riika's liking. The Contiellos... Sybil and Heinrich... who knew with them? They were... eccentric, and quite the odd couple. Azegeor... Riika never cared for him. He was a damaged individual, but he hid it. Not well, at least not to the likes of one who understand his issues. He was missing something within his soul, his heart. Riika suffered this as well. But, they didn't hide it like Azegeor did. Perhaps, this Lotus... perhaps she was trustworthy. Riika sighed audibly dropping her rocky exterior for what would be a second of vulnerability. "I suppose you are right. I'll remember that." ******** Sometime had passed before Cyllis stood up from his chair. "I'd really love to stay and chat, but I've got paperwork... new duties to assign the usual." he said quickly shuffling out the back. " The rest of the remaining guests looked at each other at the sudden nature of this departure but they didn't much pay it heed. THe only thing to be heard was at the back of the room a stifled "Good riddance" was heard uttered. It was probably from Iidrra knowing his temper, though the voice was... rather high pitched sounding to be his. Either way it didn't amount to much. Heart of the Castle. 1st Day, of the First Month of the Year of Rebirth, ?:?? P.M. Somehow, he had to loose the grip on his mind. Azegeor wondered how it was even possible. Normally undead were more or less immune to mind readings since their minds didn't exist quite like those of mortals. Therefore the magic was typically ineffective against them and would fizzle. However... this Panic was within another Lich like Azegeor himself. Perhaps, this is how he knew how to do it. It didn't really matter though, Azegeor had to break it. Sadly, he didn't really have the spells for defending himself from this, so instead he had it fight against it. He felt around inside his mind looking for the foul connection. Once he found it he could try and sever it. And, once severed he could focus on the feeling of it and destroy it before it could reanchor itself. However, he would need to remain calm. It would be trough that with which he could keep his head. He stepped back trying to do this having confidence in the hand to protect him from Panic. Luckily it remotely controlled itself so the movements it made could not be read. However he had to broadcast this plan to let Tempest know what to do. She'd defer to him until he told her otherwise. He knew how she acted in his presence. So, he sighed before yelling to her. "Midsummer!" he shouted to let her know just how serious he was. "You must act our your own for now. Don't let him get to me!!!" "Alright Aze-chan." Tempest ran forward, towards the husk of Solomon. He frowned. "Pitiful mortals... She'll die Theodore... SHE'LL DIE WITHOUT YOU THEODOOOOORE!!! SHE'LL DIE WITH YOU TOO THEODORE! YOU WILL BOTH DIE NO MATTER WHAAAAT THEODORE!!!" Four glittering knives of wind flew towards him. He lifted his hand stopping them in his tracks with magic. Tempest gritted her teeth, lightning cracking as she did. It happened when a storm spirit grew annoyed or angry. She kept conjuring more blades from the air around her and throwing them towards him. However, Panic countered them easily and effortlessly. The amount of power he was blowing on defensive magic was staggering. If he had this much power to blow on defense... what would it be like when he actually attacked? Either way wayward blasts of fire and ice collided with all the knives that Tempest was throwing. Puffs of black smoke filed the air and the sound of ice crashing to the ground filled the room. It didn't help Azegeor's concentration one bit. He was still trying to worm around in his own mind looking for the connection. He could feel it... a horrid sense of nothingness, lonlieness. It was a feeling that invaded his mind. It was definitely not his own suffering. He'd recognize that. This... was something else. He kept going into areas of his mind that were filled with this darkness or, the memories of his own that shared this emotion. After all, it was amoung those memories it'd be the hardest to sense. He saw scenes of his life flash before him. Not from before his Lichhood, but... during it. He searched all throughout. He looked high and low through all his memories. The pain flooded back to him. It dulled his senses his awareness. He almost got lost in them. But, he had to keep looking. What... was he even looking for anymore? Oh... yes, how silly of me. He was looking for the connection, the one Panic had placed. There was only one memory he had yet to look through, the one that had started all of this, the only one of his that had a loneliness not even he could describe. A lonely hill... his eyes opened to naught but a lonely hill. The grey sky seemed forlorn as it hung over head. It matched the feeling that welled in his heart. For what seemed forever, he didn't move. He just lay there. He hadn't noticed the current form of his body, or any of his surroundings. For nearly an hour, he just lay still as the rain clouds moved overhead. He didn't even know his name... what did it matter? What... was he? He sat up and looked over his form. Bone, nothing but bone. He wore a robe that was not his and was here in a body that was not his... or at least not that he could recall. What could he recall? Not anything really. So, how did he know this? He didn't. He couldn't know that this wasn't him, but... when he looked at the withered bones he couldn't help but feel he wasn't in the right place. That something was alien. Something was wrong. All he could feel was a hole in his heart. A space that wasn't there... figuratively of course. It was his soul that was damaged. Not the literal organ. He didn't even have a heart anymore, one that pumped blood. he didn't even have blood. He remembered the pain of... something. He felt it in his chest. But what he didn't know. All he knew was that some presence... some force was gone from him and it'd never return. He'd have cried if he still had the capacity. His soul was. The rain that had started became his tears. They ran down the skull he now had for a face. He felt the sting of a defeat he couldn't remember. But, he was here for some purpose. It was the only thing that cut into the biting loneliness he now so felt in his soul. His Heartless Soul. It's anchor gone but it remained. He felt that resolve... the determination of something, someone. Just like the defeat that he could not feel, it came from that place. The two emotions conflicted. A bitter biting loneliness, and a warm gentle resolve. They mixed in the strangest way. His soul a tumultuous mess. The stormy seas of emotion crashed on the shore of his soul. He felt the lowest in his life, the msot downtrodden he had ever felt. Alone. But he felt the highest high as well. That he knew whatever he was here for, whatever he had failed to do before, THIS TIME IT'D BE DIFFERENT! The Wind was howling... And that, is where Azegeor found the anchor in his soul. A Black tendril was affixed to the memory. He nearly missed it at first, but... he could feel it'r thrum. It was so similar to the one he felt this day. But, there was a key difference. There was no force of goodness in this tendril. It didn't thrum with the energy of determination. Now that he felt that key difference. It broadcast like a beacon. Panic assumed this memory was the one to hide it. But, he had made a critical error. It was nothing like this memory, this emotion. It forgot or didn't even understand, the feeling of resolve. He reached out and he grasped the tendril in his skeletal hand. He sighed. "So, this is what you are Panic. A creature so lonely, that you resort to madness. What has the world done to you to make you this way? I'd weep for you... if you're weren't so pathetic. If your answer to this wasn't senseless violence. I pity you... but I do not respect you. You hardly deserve my pity." as he spoke the words, he activated his {Heartstopper Grasp}... it worked on the manifestation of the soul in the real world... would it work as such in his mind? There was only one way to find out. The tendril screamed as the life was squeezed out of it. Black inky blood sprayed everywhere, enveloping the grey hillside that Azegeor was standing on. Azegeor looked at the form of himself form the past, the one from his memory. He felt sorry for himself then, but knowing what he knew now, that loneliness would be replaced. "Don't worry... Tempest will find you soon. You'll fill the hole in your soul then." he couldn't help but say that. He knew that his past self couldn't hear him or even reply, but he felt the compulsion. Soon, the world around him was filled with darkness, the memory faded. However, Azegeor didn't find himself back in the room he once was. He stayed in the darkness. He looked around, readying himself for what was to come. He then saw a figure that he once knew. An old wise Lord. He was covered in inky black chains that stained his wonderful whtie robes with darkness. He looked up and looked into Azegeor's eyes. "Finally... someone is here. Help me..." (Mirror Edge, Argentum) Somewhere in the Waterways, Near the Lake of Miracles Argentum felt the dull pulsing coming from the amulet. After all, Dues was a Dragon that was sensitive all all forms of magic. He was, perhaps what one could call the essence of it. Even small trace amounts he could feel. He stopped swimming once again and picked up the amulet from his fingers. He brought it up to his eye and he stared at it. "What are you? Oh wondrous star... you are a mystery to me. Will you not share your secret? Maybe a better question is who are you... after all I know of spirits being attached to earthly objects quite well. Many use them as gateways to this world. After all, it's hard for Spirits to remain here rather than in their home... the elemental plane of their kind. It's common to use one as a port key. Is this a port key? It's possible. Once again though a Ruby indicates fire... vigor. A Spirit of Blood? That's a rather unusual type of spirit however... only really created by accident or... magical tempering... hmmm." The dragon got lost pondering to himself what this amulet could be. He talked to himself out loud, in a state of wonder. He grew more and more excited talking about his find to himself. He was happy he found this treasure. It was a great treasure. "Beautiful star, please tell me who you are!" he said. He implored what he felt was a spirit to come out. But, Deus wouldn't force the issue. He didn't want to damage the port key, the gateway, and more importantly, the object he wanted to keep. It was beautiful. He clutched it to his chest lovingly against his beating heart. He stayed there for ages. Just holding it to his heart, hoping for an answer.

Just saw the trailer, and I'm really hyped. I love how each of Super Giant's games are always different in way of gameplay. I'm kind of getting a Fire Emblem vibe from it, but we'll see, the game won't be coming out for a while.
-
Look all I know is there's going to be more sweet music I'll add to my music playlsits. Cause Super Ginst's music is so goooooooood. ((I'd probably buy a physical CD for Transistor's OST I like it that much.))
-
I'm both ecstatic and terrified for more music, since Super Giant has some of the best video game OSTs out there, and terrified, as that means my playlist will be hitting even bigger heights.

Author... it simply means that of Gen 6 it's not a type that's been used disregarding anything that will be announced in Gen 7. So... I don't know why it would be one that is already in Se7en... because "as of" implies that it counts up to Gen 6 currently and disregards Gen 7 ((because as we all know... there's no way we could account for this new gen of mons when making this game lol.)) If you're going to look at how something is worded... you know... make sure it makes actual sense before looking at it in like... the complete opposite of what it means. Not trying to be rude here, but that step in logic doesn't work because well... it's a leap with no bounds let alone does it use the worded correctly... and just makes it something implicitly different. Becasue "as of" doesn't mean you count things after, it means you count up and to that point. Once again I can't confirm or deny anything and I'm not going to, but maaaaaaaaaaaan I really don't get how you guys arrive at things sometimes. ((to be fair I'm sitting over here with all the answers on my sheet so it's not liek things are a mystery to me as I got insider knowledge so... there's maybe a disconnect there. But still.)) -
Oh boy... I forgot there was two stupid meme days in April. I'm probably juuuuust going to shut off the internet for today...
-
It adds 300 range to every single mid-range mage in the games combo. How is that not removing intended weakenesses? It's a pretty spammable tool that not only ADDS DAMAGE to their combo but adds RANGE. It extends the range of normally mid to short ranges mages reach by 300 units which is a huge deal. It makes picks easier, etc etc. And that's just the Offensive capabilities of this item. It can be used for repostioning etc as well. The only good thing is it cannot be used to cross walls. The dash being short doesn't matter, Movement is movement. I'll note Ekko's Phase Dive's first jump is 325 units, and then has a jump on attack, so... if he'd buy said item, it's double the range he can instatly blink WITHOUT using flash. Not saying it'd be good on him, just... remember that 300 untis is not insignificant and saying "Oh it's a short distance" doesn't mean the item won't be suuuper fucking broken. Mid lane is the shortest lane in the game, it might as well be a Free Flash in that lane. Later game it's still pretty much the same functionality ((I'll also point out that the damage does scale with AP... so it gets more powerful as the game goes on.)) It's going to be an item that is either way too centralizing, or an item that is so undertuned no one will ever buy it. That's all I can see happening with this thing because it's active is stupid powerful and adds mobility to kits where it shouldn't be and adds more to mobile kits already. It's just an item that a has HUGE potienal to add shit loads of unhealthy play. Mobility PERIOD is powerful. Adding a new dash into basically every mages kit is going to do stupidly wonky things to the game trust me. I really don't like the idea of this item cause it makes Mages have so much extra Reach and even easier times picking people off without them being able to react at all. It only invites more issues and making Mages even more unhealthy to play against I hate that it's being added. Because it has so much potineal to jsut break everything. On the Elemental Dragons, we'd need to see their numbers to know just how impactful they are. But all of their buffs are useful for any team imo. They all pretty much do the same exact shit... just in slightly different ways. Riot is trying to make it sound like every one of them is completely different, but more or less... each accomplishes more or the less the same things just around different types of objectives etc. Of course some comps would rather a Wind over other things... but that's banking that a Wind Dragon will spawn, sometimes you just have to deal with the 3 Water that did instead etc... Personally, I think they are all pretty impactful as they are basically the dragon buffs now, just on specific dragons. As a result they are probably quite stronger then the buffs we know now, especially when stacked. I ahte that they are random but... eh what can you do? I thought so too, until I realized that it is cast at a fixed distance. It will go to it's max range until it hits a wall and you cannot cast it short. It has to be cast at 800 units. If they are on top of you, it's not going to help. Really it gives Cass a way to chase very effectively and perhaps corral a bunch for her ult, but, it's not quite as crazy as it looks. I think it's damage numbers are very low as well. Considering he gets... 90% dmg reduct and CC immunity for not only the first thing that hits him, but the next second... yea... his Passive is the dumbest shit I've seen in this game. Like... it basically makes gnaking him pointless unless you Mid can consistantly land poke on him that will half the time do like... no damage. I really don't like this passive as it invalidates half of Malz's weaknesses as he can just float around and do whatever and easily get to targets to lock them down. THe only good thing is the Ult no longer does base damage and instead is just his old W for damage. THis makes it strictly better agsint tanks but otherwise it doesn't really do much but lock someone down with him. I'm not looking forward to this and I'm really tired of Riot at times... Because they keep saying DMG Reduct is a horrible idea on a lot of stuff... and then they pull this shit. Like... if the DMG Reduct on Kha'Zix was an issue... how the hell will this not be one? I'd really like to know... Keep in mind, his Ult no longer applies stacks of Deconstruction. So, he needs to apply that debuff to every person he wants to deal True damage too. That means to do that to both bot lane opponents he'll have to hit BOTH with an E a Q etc... without the Ult to do it. So, it's a bit more of a wind-up then it seems. His indicator for Q also now only shows for him... I think that's probably a change that is a bit more crazy then it looks. At current you can judge how or when they might pop it, but now not knowing the range will make playing agisnt that ability harder. To be fair... it was shitty that Vel's Q just broadcast it's range for everyone, but... it'll be interesting seeing how much more they hit now that the indicator is gone for your enemies lol. Vel's other changes were more geared to laning as well, as his Q refunding mana if it kills a unit etc... anyway, guess enough of me naysayin'...
