Togekiss actually only has a base speed of 80. So outspeeding it isn't as hard as you think... But yeah... jirachi though... that thing truly would become a god awful nightmare if ran with a Fear core.

Just to clarify and be absolutely sure, are you just banned from reborn server itself, or legit all of showdown, regardless what server you try to connect to? because if it's the latter, I'm fairly certain that no one here can really do much to help you. Why? Like, legitimately right now, why? Why is this needed? The current way everyone is doing it is just fine, hasn't caused a single problem here or during the old run. And honestly, there are so many other descriptors aside from 'Someone' that can be used in it's place to keep it varied that making up an entirely new word is really pointless. just as Commander has already more or less explained in detail above.

Mayanna's group "Don't worry about it." Maya said. "Knowing him, he'll either just let it go and forget about it, or make a mental note for later and keep it in the back of his mind." She looked back to the tablet for a moment, flicking through a few more screens. "While we wait though, why don't you guys introduce yourselves? I already know all your names and everything, but I figure there are some of you who probably don't." Titania meanwhile, only watched as the normal type left. She had to admit, it was quite interesting, something like the panda actually snarling. And it wasn't some babyish, squeal of a snarl either, it was the real deal to boot... the type that comes from the gut and gets reverberated in the throat, the type that makes the fangs gnash and the eyes flare. If it had just come from something a bit bigger and less funny looking than a midget panda, hell, it easily would've been something worthy of fear. But... as it stood? Coming from him? From the one that practically all of his opponents laughed at before they actually fought? Well... she couldn't help but suppress a coy chuckle or two. It was a surprise that anyone parted before his approach. Did they actually find it intimidating? Hell, it was more cute than anything to her really...

Mayanna's Group Maya checked off the names and photos as one by one the crew arrived, first johnathan then Matt and finally Mie. She gave no response to Matt's glare as she worked on the screen, aside from the knowing glance she gave Folie when the Panda had paused to eye the arrogant bloke. She saw him. And honestly, she didn't really give too much of a damn; whatever beef the boy had, it wasn't her problem. Hell, if the hunch from earlier was right, then this was probably nothing more than some attempt at intimidation, or something else equally as idiotically macho. Folie's brow only furrowed at her silent reprimand. He left to return to the search... Maya looked up from the Tablet not long after. "That's everyone except Emberly then." She finally said as she raised her eyes. Without missing a beat, her expression changed to something friendly. "anyway, now that most of you are here: you all can all me Maya. I've more or less been assigned as the leader of our little group here, it's a pleasure to meet you all. We're just waiting for one last person to get here..." Folie “Want me to train you? Sorry, I don’t train weaklings!” That last guy...could go fuck himself for all he cared. The Panda stormed through the crowd. Last time he had to dodge legs and maneuver about to get anywhere. This time partners and trainers alike took note of the subtle snarl emanating from his throat and stayed out of his way- a spinda snarling... not something many people had probably heard before, as whimsical and seemingly care free and crazy his kind typically appeared. And probably good reason to stay away, given such harsh contrast to the norm. He knew not why this particular boy's taunt had angered him so. It certainly hadn't been the first he'd received in the last month, and it probably wouldn't be the last... but It just had for some reason. At least the Sawk had been smart enough to understand why he was there in the first place. Maybe it was how smug the guy had been. Maybe it had been the fact that the guy was arrogant enough to think he had come looking for someone to train him- he had someone to train him, god damn it... that someone was Maya, and hell, he had done nothing but train for the past 4 years, had been lectured by a greying red head and knocked around by a tsundere Scizor in drill after fucking drill until they got it right. Why the hell would he want to go through that crap again? The only reason he even accepted maya was because right from day one, she had been with him through that hell that Caidmus called tutoring... like hell he needed someone else, bastard should focus on his own damn team...and then the bloke goes and starts glaring at Maya like she fucking stole something from him, even when Folie was pretty damn sure that it was the first time any of them had ever met or seen each other...and of course she's just gonna act like she doesn't notice it. Or... maybe she just legit didn't give a damn about it... it was always kinda hard to tell with her. "Spiiiiiiiin...." He sighed. whatever... he shouldn't let it get to him; just forget about the bushy browed prick and try to find this last person- she was the absurdly tall girl, right? The chick with hair that reminded him of flames?

So just consider them both as being out in the crowd again looking for people right now. And I only intend to post again after Mie arrives and we are down to only 1 person left to find (which will set up the way for Hakuna to have Emberly arrive late while the rest of the group is conversing or something, once he is eventually able to start participating again)

We will be moving on after the 10th. Given that Hukuna's kinda been forced by circumstance to leave on an indeterminate hiatus period, I want to wait just a bit encase things end up resolving quickly for him and he can return. If not, We'll simply go on ahead and I'll keep Johanna involved in the story as needed so he can eventually come back. That and this government project I currently have is an absolute bitch. My group is made up of five people, and of those five, I know I'm probably gonna end up being the one having to do the most work... given that our committee chairman literally despises our instructor and doesn't care, and the other three in the group don't seem like they'll be too... useful, over the course of this.

Anyway, I'd have to cast my opinion for there being no issue including woman in the draft. For pretty much all the reasons Mael has already explained, just because someone is drafted doesn't mean they'll be forced into infantry or another highly physically intensive position. If you're capable, then your capable. If you aren't, you get assigned somewhere more appropriate. So yeah... the question of whether it be a unwise idea based off of the fact that on average the male anatomy and makeup has more muscle mass than the female anatomy... is kinda moot here- cause obviously not everyone is going to the same MOS. And honestly, I kinda have to agree with him on all the other points he made as well... It's not like this country is an autocracy. It is the people who hold the ultimate power through their ballot. If you don't like what an elected official is doing, well... exactly like he said, everyone shares the blame, because we all have the power to change it or prevent it, whether some of us choose to exercise that power or not. And further, if you are able bodied and yet aren't willing to get up off your ass, even when your homeland is under assault and facing the immediate threat of invasion and conquest by a foreign power, a power that will likely strip away any rights you have under the constitution, all the freedoms you've ever enjoyed but taken the price by which they were both obtained and maintained for granted... well, yeah, I see his point and think it's a pretty damn good one. If someone doesn't appreciate their freedom enough to fight in order to defend it... well, perhaps they have no need of freedom in the first place, nor any entitlement to it. I need you to go into the crowd, find them, and bring them all here." The two studied the screen, Folie going first then passing it to Titania. The fae nodded as she handed the device back, both of them got up, ready to begin their search. Titania disappeared behind the throng of legs and idling students first. Folie, however, stopped cold as Maya called out "Oh, and Folie... don't try to start any fights like when you wandered off during registration. You remember how that went, right? And what we talked about yesterday?" The panda glanced over his shoulder at the girl, seeing the pointedness in her eyes. He would've protested at her lecturing him yet again, but he could recall the last time he'd been on probation. A shudder that ran through him at the very thought. He hadn't been allowed out of his ball except for when Caidmus called them to the garden to train or it was time for a meal... and his meals for a good 2 weeks straight had consisted nothing but a loose, pale green mixture of energy powder and water. He hadn't starved, not at all, that had not the intention. The powder had been rich enough in nutrients and well.. energy to keep him going even better than any normal food would've... the point had been the fact that, while it would had kept him fueled even better than regular food, it had also had the horrible downside of tasting like the most bitter, shitiest thing that had ever passed his maw. And Folie knew full well that the girl truly did have the substance on her person, he even found a few familiar containers of it in her bag during the bus ride after he put her to sleep...just like he always had to during long rides or whenever she started to...lose it a little. "Spin..." He said, nodding simply. Not even a moment later, he too was off and into the crowd, dodging legs and knees, maneuvering around partners and glancing up at student's faces every chance he got, trying to find a match to those he had just memorized. Just as the steel type was doing not too far away.

Hugh- Route 1 Entrance- Nuvema town Hugh bore the weight of his pack on a single shoulder, staring at the lush seas of green out near the road. This was it. Right here, right now, this was where everything really begins... or rather, where it all really begins to end. But not for him...not for him at all. But he knew for whom the bell was going to toll. He had to admit, even though he honestly had little interest competing against any of these older trainers, or even against Alia or Tara for that matter, the high schoolers seemed pretty good judging by the fights he'd seen a while ago, especially the guy with the Treeko. Any of them probably would have made interesting and decent rivals, but there still remained the simple fact... that none of them were the ones he had to defeat. "Right," He answered Alia , stepping up beside the two Nuvema trainers and Jason. "It's either now or never, I guess."
