      I'm don't know but I'm pretty sure they do exist

      I just have really pale (almost white) skin so I tell everyone I'm a black albino as a joke

      The common factor in albinism is ocular issues. The colouring is not the defining feature. So yes, black people can have albinism.

      Also even with the color issues their skin still looks significantly different from white people with albinism
