Just download the music, and put it in your BGM folder and let it overwrite the old one. Edit: Oh hey, does anyone know where rock smash is?

... I literally had to google that. But Im afraid I have to say no. Mostly for the fact that it shouldn't exist, and that if it did exist, it would behave much like a normal sword due to the fact that "ether" does not exist in this RP's world, and I can't have people seeing the future because I write the future. There's a forge in town, I havent introduced the character yet but you could probably have her "make" a weapon for you that functions similarly. Alina's sword can project small amounts of her energy making her attacks more effective. I wouldn't have a problem with you making a sword that has abilities similar to the mondado's "arts". And Im sorry if there's anything I missed, I literally just googled it and read the Wiki page. .-.

Take #6. If my computer is actually glitchless enough to post this, at least. So I really need to remember what info Ive given you and what I havent. Most of the stuff I kinda expect you to know is still sitting in a pile of scribbly notes on my desk. And that's not fair to you guys. Latios isnt available, and never will be. Your character's kinda skimpy, do you have any additional appearance/personality/ability details? http://rpg.ashami.com/ This should help. Also there are questions on the previous page or two that I need any guard characters to answer. For plot reasons, all "frozen" characters (term will change soon) are 22 and older, and all incoming students are at least 17. Alina is the sole exception. I'll post this now and edit in the rest. Juust in case my computer hates me again. Anyway, fixing plotholes is difficult. If you don't already know, I started this RP when I was in 5th grade. This is in fact my first RP. Welp, back then, I had little RP experience, and little knowledge on how to write a good plot. This is pretty much what the old starter was: "over 100 years ago, there was a great war between the Poke-people and Team Shadow. Both sides were nearly wiped out. Emerald, daughter of the deceased king, was chosen to lead the survivors. She cast an immortality spell on the remaining survivors, but they were not the only poke-people left in the world. The king had previously sent all the children out to the larger regions, to protect them from the coming conflict." Yeah, it's okay, but there's still some unanswered questions. Why did Shadow betray the poke-people? Why does Shadow want to destroy the poke-people? To this day, I still havent written a reason. Yep. I tried two approaches 1. Shadow is half human. His mother was a human and his father was a high ranking guard. The king killed both his parents when he found out, and got a family to adopt him hoping that he'd be normal. Later, Shadow found out and the resulting conflict ensues. -- Problems: I don't think that is dramatic enough to make Shadow go so extreme. THis would also imply the general mindset Poke people>Humans, but that's not true. In the backstory, it's implied that humans and poke-people were in close contact before Emerald cast the fog barrier spell.

If this helps, I stalled with an arbok to beat his half-fairies. 3x stockpile pretty much stops all their moves, and 4ish acid sprays puts them out of action. Swallow to heal if you need it. I'd trade you mine, but he's kinda my ace ^^" You really don't need to 1hit KO everything. I had that mindset for the first three leaders, and after that I just realized that 1 hit KOing everything just isnt going to work. Especially when you go against that level 75 pulse abra. It's as strong as a mega mewtwo. And especially when you go against something that's faster than you, and you have -no- way to outspeed it. *coughs dat abra* Usually when you go for 1 hit killers, you have to sacrifice defense for attack or speed, and that's not going to help in the long run. (Oh, and there's an arceus battle not long after that abra battle.) Male or female? I'd prefer male if you have both. And I have quite a few snivy, some shiny, and most with okay-ish IV's(all in the 20's). Not exactly magnificent, but at this point I don't even have any pokemon with 30+ IVs in any stat.

Yep. If you read the entire thing (or at least about the first.. 60 some pages?) you'll get why everyone (especially absol) hates le glomp fests. Oh yeah, I kinda implied I just killed a character in my last post.

Does anyone have any perfect or near perfect field group pokemon? And also does anyone have any spare heart scales? Farming for 2 hours with compoundeyes and frisk = 1 heart scale.

Alina skidded to a stop as the sharpedo knocked out the gyarados. "Nice work Jake," she nodded as she rounded up on the cowering man. The rest of the grunts had either fled, or escaped... somewhere. "Weeellll, it looks like we win again, Kyle," she said, her face a triumphant smirk. "And because I'm feeling nice right now, maybe I'll let you go." Tapping on her amulet, she returned to human form. "Sonny, Jake, help the others clean out. Once youre done, head back to the village. "You should know that it'd be nicer for you to kill me now than let me go," Kyle growled. "You know how the master despises failure." A look of confusion flashed across Alina's face, but moments later, it was gone again. What? Shadow was never that critical. Sure, he always had to be the best, but I never thought he'd go that far.. "Suure," Alina replied with a poisonous sweet smile. The ice suddenly disappeared, except for small chunks around her teammates and their pokemon. With a graceful leap, she jumped off her block of ice and landed on the ship's deck.

Did I forget to mention that strength/speed is on a 1-5 scale? Or up to 7 if its a special character, and at this point there's only two characters that have over 5 in any stat.

Alina was silently grateful for the sharpedo distracting the gyarados. It gave her time to speed up even further with another agility, and then she launched an huge glowing ball of electricity at the occupied gyarados's back. It hit with a thud, but the exhausted gyarados was still not giving up. Kyle blocked Sonny's punch, but little did he know -or realize- that blocking electricity was much more difficult than blocking punches. The man gasped as he got quite a nasty shock, but aimed a kick at the scout's head after the electricity subsided. "Gyarados, dragon tail!" he called over his shoulder. The gyarados, still kicking, swung a tail glowing with draconic aura at the sharpedo. "Star!" Alina screamed as she dashed toward the gyarados. If I can shift fast enough... Her hair started turning green, and a long white skirt billowed out from her waist. //OOC: Absol: You can decide whether Alina blocks the hit in partial gardevoir form, or sharpedo takes/dodges the hit.//

Oh hello there, welcome to the Shrouded Islands! I'd like to know a bit more about your character first. Magic categories(pick up to 2): (battle, healing, psychic, illusion) Skills: (perferred weapon,+ how strong/fast is your character?) Your character is a guard, which division would you like to be? (scout, special, vanguard, rearguard. This is only your preference, not your actual assignment. Your actual assignment will be based off your character's skills, magic, and personality) -- Scouts excel in illusionary magic and are fast. They don't necessarily have to strike hard, but they must be stealthy and good at communication to stay alive and free. --The specials squad excel in magic, especially offensive and defensive magic. While they don't have to be extremely strong with supportive magic, they have to be able to hit hard and give help wherever needed. --The vanguard should be skilled in physical attacks and be able to hit really hard. They are the main frontal attack force, and should excel in all aspects of battle magic. Healing magic is very useful as well. --The rearguard... one word: HEALERS. PLZ. (At this moment, I believe theres only one player character who can heal well, and four characters in total including NPCs who can heal at all.) ... Okay. I REALLY need to update that opening post. Seriously, I am looking at it, and Im going like, "THAT was what I had in mind three years ago?"
