  1. I was planning on having it follow the group and travel with you, actually. Better go buy some duct tape.
  2. It'll be a bit awkward to work you in right now. Chapter Two should be coming soon, could you wait a bit?
  3. The small, frightened dragonling shrank back in fear at the cold touch of the barrel of the gun. It was nothing like her mother's warm scales or fur. She swung her head around in confusion, having no idea what to do. A roar sounded, and she turned her head to the source. She caught what seemed like the smell of another Dark-type, and abruptly scrambled away from Gale. It careened into Theodore's leg, driven by a primal need for comfort in the face of newfound hardship. She felt the Pangoro's fur, and started to huddle up in the long fur that came down from his back, since it felt somewhat close to her mother's.

  5. FYI, I wouldn't let you catch something that was strong enough to almost wipe the party the way I was playing it. It'd be bad for the story.
  6. As the party licked their wounds collectively, recovering from the intense battle, a small raspy cry sounded. A small, dark blue Pokemon climbed up out of a hole in the ground. The burrow had been well-concealed and nearly invisible to anyone who didn't know that it was there. In fact, there was now only one living creature that knew where it was located; and that creature let out another gravelly noise before sniffing the air and bounding playfully over to Gale, who was the first thing it had smelled. As it approached, more details become clear. The body was spotted with various bruises, and a dark blue lower body was covered by a dense black fuzz. It was also apparently blind, as it bumped into several obstacles along the way to the trainer.
  7. If you feel bad now, prepare to feel like a complete piece of shit in 3, 2, 1. . .
  8. The Hydreigon gave out one last cry of pain, and the center head thumped to the ground as the beast gave in to the agony, falling unconscious. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amarantha answered the Dewott's question. "That Hydreigon got beat around by the rest of the Pokemon here, but then it used a Dragon move to call meteors from the sky. You couldn't protect yourself, so I did." She flinched at the report of the gun when it sounded. She looked about for the source, and quickly located it. Did he. . . ?
  9. Poor Hydreigon.

      YEAH, POOR THING. *Rage*

  10. The poisonous fumes incapacitated the right head, which fell limply to the ground along with its twin on the left. The center head was emitting some really quite pathetic cries as it desperately tried to drag itself away. This was largely ineffective as it had very few functioning limbs left. Hydreigon let out a last, somewhat powerful sounding roar, in an attempt to scare off the Houndoom. The dragon caught sight of Zephyr, and simply started staring at the woman, straight into her eyes.
  11. Nathan released his GAOs, thinking back to the intense training of the past few months. The Charmander had transformed into a more ferocious - and more ornery - form that the professor called a Charmeleon. Icarus, on the other hand, remained the same hardheaded blue lizard. Neither one was particularly content to just sit around, and the two started to scuffle almost immediately until Nathan barked a curt order to stop at them.
  12. The Hydreigon gasped as the wave of fire washed over it; it no longer had the energy to roar. The flames gathering in the center head burst forth in another desperate assault on the hated Ice-type, blasting the Froslass with considerable force despite the creature's weakened state. Then, it fell over, the weak legs being insufficient for the task of keeping the beast upright. It whined weakly as the pain started to hit it with full force.
  13. The Hydreigon was hit by a blizzard and a thunderbolt almost simultaneously, sending it tumbling to the ground as the rain of meteors stopped. It struggled fruitlessly to get back into the air, but the battle had taken too much of a toll and all six wings fluttered weakly, two of which were frozen stiff. The dragon awkwardly stood on the underused, atrophied legs, and gazed around the battlefield. It saw the Bidoof and Froslass standing (and floating) nearby. The central head started to gather flames, and they leaked from its mouth in five equally spaced lines. The left one exhaled violently, sending a small gust of power at the Bidoof.
  14. or being NVE on Fire, resisting Bug, being FUCKING IMMUNE to Dragon, supereffective on dark and fighting. . . literally no sense. I don't really get a lot of the balancing logic, either. Nerf dragons, okay, nerf dark offensively, but dark is already shit defensively, why did it need a nerf? Why force Poison and Steel to be offensive types? Why the fuck would you nerf Bug? I can think of two competitively viable bugs, maybe three. Fire didn't need a buff, it's already strong. Fighting was also kind of unnecessary, because it's not really all that OP either; yes, not many things resist it, but Flying isn't exactly uncommon. If anything, Flying needs a buff by giving us more than two good flying attacks.
  15. ikr but no really, fuck fairies. As I've said before, having competitive experience has shown me that Dragon, as a type, was and is in no way OP. Steel types are ubiquitous, and every single one is murdered by common coverage moves except for maybe Kingdra. Then, fairy came along and will probably drive everything but the absolute best dragons down into the dirt by forcing you to either a. not use dragons or b. use coverage that is almost completely worthless otherwise. The type is completely nonsensical in almost every way. Literally the only part that makes sense about Fairy's matchups is the weakness to Steel due to the myth of cold iron.
