  1. Terrible, though in my defense I had to fence B-rated fencers. (My coach, a certified fencing master, is a C)
  2. pls no, that thing is already the bane of my existance
  3. Wandering around in dwarf fortress in adventurer mode, fighting some rhinos. After I killed three or four, HORN IN THE BRAIN->INSTANT DEATH.

  4. Sarcus focused intently on the history lesson for a few reasons. One, they were focusing on detailed military history right now, and tactics was one of his interests. Two, Draco was, as his name suggested, a trainer of Dragon-types, and he wanted to talk to him about obtaining and training Dragon-type Pokemon. He didn't write notes, though. He glanced over at Grace. Are you up for a battle, later? Gallant needs some practice. He sent the message telepathically.
  5. Sarcus, after P.E. had ended, retrieved his books from where they had been resting. He looked around for Grace, wondering how she had been doing. Over the last couple months, he had been rather distracted. Training was starting to take up a large portion of his time; a stark contrast to how he had been using his time at home. He continually felt the need to make his team just a little bit stronger, a bit faster, more coordinated.
  6. Sarcus strode down the halls, back to the room where he had met Flux and Ogre. The trainer was standing by the same machine, feeding some berries to his partner. "Flux. You, me, and Miki have been assigned to the same covert ops squad. Silver is going to find us later when the mission starts." He glanced at the machine. "I see that you haven't started yet. Ah, well, it's probably for the best. These things aren't cheap." Flux seemed a bit offput by something, but Sarcus didn't ask about it.
  7. Sarcus's eyes widened slightly at Grace's performance. Impressive. He didn't posses nearly enough acrobatic skill to pull something like that off; let alone the required accuracy to actually hit his targets while doing so. After a few people went, it was his turn. He quickly threw all of his knives in rapid succession. Each flew to their designated target except for one, which fell short. He grunted in dissatisfaction when he saw where the kunai had hit, though. The blades had landed on the outer edges of his targets, instead of close to the bullseye. He sat down, sighing with a degree of frustration.
  8. Sarcus stood up slowly, still focusing on his mental sparring with Gallant. He made his way down to the gym. Perhaps this lack of focus had been what was holding his accuracy back. . . It didn't matter. He had better ways to defend himself at range. He noted Grace heading into the gym with him, but didn't call out to her. If she wants to talk, fine. If not, I'm not interrupting my training.
  9. As soon as Alina stopped talking, he turned to Gallant. He focused intently on the Pokemon. They couldn't physically practice in the classroom, but both of them had psychic abilities. With Gallant's assistance, they created a mental image of themselves. Alright, we're going to practice your close combat. Get your guard up; you're leaving yourself open here- and here- and here. Left, left, up, hook, down, center, up, right, down, right . . . The two began sparring mentally, focusing intensely.
  10. Someone needs to jump in and fight the conclave mother for Pokelord, since he'll be gone for the next two weeks.
  11. Sarcus grunted. "Alright then." He noticed Jake momentarily pulling out a book and reading it. He tapped on his desk. "You should read the Wheel of Time series sometime." He returned his attention to Alina, though she didn't get much. He was trying to work out what they needed to drill on today during their free time. Gallant needs to work on defending himself in close combat. . . He was quickly lost in thought.
