I was gonna grab an Aron, but not sure if I still want to do so. -
Almost wanna claim this as Shou's theme. Even though there's actually a Shou in Touhou.

But - even the mean ones - eating hearts? I mean - she has to be lying it's not possible - I've heard about nasty contracts but not - The torrent of words washed over the scarlet-cloaked girl. She couldn't deny what the woman said, even if it ran contrary to what felt like her very soul. The thought that Vixen was simply a very good actor, that the scars on her body were a deception, it didn't even occur to her. She simply stood there, eyes downcast, shaking her head for a moment, a wordless, low sound escaping her lips. A sound that started to grow, rising in pitch and volume until it reached a shout that seemed to shake the girls body - or would have, if she had been visible to Vixen. The arrow flew from its nocked position and landed in the pavement much as it had before, but this time slamming into it hard enough to raise dust and send cracks spiderwebbing across it. Another, and another, and another followed, a cascade of crimson trails coming at inhuman speed, each one losing more of its resolution and solidity until they became blades of energy that blotted out any possibility of seeing anything but their lurid glow. The sounds of their impacts blurred together until it became a continuous roar of destruction, and then without warning ceased. Vixen stood on a platform, cracked but not broken, with the road's surface blasted away in for several feet all around her. Her weapons, apparently knocked away by the initial blasts, had slid to the bottom of the bowl-shaped depression now present. The girl had vanished from sight, though Vixen might have been able to detect a much diminished presence fading into the distance.

Adero, Lucia, Stefan "The creature out there is still being handled, actually." The strange man gestured to where the combat seemed to be ending; the girl in the improbably frilly dress threw a small object that reflected the fading light briefly to the knight, whose shield simply dissolved into thin air as he raised his arm to catch it. The angle was poor, making it difficult to see what was actually happening, but he held the object - a gem of some sort? - toward the beast, and it glowed with an inner light that shined through the gaps between his fingers. The massive scorpion began to fade from sight similarly to how the shield had, though it seemed to struggle against some invisible bonds, screeching and flailing in protest before finally vanishing. The knight then called what sounded like orders, and the group broke up, most of them heading in a similar direction while the girl in the dress ducked behind a corner. "Someone here's going to have to call the police and let them know about the crash; we have to deal with getting that beast out of here before it breaks containment and causes more damage. Could you three please step away with me for a moment? I'd like to speak in private; I can't actually call an ambulance myself at the moment, so someone on the bus should do so." He gestured to Lucia and Adero. "You too," he said, with a pointed look at Stefan. "Believe me, what I have to tell you is extremely important." The ferret offered his own response after the soldier was finished speaking. "I am not a pet, young lady," he told the girl who had begged to hug him. Vixen "Go bother somebody else!" There was a definite wavering in her voice, despite the firm command. The girl was painfully aware of the power imbalance between Vixen and herself; her voice was not laced with bravado, but fear. "How could I trust somebody who kills Mediators? Even the most evil Mediators are still protecting the lives of thousands of people by contracting mages to fight magical beasts." She punctuated this statement by pulling her bow back to full draw. "As far as I know, you're just trying to hunt someone down and pretending that you're after that dragon thing so people will do what you say."

"This might seem like a really super obvious questions but do we get our own locations? I mean you did drug us and stuff, and it's hard to use any information on where someone else is if you don't know where you are. Unless that's on the tablets too, I guess that would make sense, but Boring Scientist-san is probably smart enough to not give us information that makes us less likely to cooperate." Haruki's voice didn't hold a single note of hostility, however, still maintaining a fairly cheerful tone despite essentially accusing them of withholding information to ensure they got what they wanted. "Ooh, I guess we get to keep the the tablets? That's fun." The young esper drew back and gave each of his newfound partners a sharp glance, an expression of what might have been concentration - or just mock seriousness - on his face. "You guys still didn't tell me your powers, even though we're going to work together."

What systems has it come out on? I really want to play it after accidentally stumbling across the OST, but can't really afford a new console at the moment.

"Ignorance of the law is not an excuse." Griefing isn't allowed under ANY circumstances. Particularly when yiu tear down half of a castle that obviously took a lot of effort to build. EDIT: xBrightness has been banned for 7 days due to ban evasion. The alt used, xWeightless, has been permanently banned pending appeal.
-
Funny, because inspection shows all of the mentioned users griefing two areas created by Myst to hell and back. The bans are temporary; everyone on the above list will be allowed back on the server in less than three days. At that time, you can explain why you found it acceptable to tear down Myst's castles in person to me.

I was gonna try to get an update out tonight but Haruki is fucking exhausting to write. Expect this sometime after the next OSAF update.

Ymora Academy Chapter 1: Bonds [IC]
Chevaleresse replied to Chim's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
"Nah, he's usually a pretty lazy bastard." The Ralts responded to this slight with the sort of exaggerated look of offense - complete with accompanying gasp - that a human might. "Not really, but he does like his sleep. I do too, not that I actually get it consistently. Which reminds me, I should probably run by the nurse at some point and let whoever it is know about my meds." He turned back around as to walk forward normally, but then slowed down. "Except I have no idea where the office is. Uh, could you help me get there?" -
Shou shrugged. "She's built more for precision inputs than ease-of-use. I figured that a design principle biased toward the latter doesn't make sense when it comes to a system that's only ever going to be used by one person. I do want to be a Device Meister someday." With this line he lowered his gaze from Leivinia to look at Caster, pulling what looked like a jeweler's screwdriver out of a pocket with an awkward-looking lean not atypical of someone in a sitting position. He proceeded to poke at the device in his hands and occasionally make some minute adjustment, any details of which were lost in the darkness of he night. "I don't have a mana conversion affinity, though I always thought the topic was somewhat interesting, you know, why do some mages have them and some don't, that sort of thing. Haven't really studied it much though; it's not really important for an aspiring Device Meister. I figure that the more I learn about practical magic, the better Devices I can create eventually." After a beat, he added, "Not to imply that mana conversion is impractical, just that it's not something everyone has, so it wouldn't make sense to study it a whole lot."

oh yeah, keep in mind: Canon Servants are allowed, just submit them like a normal one. Though, if you -have- to use one, I recommend not grabbing any of the ones that have cropped up in a lot of works (people like Artoria or Gilgamesh) and/or have extensive roles in the works in which they appear. Unless you take a Berserker and bring them into a different class (say Archer Herakles, though he'd be basically unstoppable), which might work better. Just try to be consistent with canon depictions unless there's a reason. (For example, the two versions of Vlad III; one being the embodiment of Dracula, the other being the actual Romanian hero, or Jack the Ripper with a similar case.)

lolno we're not even CLOSE to that kind of technology, the power needs and how unstable such a weapon would be make them vastly impractical for at least the next twenty years, if not much longer. There would have to be significant and largely unprecedented advances in material quality in order to get plasma weaponry in any form by 2050.

Shou raised an eyebrow at the display. He hadn't been expecting a display of Devices already, though he had been close to unsealing his own simply for the purposes of working on her. "Interesting Device. So you use the Modern Belka system, then? Unless you were raised by nuns or something, I don't know. Dual blades are an interesting choice, not particularly practical but you might be able to make use of the extra blade within the Belka system. . ." He trailed off for a moment, frowning in thought. "But that's for you to figure out, I suppose." He brought the wrist carrying the inactive Hyperion Caster closer to his face. "Are you sure everything's good to go?" The Device's response was what sounded like an exasperated sigh. "Of course. What do you think they did earlier, disassemble me?" Ignoring the pointed question, Shou spoke again, this time a command. "Might as well show you as well. Hyperion Caster, Device Mode, but save on power." The rifle-like construct appeared in his hands with a flash, the bracelet vanishing at the same time. It looked a bit large and heavy for its wielder, but it didn't appear to give Shou any trouble. "I mostly focus on bombardment, though I try to be ready for any situation." A note of pride entered his voice. "I built Caster mostly by myself, and she's perfectly suited to my style. At least, I'd like to think so."

funny because TnT is disabled on the server. still, i'd like to find out who was responsible.

-your personality section is super contradictory: outgoing but keeps to himself? impulsive but thoughtful? -eyes randomly turning color isn't a thing. there are Mystic Eyes, but those are different (and don't change colors.) iirc the only thing in the Nasuverse that results in eye color changes is being a half-demon, and that's only if you're close to giving in to your demon blood -Servant section doesn't make sense -brown hair that appears to be black? wat?
