  1. 6/10 I've never been a fan of the animated sprites in sigs, and you have 'mons that really infuriate me to boot. Your sig pic is alright, but seems like you could have done more. I also don't get the first bit of your comment; this is literally just cropped out of the official artwork.
  2. It's basically the ideal of what I want to be. I want to be remembered for standing up for what I believe, and having the will to do so after the point where everyone else has given in.
  3. 7/10. I like it, but idk it could use a background. There is a face, btw. THis is the same guy as my previous avatar.
  4. you could use one of my old ones
  5. I like this new avatar, but if it was colorized it'd be cool. Unfortunately i forgot how to colorize things.

  6. Silef, rather than doing what might seem to be immediately intuitive, dodged almost directly toward the mountain of a man, getting inside the arc of his massive maul. She cursed herself mentally; it should have been obvious he wouldn't go for a parry, simply taking the attack (which simply grazed his armor; the sorceress didn't want to stand in place long enough to deal a true strike) and taking a swing. Immediately after moving, she struck upward with a thrust, aiming at the space between helmet and chestplate. Perhaps his armor's design was an archaic one, and lacked a gorget...
  7. "Thank you." He nodded politely. It might have been a bow if it wasn't so hurried. He headed after the woman down into the ship, still trying to figure out what on earth was going on. They weren't headed for Arcadia, but this man at least seemed willing to carry them somewhere. More concerning was the power balance on the ship; after all, crewmembers didn't typically kick captains in the groin and get away with it. And who had hired this vessel, anyway? Yuuki's thoughts chased one another as he walked below the deck, not really paying attention to his own pace.
  8. Yuuki's confusion with the situation increased by the second. Threats were being thrown back and forth, Pokemon released, and now the captain's family jewels had been struck by another crew member. It was like something out of a cartoon. He shook his head, as if the gesture would somehow remove the situation, and proceeded on board, minding the slick dock. When he was safely aboard, he turned to the friendly (to them, at least) one and asked him a question in a tone that lay somewhere between relief and confusion. "What, exactly, is going on? This vessel was repurposed and therefore couldn't carry us, but you are still headed to Arcadia?"
  9. Silef, upon entering striking range, feinted at Dust's -well, it would have been his head if he were the same size as the average man- and then redirected her strike at his weapon arm, all the while preparing to move her blade out of the path of any attempts to parry or block it. Dust was much faster than he seemed, but his weapon wasn't weightless. As soon as he moved, she hoped she could adjust her strike to cut at him around or underneath the counter.
  10. idk, does using slightly fucky sets count as being a trickster? e.g. using Jolteon as a Landorus check
  11. Nagi (concurrent with other timelines) The assassin's task brought her to a rather unusual location; one of the city's wealthy residential areas, full of expensive apartments and suites. Districts like these tended to be difficult for mages to operate in; since most crimes committed in them were of the white-collar variety, any mysterious property damage was much more likely to arouse suspicion, and digital monitoring devices were much more common. It was almost a formality to call it Preserver territory, though it did lay past a band of heavy patrols by the faction, and they did run stealthy checks on a regular basis. She was a block or two away from the address shown at most; it wouldn't take much time to reach her destination. Ozymandias and Dexter The beast let out a cry of startlement and pain as the flames washed over its muzzle. It reared upward and to the side, moving as far away as it could from the fiert assault. It stayed in that posture for the barest moment, then continued to spin about as it crashed down to the ground facing the other direction, whipping its tail toward the group. Takeshi dodged backward out of the reach of the lash, and came back into a ready stance. Words were pointless in this situation; as soon as he gathered the energy, he would show the creature just how he felt about what had just happened. It was quite evident in his posture, and in the building glow in his eyes, and seemingly around him, that he was preparing an attack.
  12. Hukuna's got a point; the only thing that's happened so far is a character saying no and the PCs being redirected to another character who also said no.
  13. God damn, 100 bucks to fix two buttons? Wtf Nintendo.

My R button is pretty bad on my 3DS. Only works half the time. And from what I've heard, the 3DS's R and L buttons are just pretty poorly made in general.

The replacement triggers are pretty durable from what I hear.

  14. Just popping in to note that I do a weekly OST highlight on my profile.

I just don't get why certain individuals found the need to immediately start tearing it down.

  16. This is an idea based on a project I've worked on occasionally. I've had difficulty writing on it consistently, but it is essentially a post apocalyptic sci-fi/fantasy world covered (literally) in the remains of the former civilization. Players would take the role of an Enhanced, from a small village somewhere in the world, and work to survive the various threats presented to them while exploring the lost world and learning more about the mysterious event known as the Impact Landscape & Survival Enhanced Telepathy Element 126 - This is pretty much my explanation behind how abilities and such work, for those interested.
  17. "Well, I see only one possible solution, then. Overwhelm him with so many attacks that he cannot take the time to adjust to each one." Silef replied to Ress'nok with a tone similar to the one he used. Without waiting for him to respond, she started to walk calmly but purposefully toward Dust, her strides falling with decisiveness. "Enough with fooling about at range." She sheathed her normal blade, and instead seemed to grasp the air for a moment before a sword made of the same light she had just used to strike at Dust with formed in her hand, though this wasn't dazzling to look at. A matching parrying dagger appeared similarly in the opposite hand as she moved toward striking distance.
  18. The walls beginning to form about him and the ceiling brushing his head cued Seyr's transformation into human form, at least for the moment. "That seems like a good plan. Have you ever been to Mirthwood? I haven't. Do they have a map? I wonder what the food is like there." It might have seemed difficult to tell whether the wyvern was speaking to himself or the pixie next to him. He started to leave the room, then stopped and turned back to look at Jewel again. "Did I miss anything?" he asked, making a gesture indicating his entire body. "The eyes can be tough to get right, and occasionally I forget some scales..."
  19. Yuuki turned toward Felix upon hearing his words. "I don't think that's going to work. He said 'repurposed,' not 'in the process of repurposing.' Regardless, neither implies that they will continue to Arcadia." The young man tilted his head, thinking for a moment. "I must say, you look familiar. Were you a Devon employee, by any chance?" Remembering why there were there, he stopped. "Nevermind; we can speak later." He started after the others boarding the ship to speak with the captain. "Well, this is just going swimmingly, isn't it..." he said to no one in particular.
  20. Don't I get credit for the name?
  21. "The captain," Yuuki clarified. "Where is the captain?" The scholar signed this as he visually scanned the boat, looking for someone who seemed to be some sort of authority figure. Perhaps someone better-dressed, or not engaged in hard work like the others.
