  1. Feel free to borrow Xavier as an NPC, if you want. I could probably come up with a few sigs for him, most notably being the flying flaming leap.
  2. Takeshi's group The silver-haired mage used his own blade to flick Krys's blade toward her, creating a grating sound as the weapon slid along the asphalt of the street. The beast, meanwhile, had been observing the group and decided to strike. It made a rapid, almost unnaturally quick leap, putting it past the edge of Ozymandias's flame barrier, then leapt toward Astros and ergo directly at Krys. Rooftop "Good. I already have people covering cleanup here. I also have a person investigating one potential cause for this particular beast's unusual behavior. As of now there are two things that need to be accomplished: track the beast down, and find out why it's acting the way it does. The former is self-explanatory. The latter would likely involve a lot of tracking down Mediators and the older Loners, and interrogating them about these sorts of events." Noriko looked back and forth between everyone present. "If you need to borrow any of my personnel, let me know. Our territory has been fairly quiet, though I still want to keep a significant number of us there just in case." In case of what, she didn't mention. "You have a bit more freedom than us, as your motion through the city won't spark more tension with the Preservers." She turned her head to look at Gavriil. "You, however, have a lot more training to do. I wasn't expecting this when I came to investigate today." She returned her attention to the greater group. "So, who's doing what?" Hospital Hikaru smiled warmly at the girl. "Good. I look forward to it." They returned the bow and walked out, at a quick but still smooth pace. Hikaru still had someone to visit here, after all.

  4. King comes from my first ever username, Supreme King of Awesomeness, which sounded cool and funny to 12 year old me. Murdoc comes from the Gorillaz character. Later I found out that the name "Murdoch" comes from a Gaelic word/name meaning "lord."
  5. damnit i havent even gotten to G-Rank in 4U yet
  6. Hiroki blushed more than slightly herself. "I-I think the bed will work fine, th-then." She awkwardly hurried toward the dresser with her armful of clothing. "T-this will be my drawer," she said as she opened the bottom one and began furiously stuffing clothing inside as if the pieces had offended her great ancestors. I knew something like this would happen, I'm always so awkward.
  7. It's fine. If you wanted to edit, infusing the weapon itself rather than conjuring bullets would be a bit more effective.
  8. Hiroki slid the wardrobe door open with one elbow, ready to get to work hanging and storing her clothes when she ran across the futon within. "Um, Kagari, you didn't mention there was another place to sleep in here." She turned to look at the other girl with an innocently questioning look of simple confusion. Why wouldn't she mention that? And where am I going to put all these clothes?
  9. "I guess. . ." Hiroki was rather nervous about that prospect. And it was weird. Kagari seemed like she was embarrassed by the prospect, too, judging by the color of her face, though her tone sounded. . . excited? "I wonder why they only gave us one bed." I guess there's nothing WRONG with it. It's not like no one has ever slept in the same bed as another person before. It just seems, I don't know, like you'd want to actually know the other person. After looking about for a moment, she spoke again. "Maybe we should just finish unpacking." With that, she started fishing her clothes out of her bag, getting an armload of them and walking over to the wardrobe.
  10. Arturia shrugged again. She seemed to be doing a lot of that. "I see. I'll tell you my line anyway; I am a nonpracticing Nayrist. While I agree with you on the point of the lines having little true significance, I still believe there are valuable lessons and ideas that can be taken from them. All of them, in fact; the line of Nayru simply suits my personal interests and personality the best." Somewhat abruptly, she let out a small chuckle. "Would you believe me if I told you I considered declaring Laylite at one point?"
  11. I really am not a fan of the Rayquaza avatar, so here's another older one.

  12. Please help me, or kill me, but don't bury my soul

  13. ....that was actually the wrong thread, this was supposed to be the idol RP iirc i already posted one, which was actually made in a dress-up game
  14. edit: im dumb and posted in this thread instead of the idol one
  15. "Sure." She hurried over to her things and retrieved the roll before handing it over to Ruri. "I'll just start unpacking." Hiroki picked up the as-yet-unopened bag and dragged it toward the bedroom door, pushing it open by essentially leaning backward into it because her hands were occupied. She turned around and set the bag down with a huff once she got into the room, but then stopped. "Um. Guys, why is there only one bed?" Granted, it could only be described as massive, but one bed it remained.
  16. Takeshi's group The blade caught the beast right in the teeth as it rotated its head for an attack. Unfortunately, its teeth were likely one of the strongest parts on its body, and the attack bounced. The doglike creature began to lunge, but instead flinched backwards when the gout of flame rose into the air. It growled ferociously at the rest of them, however, and it used the distance to begin circling about them. Its gaze was not focused on Krys or Ozymandias, however; it glared straight at Astros, who had nervously shuffled as close to the group as possible.
  17. Arturia shrugged. "It's not for everyone, I guess, though you're missing out on a lot by not reading." The girl's other comment prompted another shrug. "You're asking the wrong person. Medicine has never been a particularly interesting topic to me. It doesn't look that bad to me, though. However, you'll probably have a rather unsightly lump for at least a little while." She thought for a moment, her gaze returning to the novel in front of her. "Which line did you declare, by the way? I can't remember off the top of my head, if you told me at all."
  18. Soldier boy, made of clay, now an empty shell. 21, only son, but he served us well.

  19. Arturia shrugged. "It's fine. I'm not writing anything and this series in particular contains no scenes of graphic nudity or otherwise socially unacceptable content; elsewise I doubt I'd be able to get it past my mother. Not that she would review it closely enough to discover what is actually within it." Her eyes flicked up toward Emberly for a moment, noting what appeared to be a developing bruise and a flush of embarrassment. She elected to keep her observations to herself, however, to spare the other girl's talking about it. "Anyway, it's a series called the Wheel of Time. It's difficult to explain the whole concept, but essentially it's about a woman who was born to both save the world and destroy it. Of course, there wouldn't be much of a plot if that was all, so there are a number of factions set in opposition. I'm actually rereading the series; you discover more that you missed previously every time. It's also very internally consistent; you won't find many things that don't make sense in the context of the rest of the series, unlike many fantasy novels." She looked up at Emberly fully this time, checking for any looks of confusion. "There are a couple quirks about the writing, but nothing that seriously detracts from the incredibly high quality of the series." ((I figured that Rand would probably be a woman in a female-dominated society.))
