A lot of the grunts in those evil teams definitely show a lot of indicators of youth and inexperience. For all we know, some of them ARE 8, and we just can't tell because they all have a "grunt" sprite.

One thing I've noticed about all the RPs in this section is that none of them have language as a consideration when building interactions between characters. In most of them it's understandable that it would be a non-factor, but it seems like it could easily add an extra dimension to it. Take the upcoming Ymora RP, for example. The characters could be from everywhere in the known world of Pokemon, but there isn't a single mention of language. Graterras does the same thing; despite the fact that characters are from the far corners of a vast, diverse area, everyone can easily communicate with the only barriers being distance. Wouldn't it be more interesting if, for example, the RPers ran into someone that only knew Giantish? Or an elf who refuses to communicate in any of the "tongues of lesser beings" but still understands the party? It would add that much more flavor, for another example, that a character in the Ymora RP from Kalos speaks with a thick French accent, or that the faintest hint of a regional Japanese dialect can be heard in the voice of the character from Kanto. Just a thought.

It is Chimchain's decision, though. Still, I don't see why a breeder or battler couldn't head over to a contest hall, or someone in the other two programs couldn't come over and help out in a nursery or something.

Well, I can see a certain amount of overlap. Being a good battler would mean you would have to take good care of your pokes (part of a breeder's job description) which would also keep them looking nice. Contests, at least in the anime, involve battles, and even in the games your pokes still need to be able to use their moves well. Breeders would also have a good knowledge of each pokemon's strengths and weaknesses. It's not like studying French literature, physics, or agriculture; it's more like three different types of engineering.

I made a thing, if you don't wanna use it for something then it's my theme. It's an edit of Wheel of Time by Blind Guardian, basically just hacked together in 20 minutes. I picked out a piece of the song and clumsily looped it. Might make for a good E4/Champion theme, it's a bit too epic for a plain old trainer.
