Fern and Solaris? forget that mess... How about Fern and Linn.... That little shit would be shown the true meaning of power... He'd realize that he is in fact less than nothing. and if he survived, then he would honestly no longer have a reason to continue acting like such a douche whenever him and the main character meet.

you actually may not be so wanted anymore if Ethic's and Ixidor's pathes cross... though... you'd have some serious explaining to do before it could be dropped... specifically about all the shit that happened directly involving Ixidor when he, Ethic, and Kenny were travelling together...- 1735 replies

"Shit..." Ethic muttered under his breath This is far worse than I thought... he thinks it's, like, Thirty years ago or something... He looked at Mr.Taylor, Michael, as he preferred to be called now apparently. "Well look, Michael..." Ethic began, becoming tired of this whole charade pretty quickly now "We don't want your gold. we don't want the money in your... Swiss bank account. And we don't really care about the whole... less than internationally legal selling that you do...." He paused... he really had no idea how to continue this conversation... that's when Lucian spoke up, walking over to the group from where he had been standing "He's right." he said "We don't care about any of that now, Michael..." Lucian pointed to the path that Ethic had been about to go down when this mess started "But what we do care about, is that you do what we hired you for. You do remember our deal, don't you? Because we only made it this morning, and if you forgot this soon..." Ethic looked at Lucian, who didn't return the stare, as he was focused on making eye contact with Michael to make the thing more convincing... he knew that his friend had thought up of something on the fly and was swooping in to put it into place... it seemed to be a pretty well constructed lie, the body language was near perfect... if Ethic didn't have direct knowledge of the fact that no deal had been made, even he would've thought Lucian was telling the truth in Ethic's mind, he thought to himself Thank God for Lucian... because just now, I had absolutely nothing... -

Ethic was pretty surprised to hear this from Mr.Taylor... never figured him to be the less than forthright type... especially the way he described it... "Don't get any Ideas, as you can tell I am a fast draw., I will let you handle this one dear Ethnic." Ethic nodded... maybe he should try playing along with Mr.Taylor... or maybe that would just cause more issues... he honestly didn't know how to handle this... he sent a message to Lucian Any ideas about this? Lucian Answered Nope... less than you do, I bet... Ethic decided to try and play along anyway... not like there were any other plans... "Um... Okay, Mr.Taylor..." he began rockily "No one here is gonna judge you for uh... what you do with artifacts sometimes... but we won't tell anyone who has hired you about this if you go into full length and explain what happened with you, the Soviets and this Rodriquez man..." Ethic could only hope that this would buy him some time to think of how to resolve this great mess... -

"But, if you want to know where I hid the gold, then tough luck lad. Rodriguez has it now and I'm afraid most of it has been sold to the Soviets. Sorry to waste your time, but it looks like you kidnapped me and these girls for no reason." Ethic had a puzzled look on his face as he heard this... things just went from very bad to very weird... that's when Byron spoke up beside him "Ethic, go get those weapons, then we can talk him down alright?" he reached down and grabbed Mr.Taylor's gun and the gun Byron had dropped, and put them next to where Scott's sword and his knife lay on the ground. With that done, he looked over to Mr.Taylor "I'm sorry, Mr.Taylor..." he began "But who the hell is Rodriguez, what Gold are you talking about..." he paused, considering the last part of Mr.Taylor's statement a few moments ago "And why the hell would you be dealing with the Soviets?" -

Ethic did as Mr.Taylor ordered and Kicked Scott's sword along with his own Knife over to him. He knew that there was nothing he could say to possibly make this situation any better, and resigned himself to keeping his mouth shut for once instead of trying to serve as a damn mediator... though his face lit up a bit in surprise when Mr.Taylor order Byron to strip down to his knickers... it would've been a bit funny... If he wasn't being held at gunpoint along with the guy ordered to do it. -

Ethic didn't know what the hell was going on with Mr.Taylor when the elderly fellow whipped out his revolver and ordered from him and Bryon to drop their Weapons... but he wasn't really a big fan of having Hot lead shot at him, and so did as Mr.Taylor demanded, he tossed the wrapped sword under his arm to the ground, then took man without honor out of it's sheath using only two fingers, and let it fall to the ground by his feet. He kicked the kinfe over by the sword to keep Mr.Taylor from getting jumpy. he put his hands up, now un-armed. He could see Lucian looking on behind Mr.Taylor, the former mage was making a sort of motion that suggested he was going to find something to hit Mr.Taylor over the head with to knock him out. Ethic sent a thought message to him, advising not to Don't do it... He's not all there right now... if we act appropriately, we can keep this thing from escalating... I hope... Ethic looked to Mr.Taylor... now aware of just how bad his recent memory loss must've been... he didn't seem to recognize anyone... He spoke in a slow, steady voice, not wanting to make things worse "Mr.Taylor" He began "Please, lower the gun, We're all friends here..." Then he saw Rose wink at him and Byron and begin to go along with some act to convince Mr.Taylor... which he really wasn't happy about because Ethic had the feeling her little act was gonna get him and Byron shot in the faces...but he kept silent... deciding to trust the Young woman -

The High Keeper looked on as Scott's body lay on the stones, blood pooling under it. in another vision port was the view of Rodrics dead body, on a very similar stone paved ground... Longicus stood beside the High keeper, noticing that the symbol for the Death Arcana had vanished from the High Keeper's wheel... "This is far more serious than any of us thought." he said simply, walking away from the vision ports The High Keeper spoke without looking at Longicus "To think... A keeper has been slain by the hands of an Invoker...." He then turned to Longings. who stopped striding away and turned to face his superior. "We underestimated Ethic... he slew Rodric by taking advantage of his own ability... aside from myself, Rodric was the longest standing member of this council... and the most deadly to confront in any situation...hence his position... or former position..." He turned back to the viewing ports "Ytilarom has Proven himself to be an Extremely Dangerous Enemy... Not only did he kill Rodric... but he also... took domination of the Arcana of Death." Longicus's eyes widened in surprise at this "What... but how is that even possible!? to usurp such a power..." Lord Waite simply shook his head "I know not how he did it... only that it has been done by someone... and he is the only plausible culprit..." And through all of this conversation, Maxwell watched amused in the shadows, hidden from sight. He let out a low chuckle as Lord Waite and Longicus continued speaking about the situation "Yes, that's right, Ethic... My little Envoker..." A swiveling office Chair materialized beneath Maxwell, and he sat back, putting his feet up as he continued watching "that's right... do my dirty work... what I couldn't do all those years ago... you're going to help me greatly, whether you are aware of it or not..." =================================== =================================== Ethic was about to begin explaining to Mr.Taylor what was going on when Rose came to and got up from the ground. he felt warmth on the back of his neck and turned, gazing into the horizon as the sun rose into the sky quickly. as if some lunatic had stormed into God's personal office and spammed the fast forward button for dawn. he turned back to the group... he didn't know how long the days here lasted, but he didn't want to waste a single second of day light while they had it.... That meant that Rose and Mr.Taylor would have to settle for a gisted version of events "I'll have to make this quick," He said, eyeing the sun "Mr.Taylor, the place you are in right now is the Second Circle of the pit of hell, like in Dante's inferno... except this isn't an astral journey... this is a physical one... things here can very badly hurt or even kill someone if they aren't careful... and smart... but Smart isn't always a guarantee against hazards..." he looked the elderly fellow in the eyes "I know this all sounds crazy, but you just have to trust for now until you get your full memory about what's happened back." Next he looked to Rose "As for what happened while you were out cold, I killed Scott." Ethic pointed to the Goth's corpse on the ground a few meter's away as he spoke. "He won't be bothering anyone ever again. nor will his Accomplice..." He paused... he trusted these people that he had been traveling with... he wanted to be transparent with them, to tell them everything about what was going on with the situation between him and the Arcana and the Keepers...he knew that most of them probably couldn't see Keepers when they didn't want people to... and felt that maybe this would clear up some things for the next time he was hunted down, so that he wouldn't look like an idiot swinging a knife around or flinging multi-color blast of energy into blank space.... But he knew they didn't have the time. he walked over to a path that looked like it would lead them to the top, like that Guy who had reigned in the Loving Dead Earlier had suggested they head towards... He turned around, looking at the others. "Sorry that I can't go into anymore detail, Guys, but we should get going while we still have Sunlight..." -

Pokemon Zeta, huh? I've played that... good game... but still prefer the ball-breaking difficulty of Reborn... They have a reddit page our something for their Forums, right? looks like an attractive offer if that's how they repay those who try to help by editing save files for those stuck... I said I'd help earlier... but I'll have to reconsider...that decision was made in haste... Empathy... what if someone tried to do this in the Reborn Community? Yeah deciding not getting involved... sorry they were Dicks about you giving out a service that they should've been offering in the first place instead of having others come and do it... Being a dick back may help one feel better...but it's really not worth it.... sometimes it's best to walk away, Man... -

Fine... It's justifiable for Nathan to have been trained in sniping as well then... it was three times the normal training period you all went through... but yeah, no sniper rifles in the Sub Armory, sorry. it was constructed in case Command Central was ever under the threat of invasion (Though, let's face it... if an enemy power were to make it as far inland as Fort Bexly... that would mean that the U.S. would probably have fallen long before...) that a heavy resistance could be put up to hold the area. it's basically the storage for weaponry to be used in case of a final stand... though not like anyone's gonna protest going in there right now. anyways, there's a little gift waiting in the Atrium, courtesy of Oak and Rowan... I'll have the seven minutes be up as soon as everyone is reasonably armed, so get to it if you already haven't (If you already have a weapon, that means at the very least getting a few spare clips)- 1189 replies

*Meanwhile, in the subterranean levels of the Base* Lt.Caraway ran down the corridor, heading for the elevator at the other end... he'd heard over the comm system about what was happening outside, and knew that by now, there was really nothing he could do to aid in the battle on the surface, seeing as it was now over... He glimpsed into an open doorway as he ran by, then slowed to a jog and then stopped.... in his mind, he went back over what he thought he'd saw in there... He walked back over to the door way, and his thoughts were confirmed when he saw two men in laboratory coats struggling with a heavy crate... on the floor nearby were several lab technicians, all of them snoring, out cold. the room was an absolute mess... Thinking this to be some type of infiltration, Caraway pulled his side arm from the holster on his hip, getting it up to a ready position, aiming for the small of one of the men's back. He called out as he moved through the doorway cautiously. "Halt, or I will shoot!" One of the men turned to look at him over his shoulder, and Caraway recognized the face "Oak?" he asked, a bit unsure if his initial theory of what was going on here was correct after all... he crept a little closer, still keeping his gun at the ready however... Oak let go of the end of the crate he was carrying, causing the side he was hoisting to fall to the floor with a loud crash. it startled the other man, who looked to see what had caused his partner to drop his end, and Caraway was able to recognize his face as well. Oak was putting up his hands "And Rowan?" Caraway asked, lowered his gun finally... whatever's going on here, it's unlikely to be a crime against the US if these two are involved... He thought to himself... that's when he remembered the incident in the atrium several months ago... he raised his gun back to where it had been, this time aimed at Oak's chest On second thought... anyone is capable of committing high treason... no matter who they are. He called out more orders to the two of them "Drop the other end of the crate and put your hands up, Rowan!" Rowan did as the MPO ordered. Caraway began questioning the two of them now. "What the hell is going on in here?" he asked bluntly. Oak responded "The situation is deteriorating... there's an unkown GAO species that was leading the assault on the surface. it's in the Atrium now... on top of this very building..." Caraway saw Oak's knowledge of this as a red flag, he popped the safety off his weapon. "How do you know this?" he asked suspiciosly "The things current location was supposed to be a need to know basis." Oak began walking towards Caraway, hands still up. "Stay back!" Caraway demanded Oak backed up a few steps and began explaining "We passed by the Security hall... we saw the footage of the thing landing in the atrium as it happened." Caraway didn't drop his guard, he continued the interrogation "What happened in here?" he asked as his next question Rowan spoke this time "We knew that thing was going to be difficult to take out. we decided we'd bring a device to better the odds of victory; it's a weapon in the final stages of development..." Satisfied for now by their story, Caraway holstered his pistol and walked over, the Oak and Rowan dropped their arms to their sides. "Show me." he said. the two walked around to opposite sides of the crate. Oak sent out his GAO, Clemont, and in a few seconds, the top of the crate was on the ground, along with a few broken screw heads. Caraway leaned over the ledge of the large box and looked inside... "What is this?" he demanded Oak answered him simply "Hand held rail gun... it's a three man system, one soldier holds the device housing the power supply, which is connected to the weapon through a large power cable..." Rowan continued where Oak left off "Another Soldier operates the weapon itself, lining up the aim and firing...and the third soldier reloads it." Clemont's eyes glowed a strong teal, and in seconds, the crate's top was back on, the screws re-attaching themselves, sealing the thing shut. Oak looked to Caraway. "We came in here to retrieve this and bring it up to the Atrium... but the R&D staff refused to co-operate when we told them it was needed... they said it still had several field testing trials to go through before it would be ready..." Rowan picked up "We tried to explain to them that this was technically a field test... but they wouldn't listen...we tried to take it despite their protest...they said they would defend the project with their lives if necessary... put up a heavy fight with their GAOs, Oak and Myself were forced to deal with them... after that was done, Oak had Clemont put them to sleep via a hypnotic suggestion... then you came in." Oak looked to Caraway urgently as he and Rowan picked up the ends of the crate as they had earlier, hoisting it off the ground and supporting it's wieght between the two of them. "But that's not important right now, what is important is that we get this thing up to the Atrium so that it can actually be useful." Rowan nodded in agreement. Caraway looked at the two of them... then made up his mind about what he'd do. "Alright," he said, walking over to them and picking up the middle portion, further distributing the weight of the container. "Tell me, how powerful is this thing when fired." Oak answered "In the last test, it tore through a foot thick piece of steel like it was tissue paper. if that Bird gets hit by even a single shell from this, it'll cause severe damage." that was all the further convincing Caraway needed. the three men hoisted the crate and carried it out of the room and into the corridor, heading for the Elevator as fast as they could...

"...know that if anything may go wrong concerning me or Utopia, your family's life hangs in the balance. Keep that in mind." The Air around Anver rose a few degrees when he heard that last little remark, but he said nothing as Alister exited the room. Now alone, He went over to the table and picked the "Bartender" profile, actually taking a serious look at it this time. he tucked it under his arm after a few minutes, knowing from the summary of the man's ability in the profile that he could probably take this man out easily if it came to an all-out duel with their powers... but Anver had decided it would be best to dispatch the Bartender with a stealthier method... maybe wait till the party's over... then force a rag of chloroform under the guy's nose as he left and drag him to a dark alley... finish him off with a shot to the temple and then burn the body to the point where there would be no evidence... though the fire part might be a bit tricky, what with the tendency of Human flesh to give off a certain attention grabbing scent when it burned... he shook his head, a bit ashamed of himself Look at me... He thought Thinking this through like I'm a professional hit-man or something... But he forced the feelings of shame away. But damn it... if this guy doesn't die by my hands tomorrow... then my family will die by the hands of whoever these people in "Utopia" are... He went back to thinking it out, what he'd do... sitting down at the table, He took out his Glock and placed it on the surface along with the silencer and spare clips, then he took out the rag and bottle of chloroform Allen had given him... as he retreived these things from his pocket, a burner phone he'd been carrying fell out onto the floor. he bent down to get it... then paused...maybe he could send out a call to allen... tell him whats going on... get him to start digging into the network of people they both knew in order to find out just who the hell "Utopia" was, what they wanted... He decided he'd do it... but not right now... not from this location, where they could easily track any communication if they had the equipment to do it... He'd have to wait for tomorrow night. he collected his tiny arsenal back into his Blazer, then got up from the chair, heading into the room with the beds that Alister had pointed out. he sat down on a vacant bed, knowing that this night, he would not sleep... this night, he would plan. it was gonna be a long night... and so Anver got to work. -

You realize this is the future, Right? That means Advancements in technology, especially military technology... if the education system in america can fixed up to the point where people are graduating high school and entering college at younger ages, then I'm pretty damn sure it's not unreasonable for a solution to the weight, size and encumberment issues of Heavy Machine guns. In other words, is it to hard to think it reasonable that weaponry has been redesigned to be smaller and more efficient in battle, freeing up load weight for things such as additional ammunition or medical supplies? And even if there were Sniper rifles held in the sub armory, How would Nathan even know how to use one? I thought you stated that he would trained in the operation of Army aircraft... Sniping is an entirely different field, so unless you wanna change it now... anyways, as for the MK-93 Heavy Anti-Infantry machine gun, I've come up with the story of how it received it's name: Basically the name was given to it back during the years of the war on terror (Lasting 2001CE-2032CE) it was originally designed to be specifically used in conjunction with the MK-93 tripod mount, and was intended to serve as a wall to advancing infantry forces, hence the name. as the war came to an end, various pieces of weaponry began to be re-examined by the US military, in order to develop better, more efficient versions of them to increase overall performance on the field of battle. the MK-93 HA-I Machine Gun was one of the first guinea pigs of these projects, and it was a complete success, the gun was re-engineered to be far smaller than it's original size, decreasing weight and actually making it possible to be used without the MK-93 tripod mount, but with a soldier completely supporting it's weight in their arms. despite it no longer needing the mount, the name stayed the same due to the fact that with all of sub-Saharan Africa occupied by Islamic militant groups, no one really gave a damn about whether or not the name of a machine gun was still accurate or not, just that it did it's what it was designed to do when it was needed to it; either kill the enemy or stop them in their tracks and force them to seek cover. there. that's how the damn gun got it's name... Happy folks? most of the guns in either armory in fort bexly, the main or the sub, barely wiegh in at more than a few pounds. those standard issue rifles come in at 5lbs. when loaded with a full clip and with scopes mounted on them. the MK-93 HA-I Machine Gun wieghes in at around 13.4 lbs. Like I said, this is the god damn future, and progress results in higher efficiency. No stop focusing on nit-picking about the specifics of the damn weaponry I've made available, you have less than a few minutes left before the general comes back and shit gets real. Keep agitating me like this and I'll go dig into the trash bin and find that set of Murphy's law that I tossed out of my tool kit...- 1189 replies

God damnit... thought I had come up with a name that wasn't taken already by some weapon or accesory... oh well, I'm not going back to change them... my world, and I hereby declare that history did not exactly follow our world at certain points... the machine gun tripod mount was named something else in this world... problem solved... wasn't that clever? ((or we could just have it so that the machine gun was specifivally designed to be used with it... but I don't like that...)) I'll think on that... maybe I'll just go back and edit in new names despite what I said above... Ethic got up as it became obvious that Mr.Taylor was going through another bout of memory loss... Though Ethic had the feeling that this was a bit more severe than last time... He glanced at the others... then off in the distance... noticing Scott's body still there, sword embedded in the chest... I should probably go take that, to tie up loose ends... he thought to himself Could be a battle trophy... that and the fact that God knows what that thing can do... better for me to keep it with me than for some psycho path like that giant rat to scamper along and find it; if in fact it can do some freaky stuff... deciding that right now retreiving the blade was probably a bit more important to the Group's future safety then explaining everything to Mr.Taylor, He walked over to Scott's cooling corpse on the ground, and pulled the black bladed sword from the Goth's chest, wiping the blood off on the part of Scott's torn shirt that wasn't saturated in the stuff. he looked around the body... Scott had somehow materialized this thing... maybe if he tried it... Ethic attempted to put his focus into concentrating on collapsing the sword somehow... but try as he might, the thing gave no response... he turned over scott's body, hoping to find a sheath or piece of leather or something to hold this with... But his search yielded no results that he was looking for. he let the corpse roll back over on it's back, then took off his bag and rumaged through it... finding nothing that would really help right now except a spool of string... he looked to Scott's shirt, and figured out a plan for what he'd do... not like the Goth needed the thing anymore, right? He took out man without honor and cut off Scotts shirt, revealing the gaping wound to the chest Ethic had inflicted... Ethic backed away from the corpse now, and fashioned the fabric of Scott's shirt into a type of wrapping for the sword, covering it from blade to hilt. he bound the wrapping with some string from the spool he'd pulled from his bag, then returned his knife to it's sheath and stood up, the wrapped length of deadly metal now under one of his arms. he turned back to the group and Mr.Taylor now... "So," he said "Looks like bringing me back came at a higher side effect on the memory..." he glanced over at the others in the group "I'd explain everything to him myself, seeing as how I am partially responsible for this severe bout of memory loss... but I really think that a better and more complete job of it would be done if we all pitched in; i really only have part of the story so far..." (( disclaimer: the sword does nothing... aside from the unusual coloring of it's blade, it's just an ordinary weapon...)) -

Erick walked over to the Armory after Nathan made it clear that he didn't need help walking, Beldum floating behind him. he walked over to the rack along the wall, inspecting the rifles there. he looked around at the other weaponry in the chamber. then decided what he would carry into battle. He walked over to another rack and took an X-19 assault rifle from it, slinging the strap over his shoulder as he moved on to the other wall and picked two Beretta M11s from the long rack beneath the Rifles on the wall. he checked the weapons, seeing that none of them had clips, and began searching for where the ammo was kept, his foot kicking a box as he walked, which made a strange metallic clinking sound. he knelt down and flipped the lid, finding the thing full of loaded M11 clips. he reached in and grabbed six; two clips for the M11s he had chosen, 2 reloads for those, and 2 more encase someone needed the Ammo in battle. he followed the same policy in finding the Assault Rifle clips, making sure to take five. he loaded the extra ammo into a pouch on his belt, then spotted a strangely labeled crate in the back of the armory. he walked over, seeing that the sole sign on it was a northen star. he flipped the lid and knew what was inside as soon as he could see... They were Flash-Bangs... the single most valuable weapon in a fire fight besides actual guns... these little babys could create a large enough distraction for the enemy that they could easily be picked off before they could recover and begin firing again. Erick reached into the crate and took out three, shoving them into the pouch at his belt along with the spare ammunition. He looked around the armory one more time, and seeing nothing else he felt would be appropriate to bring into the operation, he turned and headed back through the hidden doorway connecting the sub Armory and the GAO ward, stopping at one of tables in the ward and taking Virtue's capsule from his belt. Staring down at the thing and thinking... Well, looks like our little spat is over one way or another... He was answered by a familiar voice in his mind, though he didn't intend for the thought to be a message... Like hell it is... Genisa answered simply. Erick ignored that little comment and pressed the button in the center of the capsule, the Kirlia appearing on the table top in a burst of white light. Genisa refused to make eye contact with Erick, turning away to face the wall... Erick really didn't have the time to deal with childish shit like this... he and his squad was gonna go marching into battle in a few minutes, and he would need both his GAOs co-operation in order to do his part in battle. he looked at the Kirlia, his eyes hardening with frustration. "Look at me." He said. Genisa refused, not acknowledging him at all. Erick sighed... looks like he'd have to take another approach to this other than simply letting his anger and frustration do the talking... "Look," he said, trying to start the conversation over. "I know you're upset about what happened earlier, and I'm sorry that I broke the promise and called you into your capsule so suddenly like that..." She still didn't acknowledge him. he continued on never the less. "But right now, you have to just let that go; we need to work together... this isn't an evaluation anymore, this is rea-" He was cut off by a thought message "Save your breath... I know what's been happening." "Alright then." Erick said, a bit irritated "Then are you ready to stop this childish crap and forgive me? We're not playing at Soldiers anymore, as you apparently already know." Genisa turned to face him... then slowly nodded her head silently "Good." Said Erick, walking off to wait infront of the doors for McCarthy to return and get them. Genisa leapt off the table and followed behind him, along with Beldum. ============================ Surge looked to Logan "I applaud your dedication to your comrades, Walker, but I'm afraid it's permission denied... we've got a mission to get on with any minute now, and we can't lose any time looking for anyone on the team." With that, Surge walked off towards the armory; the only actually weapon he had currently was his side arm...

well it would seem logical that the radiation wouldn't effect the user, but only those in the immediate vicinity when the hole is being opened... otherwise, the user would eventually drop dead from using their own ability... -
Here, a strategy I've developed... use it to raise levels or get things to evolve or whatever you so please for it... a Strategy I call "Phoenix Sweep". It's effective if your team is a bit underlevel, or you want to evolve something (Though, the pokemon in question should have decent defenses to survive combat) I suggest spending all your cash on medicinal items before starting though, as one of the key points of this is to lose... Repeatedly, And it would be a shame if you lost all your cash during this process because you didn't invest wisely... Anyway, here is a basic rundown Before the major battle (I used this strategy to eventually beat Corey after three or four tries), Switch the lead of your party with the pokemon you intend to level up/evolve. (Again, should have decent defenses, as things could go bad and it may be forced to fight it's way out of the battle) Initiate the major battle After your lead is thrown in (Pokemon to be leveled) Switch it out with a stronger pokemon (Ex. For Corey, I sent in my level27 Teddiursa against his Trubish, then switched Teddiursa out immediately for Braxien) Use said stronger pokemon that has been chosen to defeat the Foe. When prompted, send out the intended leveler again, repeat steps 3-5 as nessacary, throwing in other members of the party when strategically valuable (Ex. I sent in Pidgeotto to lower his Skunktank's Attack with Feather dance, lowering it's massive attack stat and making it safer for other's to come in and finish it off. Pidgeotto fainted in the process, but it's like I said before, lossing is key) Eventually, you'll be brought to your last stand if you aren't strong enough to finish the fight in your favor. You'll lose. Don't get discouraged, You barely lost any cash because you didn't have any if you followed my advice on buyig medicine. (Note: For steps 1-6, it is vital that you lose little to none healing products, as those should be saved for the real fight.) Get back in there and rematch. Lose again, but you still come out of the fight with some levels gained if you played your cards right. Keep on persevering until you feel your strong enough to stop this charade and actually fight seriously. (By the time I finished with this technique on Corey, Braxien, Emolga, And Teddiursa had gone up by about 3-4 levels, and Teddiursa evolved into urasing. We went in there and Crushed corey in five minutes the next time we fought him.) This should work just fine against any other leader/ Boss battle, some notes though: since corey specialized in poison, I made sure that my ace (The one who was getting swaped in to handle the Foe.) had a good pyschic type move (Braxien had Psybeam, and actually learned psyshock thru gaining levels in the fight) Making taking the Enemy out much easier (Type effectivness is also quite important) Seeing as how Aya also specilizes in Poison, I suggest you get something that knows Either Psychic or Ground moves (Psychic is better, seeing as how her team is rather bulky and will better withstand Physical moves, as most Ground moves are) Teddiursa got a big boost in power after evolving to urasing, which was my cue to crush the enemy at last. As I said before, use the rest of your party as well, don't let them sit there. sent them out when they have moves that prove useful in a certain situation. If they faint, Good then. It will free up a share of the Exp for the others battling. It's called phoenix sweep because you will fail time and time again, but eventually rise up from your ashes more powerful and wiser to the opposing side than you were when you started. Now, I don't really know how efficient it is with double battles or if it can help you right now.. but it's worth a shot anyway, right? I actually used this to take down cory with a so-so team... (Note: it's currently formatted for single battles... see if you can get it to work for doubles though... I'l play around with it to see if I can't find an efficient version of the Phoenix sweep for this situation...)
