no the condition is that you must have pokesnax. there should be a man up near jasper ward who will sell them to you for $650 they can also be used to get panpour and pansear

if you got the one in the rock in front of yureyu in ep 9 or earlier then the event resets so you can actually get 4 -
you can get a shuppet by clicking on the grave with no name on it in the cemetary by cory gym, but it has to be night time
