I got pulled away as I was explaining: basically you should intro yourself and mention something about heading to that area of the city.

Sirens occasionally ring out as the moon rises over one of the city's poorer neighborhoods. A lone hospital stands in the area, appearing almost defiant against the backdrop of run-down and occasionally abandoned buildings. The current of tension running through the area is almost palpable. That was precisely the reason that more secretive elements tended to congregate here, however; one doesn't closely examine what they expect to find. For certain individuals, possessed of senses and talents that they may not fully understand or even know they have, a strange sensation seems to emanate from a point in this area. Whether the call of a duty unknown to the world or simple curiosity does so, a pull is felt toward this place.

The funny part is I'm currently looking for a Black Star avatar.

It's up to the individual. You could fight in dead silence if it fit your character.

Of course. If you want an in-universe justification for calling attacks (which is optional), you can just say it helps your character focus or something.

One big issue: people don't know Mediators exist. Like, at all. Additionally, they have the natural abilities to free themselves from that sort of situation. I liked it, though; if you can fix those issues while keeping the story relatively intact,you'll be good to go.

If you're pretty much done then go ahead. I was just hoping more people would go for new characters for the sake of storytelling.

M-Absol is nice, as is M-Sceptile.

Basically just finish it off with him eventually wandering to Japan and meeting a faction of Peacekeepers. Also, I totally knew you would pick them. EDIT: If you don't have a character ready yet, I'm going to say that I'm requiring you to be lacking powers at this point.

I'll put up an IC thread once we hit 4 or 5 people. Keep in mind that not everyone has to start with powers; in fact, I would like to have some people who don't.

Blair nodded. "Yes. I can't think of how one could do so without leaving an obvious mark on the body. Electrocution would leave scorch marks and more visible damage - not to mention bruising and such from the victim flailing - and poison generally has noticeable physical effects, and there would have to be a visible injection point." Blair fell silent for a moment. "I suppose something affecting the brain, possibly though the Duel Gazer could be feasible, but I don't have knowledge of any way to do so without leaving any marks on the body." Blair turned off her bike and stuffed the key into a pocket, then got off and began to pace. "I suppose you could do something with a very forceful kind of electromagnetic wave - you know, the kind in the movies that shorts out electronics? They do that in real life too. If you found the right way to apply them, I suppose it might be possible to kill someone by causing a sufficient disruption in the brain. This is all speculation, though, I really have no idea if that's biologically possible without just blowing a hole in someone."

That's something I forgot to mention. Untransformed powers pretty much extend to a slight increase in physical attributes and short-range telepathy. However, you can transform parts of your body, which takes less energy to implement but more energy to maintain than a full transformation.

Just FYI, I'm pretty nice when it comes to not killing people with NPCs, but I don't control other PCs. If you go chaotic evil and get killed I won't stop it.
