  1. Further Anaylses on other mons: 1) Clawitzer - B+ Rank Clawtizer might not be fast and have a bad typing, but it can do one thing very well - it can hit very very hard. Water Pulse/Aura Sphere/Dark Pulse/Dragon Pulse hits quite a large number of things, including several Pokemon which are detrimental to water, most notably Ferrothorn. It's downside includes poor speed, somewhat mediocre bulky/typing and the fact that you need to take forever to catch one with decent IVs and Nature. I suggest perhaps a B or a B+ Rank for Aura Sphere coverage as well as it's ability to hit mons hard. 2) Azumarill - S Rank Azumarill is a good Pokemon. The pros of it include being a traded mon ingame, allowing fast growth hence easily levelling up, a good defensive typing which allows you to swap in to Dragon Types, and an ridiculously good movepool of Waterfall/Play Rough/Superpower. If it fancies you, you can breed Belly Jet onto Azumarill via Poliwhirl with Belly Drum > Marill, Random Water mon available with Aqua Jet including Golduck/Kabutops > Marill, then breed the Marill. Azumarill helps against leaders including: Kiki (Play Rough), Noel (Superpower), Luna (Play Rough AND Superpower), Samson (Play Rough AND Superpower) and also helps against the bad matchup vs dragons. Literal only downfall is speed. 3) Empoleon - C Rank Sorry to Empoleon fans out there, but I'd like to say Empoleon has a horrible movepool. Unless you are running Physical Empoleon with Metal Claw/Waterfall/Drill Peck/Filler, I really don't see how you can survive with it. It gets one type of special move - Water ones, including bubblebeam, brine, etc. It also has no special steel moves or better steel STAB physical moves, Lack of Toxic/Roar also hinders it's ability to cripple/phaze the opponent. It's one good thing is.....idk, Defiant boosts? Some form of bulk? Perhaps as a death fodder while u heal your whole roster to full health? Maybe so. 4) Lanturn - B Rank Lanturn in water monotypes serve the role of stopping bulky waters such as Gyarados or to try and hit water Pokemon hard, simultaneously stopping some electric types who can do some damage to your whole team. However, you will be unable to hit electric types hard. In other words, you have to think of more ways to stop Electric type Pokemon from using other moves to kill you. That's where Lanturn fails to do, and is outclassed by Water/Ground types. Furthermore, as Ludicolo is available more earlier and resists water x4 compared to Lanturn (which is x2 unless you count water absorb) and Ludicolo also has passive recovery, I would say that to a certain extent Ludicolo outclasses Lanturn. Pros of Lanturn, however, include discharge spamming opponents in double battles assuming your partner is using a ground type and of course, the additional electric STAB as a whole. This makes it a better choice than Swampert or Ludicolo in checking Gyarados....and Mantine.....? Female Gallade san, I also edited my Whiscash Analysis, but tbh I don't have much to add on to it. Also, Swampert's still available as a starter, so I'd appreciate it if you could upload that to the main post.
  2. Place him atop of the superheated field in Charlotte's gym. SLowly commands a lvl 1 Vulpix with 0 SpAtk IVs with drought to use ember on him for the rest of a day. Process is done for a week. Then, put him in Ametrine mountain's icy caves. Get a lvl1 snover with 0SpAtk IVs with snow warning to use Icy Wind on him for the rest of a day. Process is also done for another week Repeat process over and over until he has been burned so greatly his skin's all black. ALL black from Vulpix's fire. If I'm feeling evil, inject some chemicals to prevent his skin from turning black like whiteners or sth so Vulpix can slowly burn him more and more. Also, if he screams in this torture, I'm getting Conkeldurr to use Mach Punch on his genitals for every scream. Screaming while Conk hits his genitals merits another punch. Did I mention he's only given 1 slice of bread and 1 glass of water per day? Also, no toilet breaks, shit in his pants if he has too.
  3. inb4 Poptart Ame is secretly the Champion/Leader of Team Meteor
  4. No one considered Lin as the Champion yet?
  5. Hey guys, I need some small help. I was wondering if I could access to the small blue water pond thing behind the leader of the Aqua gang before Shelly if I side with Aqua Gang. And if I side with the Magma gang, when do I get access to that small place? I just want to train my barboach fast
  6. Something I'd like to add, you can get Lotad for Water Types pre-Florinia, post-Julia. Noticed you didn't put it there. Also, don't forget Eevee for post-Aya Pre-Serra, where u can get Flareon/Vaporeon/Jolteon/Espeon/Umbreon/Leafeon/Glaceon/Sylveon
  7. ^ What WS Green said. Aite thanks guys~
  8. Just a quick question, I've heard that the Ability Capsules now specifically change a Pokemon's Ability to the next one? Like, if I use it on a Swift Swim Goldeen, I'm guaranteed to get Water Veil and never Lightningrod? I'd like to reconfirm coz my water mono run needs Lightningrod Goldeen. On a side note, any other ability capsules other than the one at the factory?
  9. Thanks for your idea! Due to typing and reasons like willingness to breed, I've decided to go on with Toxicroak and not Medicham. Sadly, Drizzletoed doesn't exist in game yet. I'll consider taking a Ninetales on Rotation if I'm unhappy with me using Sunny Day on another mon. Thing about Clefable and Sylveon on the same team is that I have a small issue with how to stop poison/steel/fire types, as Sylveon atm is just a Hyper-Voicer trying to take advantage of the Misty Field Effect. Moreover, both have similar roles. At the moment, as Vinny has hinted, I'm more inclined towards Clefable (the set that you just suggested). How do you get those moves on Clefable btw? Swoobat...has Simple, and not Serene Grace....and yea, will consider, but if I plan to use Delphox, I might not use this, thanks for suggestion though. Ah yes, Altaria, it's that good? If it is, then I will take it, perhaps with another mon as standby for it, or put it in Rotation, depending on the IVs, nature, what not etc. Roserade's something I'll definitely consider, thanks! W-What happened to Eevee or Swirlix or Pikachu/Skitty or the breeders???? ;-;
  10. I want to board the HYPE train and get Ace Membership, but #broke #idkhowto so meh
  11. Don't forget Horsea and Druddigon
  12. I believe you can catch a Geodude at somewhere near the beginning, if you weave your way through trainers and make it to the underground railnet...
  13. If you're lucky to get good IVs, it'll be quite useful. I used one in Rejuvenation with quite some success, but it had really really good IVs. In reborn however.....
  14. I think she Axe-d Eevee and placed it later. RIP EDIT: (To avoid double posting) Come to think of it, I'll start it now since EP15 will take quite some time anyway....
  15. N-NOT FOR LONG??? Ame pls don't be evil ;-; Thanks for the advice, I'll be taking Grass Knot over Shadow Ball. Nah, the baton pass is a lil long. I might take Cosmic Power though, any good suggestions? Since I don't really want both Clefable/Sylveon on the team together coz typing and reasons... Yea, Meditate's a really really good idea come to think of it, I'll probably take Croagunk with Meditate though, since im trying to cover as much types as possible. Cloud Nine Golduck has a bad special move pool though, I mean, surf, icy wind.....that's about it, which is really sad. Noivern's something I've considered, but training it.....oh god.... Ah yes Porygon-Z, that sounds wonderful. I'll definitely think about it. However I'm slightly more inclined to Magnezone coz typing (again) and Sonic Boom, and the fact that I've gotta wait forever to get the Dubious Disc.
  16. BTW what's this relationship with ame and Budew? Also, people still betting on another PULSE poisoning water eh? I'm betting on a PULSE meant to shut down the factory :S
  17. Hey guys! So what I was planning to do for Episode 15 is to have a completely new run of Reborn, but with an extra twist: The team's going to be built around a Field Effect (or more). At the moment, I'm thinking of going with a Misty/Rainbow Field combo, and I'm looking for general advice. Team so far is: Delphox - Mystical Fire, Psyshock, Grass Knot, Sunny Day [Thanks for the suggestion CMason!] Sylveon - Misty Terrain, Round/Hyper Voice/Moonblast/Fairy move filler, Wish, Rain Dance (Filler) [swirlix > Pikachu/Skitty > Eevee, keeping this here for future uses] Toxicroak - Meditate, Poison Jab, Brick Break, Sucker Punch Am considering using Mist Aurorus, Ludicolo, etc. Any suggestions what else that can be added to the team? [it's fine to suggest newly released EP15 mons, but depending on location, if they're after Radomus, there's a significant chance I will not use them]
  18. "Wrath of Dragon" Type: Dragon Category: Status Base Power: 0 Secondary Effects: Raises all stats by 1 stage in exchange for 25% health, does not boost accuracy or evasion. "The user engulfs itself with dragon fire in order to fuel it's anger, simultaneously giving it a boost to it's destructive power" ye?
  19. And the end of friendship begins, as Florinia decides to also side with Meteors, 3v1 lady fight incoming
  20. Breeding using old Episodes allowed Gengar to obtain moves like Sludge Bomb, Thunderbolt, etc. I believe this was the reason. I wonder where'll Lapras be hmmmm
  21. What does everyone think on who we'll be fighting for a badge anyway?
  22. RADOMUS. Even though the amount of money I'd have to spend on hats and costumes....
  23. http://prntscr.com/77a7r7 Got this in the midst of hunting items, was very very surprised, this is Ep14.5
  24. h-how did u get Perfect IVs? The EVs I can understand though, considering that we get EV reduction berries (also, brb, EV training for next leader...)
