I'm just trying to get Faust down to the ground floor so that he can exit and start searching the area and get closer on street level now since he's figured he's gotten high enough up in the city, so... Also, I've got no idea whether jory is trying to set up something or not with the whole elevator thing, since I pretty much presumed whatever building Faust was on top of to be a office headquarters or whatever... something where it wouldn't be open to the public and so being seen wouldn't be helpful at all, hence the need to sneak about.

Ah yes... Darius... *Grips the remains of a shattered black and white spear* Someday... I will raise something from the ashes of that dead world... someday, when I have learned and grown far more powerful in the Writing Force. Anyways... looks like we've got a nice amount of peeps interested in doing this. Guess I'll be looking forward to it... very surprised that I'm saying that to tell the truth XD

Well, I've already decided to drop the D-nite idea and just go with dual dragons Kingdra and Altaria for Mareek's final team, so... there probably aren't anymore XD EDIT: and I've decided that Java, if he evolves at to his final stage at all, will not do so until the mid forties to early fifties. Just to ensure the others on Mareek's team will be powerful enough to subdue him when he (she) goes a bit... haywire, even despite him knowing every single strategy, tactic, and weakness of every team member. And since honestly his evo only adds 20 points total to his BST and drains his defenses...

"This can't possibly be good..." Faust sighed as he looked out over the district from his lofty perch. His legs still buzzed and pumping with electric force from the constant sprinting and jumping that had delivered him down to the roof of the high rise... He would've preferred just flying over parkour; was simpler, easier... far easier. His arms and back still ached from the fall he'd taken early on, a bit of beginner's misfortune when he'd misjudged the distance of a jump and ended up hurtling at least two or three stories before he could unfurl and soar upwards with his wing to get out of the death tumble. He'd managed to land himself onto the next roof, but... the impact had been anything but graceful or controlled. He had noticed it though, as he had covered more and more air. That strange tugging coming from somewhere up ahead. Of all the things, it had served as the only true beacon he could go off of during the wind-swept journey across glass and steel. "It's gotten stronger the closer I've come, shouldn't be much farther away, whatever it is." Faust began searching around, spotted a stairwell leading into the buildings innards, and in an instant he knew how he was going to get to ground level. "Burst through the door, disable any security devices, and ride the elevator fast and hard... simple enough." He grasped the handle, being met with a jarring stickiness when he tried to pull. The blue screen of the electronic lock just above it sat with it's pale green face blank, plastic cover to protect the key board broken and lying on the floor of the roof. "Oh no no no... that won't stop me, not after all this." His hand raised and hovered before the device, palm outstreched and the sensation of an electric surge beginning to form as violet light spilled over the Password Lock. A spark lept between his hand and the keyboard, and seconds later the face turned a deep scarlet and the door practically fell open, inviting him inside like a welcome guest to a warm cottage. "And that, is how you do it." Without another word, he disappeared inside, making sure to shut the steel slab behind him just as the lock's ugly mug turned green with envy yet again...

NOOOOOOOOS! Zephyr! ;-; Well, it's been good then... I have to admit though, I'm honestly gonna miss Raiza as a character. Just when it looked like Mareek might have had a second person he might've been able to legitimately call a friend, too...ah well. still, it's your decision to make if you can't spark any interest for it anymore. but don't be a stranger though, ya hear? It's been fun.

you could always go for the Haxorus line/ Druddigon in terms of more dragons. Or use Blaziken/ Chestnaught/ etc. or just evolve the ralts to Gallade in the future for fighting types. For minerals you could use things like steelix or aggron or golem, etc... the list could go on and on, and you could run sandstorm as a support move on just about any Steel/Rock/Ground type, so... or you could just run it on Reina alternatively. And i have decided that the slot will go to Infernape for the fire element on Mareek's team. I saw something recently that made me feel a bit more respect for it. That and Altaria can honestly do torkoal's job as a defensive powerhouse just as well after a single cotton guard, so...don't really need him. so now that the team is finalized for the final time, His next two catches for year one will likely be a Chimchar/ Monferno and a Swablu... a big, gloriously shiny swablu... ((because, hey, who doesn't want to ride golden dragons across the sky?)) and Nemo's gonna have himself a good ole time later on...

Damn it... someone knows... and i've misplaced Surge's team members that he left behind... :/ no assassinations possible I guess. But anyways, I guess we could use a few more anime based RP worlds around here so... let's see how it goes

The above gif brings a question to mind: would this be more of a real world-grounded thing, or will it be more of an anime type deal with the story and setting?

Yes, this is the matrix and each of them can dodge bullets and are extremely proficient in every form of martial arts known to man. No. But they have some high end stealth technology on their side. Like the devices they all used to mask their appearances and thought patterns in order to infiltrate the club... Hence why Jenifer picked up on none of them with her abilities EDIT: also, I shall do what I can to get the Editing on the last update done this weekend. School is being a bitch and I have a lesson plan to draw up since I kinda have teaching duties for a particular class on friday... and I'm the only one in my group with the head to actually get the ground work and planning done

OH god... Idols... Well,if this gets enough interest and gets up off the ground... I guess I'll try my hand at it. Solely because I need practice breaking the status quote of my characters and basically (almost) every last one of the RPs where I was attempting to get it done... they've kinda gone a bit cold for the time being :/ otherwise I would never consider it though...

already got a fighting type, so infernape really doesn't bring too much to the table for me. And I considered Torkoal some time back, played around with the idea of a Shell Smash+ Amnesia core (I was gonna even name it car wreck, but decided against it since I thought that would be a bit tasteless...) though perhaps I could also do something like how I had Lisa fight against James with her own during the preliminary matches... hell though, I can't even remember if I gave that thing any supports XD Eh, I guess i might take a second look at em. But I'd honestly prefer something a bit bigger... though I could just do the same thing I'm planning to do with Icarus and have it be a bit larger than the average size of it's species (IE, i intend for the Altaria to be as tall as mareek standing up basically...) seeing as people have had Runts here before and whatnot... EDIT: also, just out of curiosity, what's an acceptable way to use the ability shell armor in this setting? since crits are based more on skill and finding the weak spot and what not here than on luck, I figure it would probably be something like an enhanced defense because there are no weak points exposed or whatever, but...(I'm honestly going to go with White Smoke, but just for curiosities sake...)

Wait, what? so that's what happened? when was that revealed? damn, must've missed it I guess (probably during one of henry's interactions with Raiza or whatever) Anyways, Mareek's team is pretty much finalized aside from who gets the Fire Type Slot... hard to find something I actually like that can't mega evolve... though arcanine and houndoom are the biggest contenders alongside Delphox. Basically by the time it's complete, his team will function mainly off of having four permanent members representing the four elements, with Nemo (for the element of Earth, IE, a groud type) being the lead of them. The other two slots will be filled with 2 steel types at any given time... Java will be more behind the scenes then actively accompanying him, and Erce may be the same way after a while... though i'm not sure for her yet, maybe if she gains confidence in Nemo's abilities once he's fully grown or something... But seriously though, where/when did commander have the salamence thing revealed though? XD ah lols... i should start reading things more often.

The gentle stirring of a warm breeze on his face Awoke Faust in the morning, stretching his arms out and yawning as he gazed up into the early dawn sky. Why exactly he was looking up at the open sky and not the ceiling of his own quarters, he had no idea at first, but the heavy feel of the Desert Eagle resting in his lap and the rough sensation of the roof's paving soon brought it all rushing back. He glanced over at the same area he'd spent so long last night keeping an eye on after most of the strangers down below had started turning in for sleep, rising to his feet. "Looks like they're finally gone, took them long enough." He said, stowing the D.Eagle from sight. The brush of the thick roll of Yen still inhabiting his pocket while he did so reminded him that he there was still the matter of food procurement... "Oh screw it, I'll just stop at a Ramen shop for breakfast and try out the electricity idea for the week...It's about time I get out of this miserable place anyway. Shouldn't be too hard considering most of them are probably still asleep this early..." Getting out of the rundown sector was surprisingly uneventful despite the flashing light show he'd witnessed the previous night. About the most fun thing he did or saw was stopping off and siphoning some juice at an old transformer panel that still buzzed a bit despite being attached to the side of building that should've been condemned and destroyed decades ago; Not like there was much going through it nowadays, but at least he knew that with a bit of tweaking, the electric idea wouldn't be impossible. The walk into one of the more well off (though not by very much) areas of the city was equally as tear jerkily boring. Before long he found himself seated in behind the white and red emblazoned hanging flags of a 24hour Dual Convenience Store and Ramen Shack not far from the slums, a small TV monitor blaring a news report overhead as he slurped up the broth of the cheap meal. Most of the early morning patrons, few and far inbetween as they were, practically had their eyes glued to the screen, though Faust saw no point in hearing the same story twice. Until... "Yes, you heard it here first; This startling increase of apparent suicides comes as a shock for residents of the notably upper class housing dis-" "Wait a minute, upper class?" He turned his attention up to the monitor, managing to catch the name of the area. Somehow he had completely missed that detail last night... perhaps because he had barely been paying any attention to it back then, not as much as just keeping an eye on the strangers. "But that makes no sense... what the hell could be driving them of all people to go killing themselves?" "How far is that district from here?" He asked the girl behind the Counter Suddenly. The gentle swish of the price of the meal plus a generous tip loosened her lips a bit. "Far enough to where the wealth doesn't trickle down." She joked, accepting the Yen. She could tell from Faust's face however that her patron was not amused of the response. "I mean, it's honestly a good ways away from here... sir." she added hesitantly. "A dozen blocks at the very least. On foot it would probably take you about-" "Who said anything about 'on foot'" he asked pointedly, before unrolling another Yen and handing it off as he turned. "My thanks for the service. Compliments to the chef and all." And before the waitress could even respond, he was already out of the door.

@Tacos: it's like Zephry said, don't feel bad about it. you can't help if things pop up IRL and happen to keep you away for a while. like everyone here, you've got a life outside this place and you've got to tend to it, and no one can (or rather, no one should...) blame you for it. If you ever need someone to talk to though, you know where we are. @Azery: I'm actually just gonna let the D-nite idea die since it would contradict the theme and rules I'm conforming to for his team. Though I need to fill the slot for the element of Air, so chances are... I'll use Altaria. even though technically it's illegal for the job because It's species is one that can mega evolve, I'll... make an exception. Because I'm starting to find I don't like most flying types the more and more I freaking look at them. And since he gets altaria he'll also be getting Kingdra to balance out the overall stat base total EDIT: and a female arcanine too in place of the delphox. I don't care if Slade has one as his ace already

Wait... what? I was under the impression here that there was a 1 Pseudo Legend limit... EDIT: nevermind. The search button decided to actually work properly this time and show me what I needed to see Well, great... now I want to replace Icarus and take my fucking Dragonite plan back though :c

lol, i do it on a weekly basis. Being a teenager is tough, and you gotta get those feels out, otherwise your heart, head, or both will explode. This thing happens to me which i call my heart song, which is basically a recurring feeling of loneliness and melancholy emotion. Gotta get that Sh*t outta my head. If you don't have anyone you wanna tell it to, just start a journal cataloging negative emotions. it'll help you analyze and deal with them.

Back Room "We have fog for a reason," One of the men piped up, this one sitting on the far left corner of the coach beside Fog Machine guy. His body was average, yet powerful nonetheless His pitch black shades seemed to gleam with the condensation of water vapor, so to did his bald, mixed complexion head reminiscent of light caramel. He went on, tapping a finger to his tinted glasses. "Makes it harder for Round Eyes and other normal people to fight in here, gives us a huge advantage since we don't need our eyes to find ya and off ya-" As if to testify to the claim, a hunting suddenly gleamed out of the settling mist, hurtling through the air and lodging itself deep in the couch backing directly beside Kaz's neck. Another inch or two over and the young man would've been missing his entire jugular. "See, don't need eyes..." Fog Machine man smirked, already twirling another knife in his fingers before Boss glared at him and he stowed it again, turning his sights to the floor and slinking back into the chair cushions. The bald man let a brief, gruff chuckle at the scene. "Moving on..." Boss began, again turning her attention back to the recruits, specifically at Kaz. "Looks like we got us a go-getter then with this crop. Alright, fine, hot shot. You wanna live hard and die fast?" She glanced over at the bald bi-racial "Ringo, go prep the armory. Looks like we're mobilizing." The bald man, Ringo as his name apparently was, got up without a word, disappearing through the fog gathered in the sides of the room. The sound of a heavy set door opening accompanied rays of light spilling into the room. Moments later the light died and a heavy slam reverberated throughout the space. Ringo emerged through the mist yet again, this time handing off small, rectangular pieces of plastic off to each of his comrades, even going so far as tossing one to the boss herself. Latches were undone and pass codes entered, lids lifted up on hinges and clips retrieved and slammed into place with resolute smacks. Each of the still seated four rose from their places on the couches, two wielding the slick pump action of twin shotguns between them and the other two slinging the long barrels of Modded, ERC Standard issue Laser-Rifles behind each arm. Boss however. Boss held in her hands a silver, gleaming length of flash forged Alloy, curved, singled edged, sharp enough to cut a man in half just from daring to glimpse at it. Engraved upon it's face was a breif sereis of Kanji that would've read "Stone" to the well versed mind had half the characters not have been struck clean from the blade by the massive, marring scar on it's otherwise flawless surface, strongly resembling damage from an incidiary device or some form of shock wave. The entirety of the thing's sheath held similar war scars, sitting there in the black long case... "Get up..." She ordered the three men. Her eyes stayed fixed on the blade as she turned her back to them and sheathed it before letting the sling fall across her chest. Before she could check to see if the order was being heeded however, the sound of shots came from the door, along with a heavy knock of panic... Lucas There was no time to act, no time to think. Before Lucas even knew what was happening, the door flew open with an audible slam. As the once trapped fog billowed out into the hallway, rejicing in it's liberation by this sudden visitor's arival, a mighty, muscular fist with a caramel complexion reached out and snapped the AWOL soldier up by the lapels, tossing him onto the floor as if he were nothing more than a ragdoll. The sound of something heavy and metallic slamming shut came a moment later... along with the sight of the barrel of a gun in Lucas's face... "You said Jenny sent you?" A Gruff Voice asked from above. Lucas menawhile could see nothing through the heavy mist. Only the vague shape of a man before him, easily six and a half feet if not more. Well... the shape and the looming death it wielded, that is. "Start talking, what's with that gun fire out there?" The speaker already knew fullwell what it likely meant... but he wanted to hear actual confirmation before he accepted the idea that their entire base of operations was now royally screwed...

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: The Return(OOC)
Sutoratosu replied to grasssnake485's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
I got questions for you people. Answer them and we move on. 1) @ Kenny/ Darklight, I honestly only skimmed over the whole seacrest situation before I posted the updates, so I need to know since I wasn't paying complete attention- Are there ANY other NPCs in that scene at all? because the only one's I was aware of was Torrent and Bubble 2)@ No one in particular, did Absol ever respond to the update? I can't recall and can't find it if he did. 3) Not a question @ Zephyr- I'll try to get something up for you if grass doesn't do it soon Chances are I'll move you into whatever town Mystique Castle governs with the assumption that Grass's PC is following quietly and then just let you make your way back to the castle on your own from there. @Sparky, I will update for you along with Zephyr next. I'll likely drop you at the front gates of the Castle Now... someone get me my gun... -
Fun Fact: Specialized, unique Code Names Like Archangel and Angel of Death in the Rebel Intelligence sector are awarded based on Merit and are tailored to at least mildly reflect the things that agent did to obtain it. Take the hint. And Jenifer has one as well...

The Back Room 'Boss' smirked at the men's ignorance... and they couldn't help but notice it easily looked like a rather attractive expression on her. "Ah, that," She began. "Archangel is a very... special name used within the intelligence sector of the Rebellion, just one of the many code names in existence. As it might suggests though, it's so high ranked the only one with any authority over it is the big cheese running all the operations- the one who holds the code name of God. As for who I am..." "She's the angel of Death and Cherry Blossoms!" one of her men, the one with the fog machine beside him, chimed in with adoration. "The scarlet fury in the night, the one who leaves a trail of blood in her wake whenever she encounters ESFAs, The black wind that silences all else, the-" "That's enough, Shinji..." She said, turning back to the three of them. "But yes, as he said... My code name is Angel of Death, though they seem incessant on adding in the Cherry Blossoms part for some reason. for the time being you may call me simply Death for the shorthand."
