  1. Xavier laughed. "Relax, friend, I'm sure the airhead didn't mean anything by it. I fear I've also been rude, however: my name is Xavier, and as you have seen I am a Cinder Knight." He finished his short introduction off with a polite bow. "It's good to meet a friendly face."
  2. the guidelines ARE feedback. Your insistence on pushing for things that the host has already given a flat no on is rather worrying.
  3. alright I really like math and am quite good at it so anyone who looks at pokemon and knows anything about physics should realize that REAL WORLD PHYSICS DO NOT APPLY TO POKEMON.

  5. i just realized that my team is literally all physical attackers except the special-attacking Gardevoir this is why i'm getting a blissey eventually
  6. "Alright, sir." Kage turned back to the little gathering taking place around his new Tyrunt. Listening to the commotion for a short time, he picked out one of the little dragons. This one seemed to be particularly eager to battle, and he liked the little guy's spirit. "Wanna go?" The Axew responded by taking a couple steps back and assuming a battle-ready stance. "Alright then, let's do this! Tyrunt - I really have to think of a good name for you - start with a bite!" She obeyed, jaws snapping at the Axew, who scrambled away as quickly as she could. "Keep going!" Tyrunt swerved about and continued her assault on the Axew. After she landed a solid hit, the Axew reeled for a moment, then roared (well, squeaked, but the intention was obvious) in anger and opened her jaw wide. A bluish ball of energy formed there and launched itself at the Tyrunt, striking her squarely and knocking her over. Before Kage could give another order, the Tyrunt replied with a more solid-sounding roar of her own, and then stomped downward at the Axew. Since both were panting with fatigue, Kage stepped in. "Alright, guys, that's good." He tossed a Pokeball at the Axew and it sealed in much the same manner as how it had captured Tyrunt earlier. The trainer walked over, picked up the ball, and released the Axew again. She let out a sharp cry and looked like she wanted to continue the battle. "Woah, there, buddy, we're done for now. Here, have a berry." He opened the appropriate pocket and both dragons immediately scuttled over and picked out their favorites before sitting to chow down.
  7. Amarantha gratefully drank the water before huddling under Gale's discarded shirt once again. She looked about, however, when she heard a faint roar in the distance. "Did anyone else hear that?"
  8. *detonates violently*

  9. Kage turned to face what could only be one of the adult Haxorus. He gave a polite bow to it before taking a couple steps back and releasing the Tyrunt he caught earlier. Shortly after doing this, he recalled Tyrunt's Pokedex information. "This Pokémon was restored from a fossil. If something happens that it doesn't like, it throws a tantrum and runs wild." Please behave, please behave. . . Remarkably, the little dinosaur was actually quite polite; she performed a similar motion to her new Trainer before walking over to him and bumping into his leg. "Is it alright if she plays with your little ones? I can't imagine being in that ball is terribly exciting for her."
  10. Marcus darted toward the nearest bunch of orcs and swung his blade in a wide arc, the tip of his blade trailing a stream of flames while the edge glowed a dull red. You could feel the heat radiating from the Cinder Knight as he charged; his pent-up anger and frustration fueled his attack.
  11. because we should force a mother that doesn't want a child to carry it to term, undergo immense physical pain, literally have her psychology rearranged forcibly by her hormones so she will be less likely to want to kill the child, then either raise it while resenting it or give it up for adoption where it is in no way guaranteed to have a good life. (living in orphanages/foster homes has been proven to increase the chance of axis II mental illnesses)

  13. Xavier drew his blade, the steel ringing in the air. "I don't know about you, but I don't think letting this band escape will help the area, regardless of that creature's feelings toward us. If it comes to the worst, that being is already wounded; we could defeat it if we had to. Now, let's do this!" He charged forward, blade held at the ready.
  14. “I’m impressed the way you caught it, but if you need help or talk to someone about anything you can come to me. Unfortunately this isn’t the place or time to have this conversation as we have to move along." Balls, he knows. I'm in trouble. Kage's consternation was visible as they followed the trail, his mind working on how to escape the situation. Devin didn't seem mad, though. Maybe. . . He shook his head violently, trying to clear his head for the moment. Whatever. I'll worry about the trip, first. He wandered off the trail a short distance, hoping he could meet a Haxorus.
  15. Kage laughed out loud, startling the Tyrunt as he had an idea. It was pretty good that the Ralts could read his thoughts, otherwise this plan would never work. He nodded and Lucas appeared to wink out of existence, confusing the Rock-type even more. Suddenly, it felt a weight on its head. The Ralts had teleported right on top of him, and was now pretending to ride the Tyrunt like a Tauros at a rodeo. The battle degenerated into the Tyrunt running around, snapping its jaws futilely until it finally flopped over onto the ground in an effort to dislodge the Fairy-type. Once he left, the Tyrunt stayed down, though it didn't really appear all that fatigued. "What, are you giving up already?" The Tyrunt's reply to Kage was a snort and a roll of the eyes, though of course he didn't catch the last part. Kage shrugged and held out a Pokeball. "So, what do you think?" After waiting a moment for the Tyrunt to react, and getting nothing except for it standing up and calmly waiting, he tossed the ball, which encapsulated the dinosaur and sealed up without a hitch. Huh. I expected it to be a bit more rowdy. Speaking of. . . He dug his Pokedex out of his pocket. "Let's see here. . ." The machine was somewhat difficult to operate by sound alone, and he sat there for about ten minutes trying to figure out how to get it to scan a Pokemon to show level and gender.
