if you dont mind breeding then i would breed waterfall onto swampert instead of muddy water (goldeen>remoraid>swampert) also, while you are breeding, i would give swampert ice punch(dont know the exact chain for that). if you dont want to breed, then i would teach swampert sludge wave instead of mud bomb to cover his grass weakness

i dont mean that zel was the champion. i men what if someone with multiple personalities(similar to zel)was champion, but all of his/her personalities were those of gym leaders. its not an actual theory i just thought it would be an interesting battle

i only used three pokes and they were all lv 30 or lower and i won. my team was crobat charmeleon and gyarados though so it was kind of a given

nope cal said that blake uses ice types. that gives us grass and ice for sure and im guessing el( if hes even in the elite 4) is normal bc he uses ditto/arceus and a snorlax near serras gym

if you want a rock type go for crustle, you get dwebble by smashing rocks at appophyll academy(the next gym) for a grass type you could go for a roserade or if you want to wait a little longer you could get a venusaur
