No telepathic stitch-speech this time, just an outward exhale of gleeful air as Aurora caught the remaining dyes with her two foremost legs. Just as quickly as the first batch, she swallowed them whole. And like that, she pulled several new threads from her wrist, these one shinning in the same brilliant hues she'd just added to the collection. It had so long since she'd made colored thread, white just got so dreadfully boring and empty to look at after a while. The last time the old group had given her something colorful explicitly for her to color her silk with it, they'd spent the entire night before arguing about gold coins and how they were running out. The wolf girl had been especially adamant against just getting more by robbing and eating passing humans, said something about how it would draw too much attention and get the authorities curious. Squiddy though... he'd been the one to finally break the stalemate, brought up how much worthless flesh bags, like humans, coveted luxury fabrics like silk, and how much more they lusted for the stuff when it was colored to their fancy... There hadn't been an eye around that fire that hadn't fixed right on her. Took them a good while, a damn great effort to forage around for enough food as payment, but eventually she'd agreed to the plan. She'd never heard any of em complain about coin troubles after that, and they even started giving her a bigger share of the food, so.... It was a good proposition in the end, as far as she cared. Regardless though, Aurora wove this group of strangs into a single thread as well, before quickly unraveling both of the combined rainbow threads and retracting their individual components back to their source, heading off towards the White One and the stranger from the settlement as she'd originally intended. She didn't even bother with the massive amounts of gold the dragon had plopped out of his pocket space. Afterall, she had an array glorious colors that she could touch up her silk with in any way she desired. What godd did she have for that dense, shinning metal that flesh bags constantly killed each other over?
-
"These are some of the ones that I currently possess. I do have a few other colors in storage though if you're interested," "Pretty colors!" she called almost gleefully, like a child receiving a gift as she snatched up the ones already floating before her. Not even a second afterwards though, there she was, proceeding to... shove them into her mouth and swallow them whole. All three of them. It didn't seem to matter to her that they might not be entirely organic or even have that much taste. And within moments afterwards she tugged at something beneath the chitin of her wrist, pulling forth from the secondary spinnerets hidden there three long, monochromatic strands of silk shining a bright orange and green and blue, another soon after that shinned a deep crimson in the light... much like the ruby hue of the raptor steaks the dragon had fed her earlier. With a single flick of her fingers they all wove together into a single dazzling thread of alternating hue. "More...color?" she asked, looking at the dragon expectantly, "can have more?" She was playing with the thread all the while, as it danced and leapt in the suspended space through her hands with each invisible discharge of static from the microscopic sensory hairs lining her chitin...

The spider was beginning to seriously doubt just how competent these fleshbags were. Compared to her old group, they certainly seemed far more lenient on people suddenly showing up and attacking them after they wasted their time and their energy carrying their injured lot a good distance. Hell, there was one time they were followed for a couple dozen miles by some long eared fleshie who wore leather and furs and called himself a "ranger", came out of the bushes one night and looked right at her before trying to fire an arrow... turned out whatever the hell a "Ranger" was, it didn't stand her venom very well. The others though, they wouldn't let her eat him, no, no, spouted nonsense about using him for information and ransom, squidman had even suggested he could turn him to their side if given enough time. dummies made her inject the antibodies and cure him soon after. It wasn't even two days later when he finally woke up after squidman claimed he'd finish and the fucker would be eager to help them, and tried to knife the cephalopod in the back as he was working on the map... yeah, they saw what she had from the very beginning after that. The ranger's head was nothing but a steaming mess of blood and brain and bone fragments when squidy was done with him, and they all gladly let her have at the corpse. A shame these fleshies didn't follow the same mindset. They were far too soft, too forgiving. That penchant for mercy was going to cause more problems than it would solve, and these two were absolute proof of it... but she was stuck with them regardless. Whatever, so long as the space dragon and White One kept giving her food, there wasn't much reason to leave... And come to think of it, who would she happen to hear break into conversation as she made to follow the White One... but him "But that's another matter. As for beautiful objects, I don't have anything like artworks or the like, though I do have raw dyes if that interests you" Nigh immediately, she did a 180 turn to face him, eyes gleaming with a strange excitement as another myriad of stiched voices crossed the distance between their minds. "Dyes? Pretty Colors? Glorious Colors? Can have color?"

Aurora she purred as the white one returned and pet her, almost sensing the being's vexed regard of the flying fool. Honestly at this point, it was more amusing than anything else, how utterly bullshit most of what she'd heard from his mouth was, and it only got even better when the silvery armored being reprimanded him. She couldn't help but wonder though, why didn't they just skin him at this point? He hadn't been that much use in the fight, he seemed to make pointless contraptions out of paper, talked gibberish and he didn't make much sense as a representative. Honestly, he'd be put to better use as a meal than wasting space like he was now.... but damn if she didn't have the White One watching right now. Some other time perhaps... when she wasn't watching and the moron was actually on the ground. Not that she couldn't reach him even up there- she could, incredibly easilyy, just a leap and rebound off the cliff face and he'd be dead... Later... yes, later...
-
Aurora just stared at the general chaos around her. It seemed another fleshbag had emerged from the settlement in distance and closed the ground between himself and the strangers who'd already begun heading for the place, drawing the others to follow suit... while another commotion had come behind as she -very clearly-picked up the scent of human blood ever so briefly, before the being in white noticed as well and investigated the scene. A shame really, she'd been hoping that who or whatever it was that snuck up, they'd feed them to her if they were killed. The there was the space dragon, seeming to have noticed the strangeness as well... though she herself didn't bother going to check at that point. The foolish fleshbag who rode around the place on some contraption made of... paper, had caught her attention far more than the sneaking fleshbag who'd bled. He seemed to talk in nonsense, from the snippets she overheard, and his odd spell reminded her of a giant bird almost. It was just too bad she couldn't shoot it down like her curiosity prodded her to, that would probably make the White One mad at her, what if he burned to death during the fiery crash... and she ate him afterwards, which in all honesty, she very much knew she would've tried given the opportunity. But damn if the temptation to do it anyway wasn't strong... she kept passing a few glances at the hovering book thing, every now and again, though eventually her attention was more drawn to the Fleshbag from the Settlement. She had the feeling she'd truly been right about being able to just drop down and pluck one of them up with the others being oblivious earlier, but at least this fleshie seemed to have a bit more brains than some of the one's she'd already scoped out. That, and the peculiar weapon in his belt... odd as it was, the handle was the strangest part, yet nevertheless looked vaguely familiar. Hadn't a few of the strangers had devices like it as well?

[IC] TTG Chapter 3: Gluttony
Sutoratosu replied to Shamitako's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Solomon withstood the cold without a word as a few of the others introduced themselves. It seemed almost as if the mechanic ignored the ice crunching beneath his boots or the subtle mist emanating from both himself and his competitors with every breath, tattooed arms crossed, not even bothering with the jacket still fixed around his waist. His gaze was kept straight ahead at the little godling from behind his goggles, looking little more than a slightly bulky pair of aviator shades to the untrained eye. He wasn't surprised by the boy's age... nor about his behaviour really, given both the tales Tesla had told him about Lord's rise to power as a mere child and from what he'd seen from Swagalicious beforehand. He still cringed just a bit at the memory of the gaudy introduction. "Revenant." he said simply, staying right where he was. There was something else that had caught his eye besides the boy's age... that hair, those facial features, could he be? He tossed a sidelong glance at the cloaked figure still standing in the corner. There'd only been so many 'guest' on the train ride, after all, it was almost obvious that seeker had to be the one of them who wasn't standing by the boy's throne now; that one's voice had been far too different, so too had the manner of speech. He cared nothing for any of the questions the strange chick asked or whatever interest the kid had in her. Probably just a bunch of teenage puppy love or infatuation or some shit... "Really though... did she? I mean, they gotta be related, kid looks too damn like her. Really, this though? She legit made this scrawny ass little lordling? Gods... how far did the apple get flung?" "Well, I mean, it's not like we've seen much more than a few minutes of interaction with him..." "Buddy, by this point you should know, a few minutes is almost always enough for me to see...just like how I only needed to see that weird chick strip down last circle and try to give that douche bag her phone number to know she was fucking bonkers..." "I... will admit, that was a rather...glaring oddity..." -
Arthur ((SQ: True Knight to E4...)) "Guuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh....." the specter groaned as he slowly picked himself up off the dirt, rubbing the back of what amounted to his head (a rather odd thing given that most of his bulbous body was encapsulated by his massive face to begin with, thus technically qualifying all of it as "a head") and gazed up at the turtle. If Arthur looked he could've spotted a few lines of inky black dripping down from where the ghost had been hit- an oddity given wraith's weren't supposed to bleed or feel pain... though then again, that was a fact confirmed back in the old world, the past age... a lot had already changed since then. "Who the... bloody blazes...are you?" the gengar demanded, wobbling as the world continued to spin. He practically fell over onto Arthur with his lack of balance... Genis The bird leads the wolverine- Ferret? No, no, wolverine works fine- further into the slums as they went. Soon enough though, they passed through a gate, mighty and massive much like the one at the entrance of the isle, but unlike it's brother, this one yawned eternally open. There was not a single sentinel to be found, moss and weeds beginning to climb the mingled slag of metal and stone. Even in it's old and crumbling age though, something about the structure made Genis shudder as he passed through. As if he'd passed through right to another world... But alas, what he found on the other side of the barrier was not a different plane, but just another beach like the one he'd met the pandas on. Except this one bore a mighty cave, the entrance jutting from the rock face with the carved visage of a dragon's maw. A solemn red glow bloomed and flicked within the drake's throat, as if it would roast him alive any moment if he dared draw close. And as he got closer, the feeling he'd had at the gate only grew... The tailow came in to land upon the dragon's impressive snozz, cleaning her feathers and looking down at the younger child. "In here. Don't worry, it looks scary, but Boss made extraaaaa sure to clear it out before he started letting us stay here. And he even found this old homeless guy he let stick around; he's super nice, like a grandpa to us. C'mon already, why do ya look so scared?" before even getting an answer, she dove from the drake's nose and glided right into his mouth, descending into the red glow...as if she'd done it a thousand and one times. Tres ((yes, yours is so damn long, I am officially putting it in a spoiler)) Septhis The officer looked at Sephtis for a long while, partially perplexed by what he'd just heard but more hung on the tone the specter had taken. Honestly though, he had little time to do much about it, given the urgent task pressing him even now. With a shrug he turned back to the crowd. "If you're so confident in yourself... then by all means, stay." he finally sighed. "Hells, the way things are going, it probably won't be too long before we have to start taking volunteers anyway. I just pray to the gods for your sake, you've got more to back it up than that drunkard Gengar I kept hearing about a long while ago. Gods know where that loon and his boasting mouth are now...reminded me a lot of your little speech just now. Too much, really." with that said, he was already heading off again into the crowd, eyes peeled for more of his colleagues. Sansa, Cinder, Poppy The talonflame fixed the upstart little fire rat with a look half in contemplation of eating him whole and half simply taking him into his talons and dropping his sorry ass from the heavens. But regardless of the foul machinations, he took his gaze off the boy long enough to hear the fledglings apology "Aye, aye...good enough. I suppose there's some fault for me too here. Damn airways are just so busy right now, messages to relay, crucial parcels that need to be rushed... but you-" his gaze again zipped right to Cinder "make yourself useful and take your friend to go get some help, why don't you? Standing around hollering orders at the top of your lungs like an idiot doesn't quite befit someone who thinks they're the big bad voice of reason." Before the quilava could respond, the flaming bird was already speeding off back into the heavens, nothing but a few plumes of fire drifting down to mark where he'd once been...

The spider didn't respond to the call at first, leaving the connection silent as the dragon moved on to talk with the metal person. All the while though, she was searching, cropping and stiching, one by one. For just as speaking, it seemed forcing tangible words even across a mental link such as this one aggravated the strain...at a far quicker rate, even, as she'd discovered when she'd attempted the link earlier. Yes, there was a reason she'd used a raw memory instead...they seemed the only work around to it, the only things that didn't trigger the searing sting. "Town?" the Space dragon would've heard her call back... in an entirely different voice than her own wisp of one, and a few more stitched together rather stiffly in tone soon after. Strange in the delivery, given the often jarring changes in emotion, but overall hopefully clear enough to be understood "Headed to town?"
-
she again cocked her head at the sound of her voice, this time in utter bewilderment at the complete sentences it somehow managed. She shuffled around to look at the back of the metal person, though as unfamiliar with whatever strange magicks or contraptions made them work as she was, she had trouble seeing where it could've possible come from. "It should work without you making any noises, though, if that causes you as much pain to do so as it looks." She circled back around to the front. What, was this what a "Translator Program" was? Just a way to take her voice out of her throat and get it to say what it could not while trapped inside her? How... disappointing.... "T...h...N...t... F......d"

"I got a bad feeling about this..." Rei muttered as she watched the top of the...thing begin to glow in the distance. Wasn't like there was any other path though, and like she said... staying put for too long wouldn't end well from how the Black stuff made her feel just by being in the same general vicinity. She took a glance back at the other girl and nodded hesitantly, before continuing along the road, eyes cautiously tracking the strange figure... "let's... keep the pace even for now, I guess. Walk just fast enough to keep that black stuff good a ways behind us, but slow enough that we don't end up right on top of that thing either. I don't think we have much of a choice but to get closer and somehow past it, if we wanna get out of here." -

"... well so much for that" she sighed, turning and beginning to walk down the lone path through the wall "nevermind, it was a dumb idea. I thought if maybe you said some outlandish place I'd never heard of it would help to figure out what's going on here..." New York though, interesting... the hub for immigration into america, a symbol of the west's diversity, statue of liberty and all that. Her father had mentioned a few things about employees stationed there before, a lot of them apparently, but she didn't have much idea as to what or who had hired them out or what they were guarding... not that that was important right now, as she focused on the situation at hand. "Anyways, let's just forget about who's real and who's not for now. I got a real bad feeling about that black stuff...shouldn't stay still for too long around it." -

"I guess you're right..." she muttered, still rocking. Frozen, huh? not surprising at all, given what she could do now. "but anyway, I guess I only have one last question. Let's see just what's going on here... where are you from? What's your name...?" she... shuddered at the last question, as if something evil were just lurking nearby, hungering for either of them to dare reveal that specific bit of information so it could spring and do... god knows what. "N-never mind on a name, telling me where you're from should be enough...." her hope was that either the supposed hometown of the other teen would be a place she recognized, or alternatively never heard of in her life... given dreams were merely the random firing of neurons as one slept, at least according to the lecture from Dr.Kraus years ago, and were essentially just flashes of assorted information from memories being taken out of the short term section of the brain and engrained into the long term, often culminating into strange scenes and scenarios of completely fictional nature... well, her mind could only use the information it had acquired between the last slumber and this one or already had access to... right? maybe...? it was a better hypothesis than nothing, she supposed. Of course, there was a major hole in it; it only held any water if the girl said a name or town or country that she'd never heard of before... if she did happen to be real, and did spout something Rei knew... perhaps this wasn't such a sound way of telling after all. But again, better than nothing. -

"well...aside from the creep in the distance" the Brumal Girl replied, nodding her head towards the mysterious figure. "I'm kinda... wondering whether or not you're even real. No offense, but I don't think it's really possible for two people to have the same dream... and uh, you seem perfectly nice and all, but, well... yeah..." She tipped back and forth on the balls and heels of her feet idly, frost crunching loudly beneath her light body weight as she looked at the ground sheepishly. It was a rude thing to suggest, yes, her not truly existing, but one that had puzzled her ever since she first saw the other girl. "That and... well... you don't really look human either, so that's not helping. But then again, I guess I probably don't look much like one myself either..." -
A nod to both of them simultaneously, smirking that the dragon had indeed gotten the message. Though the metal person's offer peaked her curiosity- just what was a "Translation Program"? Could she eat it? Did it taste good? If it did, she most definitely wanted one at some point. She gave another nod at the robot, especially eager with nothing but her own assumption to guide her decision, though she did take the time to ask: "F...o...od? E...a...t?"
-
She held onto the hand that pet her, mind trying to process the request as she studied the starfield as the cooing stopped, pensiveness taking over her expression. "A....A.....A.....a?" the syllables failed to come her, as the pain from her last attempt to vocalize again crept back to the foreground. Still she tried to press on, hoping her compliance might earn her more food whenever she got hungry in the future... "A...U......u.......R......" the veins of what little skin wasn't covered in chitin began to throb and visibly writhe with every forward push. Left with little choice, instinct screaming for her to halt, she shut her mouth, looking up at the dragon almost like an apologetic child, but for her concession the veins beginning to calm from their frenzy. But the spider had yet another idea. She focused her eyes ever more intensely on the dragon, beginning to glow as she stared directly into his own. And then with a brilliant burst of astral light not unlike that of a dying star, there came a memory across the subtle link she'd established. Within his mind, a voice would've briefly called in Eon's mind, that of a child's from the pitch of it, the concern obvious in her tone "Aurora... aurora, wake up! what happened!? Aurora!!" another one soon after, obviously an adult of whatever species it belonged to, a smooth as flowing water and wizened with age "She can't hear you, child. I've been trying to break her out of the spell since I came to, but... it's far more complex than I was expecting..." "Ajax? W-who did this to you two!?" "...the answer to that is beyond even me. But whoever they were, they weren't from this castle. And they knew Aurora from somewhere, the war maybe... couldn't have been a human though, too long ago for their pitiful life spans, more likely an elf... but why are you here, young one? Won't your overseer be upset if you're missing from the kitchens on such a busy night?" "....the kitchens were closed." "Hmmm? Well, this is... interesting... why?" "S-" the audio of the memory died just as suddenly as it had been sent, cutting off whatever else might've been said as the spider cut her gaze sheepishly and let go of his hand, the glow in her eyes fading. Hopefully the brief fragment from her mind had been enough to give him what the information he sought. Or perhaps it hadn't, Aurora did not know either way... it was the first and only time she'd attempted such a thing, chaining together the essence of the very stars themselves to bridge two minds, two souls... but she figured at least something would've gotten where it was supposed to. They seemed alike after all, on some level, both of them inexplicably tied to the night sky in their own way...
-
Aurora, the pet spider She accepted the meat left floating before her without question, digging into it just as ravenously as the first batch, as she listened to the few beings beginning to gather round her talk. The purring turned into a coo once the rest of the raptor flesh was gone, finally looking content with the meal coupled with the attention from the white being. She'd never truly let anyone pet or otherwise cuddle her like some pet, but then again, the vast majority of others had seldom had the courage to even try... except for one. But that one was not here, and aurora knew naught whether she'd ever cross paths with them again. Regardless, She still stared up at the dragon writing in his book, as mesmerized by the strange celestial scenery of his body as the white being was with her own, cocking her head in curiosity as she edged closer, trying to reach out for his cosmic scales...

Fire Emblem on the Forums: Sea of Crossroads [IC]

she said nothing as the last of the opposition met their well deserved ends and fell to the depths below, flicking away the blood of the pirate she'd felled herself before proceeding forward, eyes fixed on the captain standing in all his pompous grandeur on the other vessel. There barely five or so of his crew left around him, from what she could spot... "You really are a damn dunce at this point...do you see what you're letting happen to your men, what you've already let happen? Do you even care? Are you truly such an utterly greedy, little runt of a bastard, that even your own people sworn to fight for you are nothing more than pure expendables, with no value beyond the work and spoils they can provide you? Is this why you don't retreat, why you don't try to buy them the chance to live another day? Do they truly mean nothing to you?" She sped forward with a burst of raw energy as she dashed towards the end of the planks, even with the nigh 3 stones worth of burden her jacket was, she was a glint of meandering embers much like her grandad before her, mind fixed on one target, and one alone, gone into a state not unlike that which all the past heads of house albus had when met with a foe they were convinced was beyond the preamble of mercy or redemption; none other than vice incarnate... and in her warpath, she noticed nothing of the Spy talking to Karik down in the water, knocking into him and not even stopping to check if the man had kept his footing or not Move to L23 whilst giving no damns who's in the way. this would be the part where I'd say she declares Righteous Wrath upon Gonzap if she were a crusader, but she's not, so I won't... -

why would it be a bad idea? it's proven a boon to every other RP on here that's started one. I'll talk it over with jory and take care of it myself depending on what we decide -
Aurora snatched the stuff up in her jaws without hesitation. Not point stopping to sniff or any such preamble, she knew decent meat when she saw it. The speed at which her fangs tore into the hunk of prepared flesh and consumed it was so fast few besides the fellow inhumans present likely had sight acute enough to even fully track the frenzied motions. A satisfied grin spread across the mutes face, teeth gleaming red with the blood of raptors, and cheeks right along with it, eyes finally returning to normal as the silver pools retreated back into the confines of conventional irises and the pupils and whites reemerged. Blood... yes, sweet, glorious blood. The stuff was like nectar to her kind, regardless to where it came from, though that drawn from humans was always the richest. And she wanted more... but she could not kill the humans without making the white being mad... so she stayed put, turning her attention the dragon who'd provided the slabs. He seemed familiar... well, no, that was incorrect. Not him specifically, but the composition of his body- stars, planets, quasars, empty void, supernovas and white dwarfs. Was he made of the cosmos themselves? he had to be... how else could his appearance mimic them so closely? The purring yet again intensifies...
-
A growl at the reprimand, subtle and short, like a child weakly trying to protest a parent's decree, or a dog trying to hold onto something it was intent on chewing on. But yet again, Aurora soon enough went back to docility. Fiiiiiiiiiiiine, the fools were probably too much work to kill and eat anyway, probably wouldn't even taste that well either. Most of them smelled a bit on the sour side, with a subtle hint of edge, anxiety, and bewilderment. She noted the lowering of height, but at that point she'd really stopped caring if she wasn't even going to have to snatch one of the fleshies. It didn't really matter much what or who she ate, so long as they were organic and not... entirely warped beyond recognition by unsavory darkness, and whatever it was, she got it soon, she'd be content...
-
Though the spider tensed at being pulled even closer, soon enough her purring was again uninterrupted. She made no attempt to stop the being tracing her back, the patterns actually growing brighter and even beginning to swim about on her carapace, a fully animated spectacle showing the infinitely repeating birth and death of an entire galaxy. For perhaps the first, and only, time in a long while, the innate predatory nature that had for so long driven her forward with pragmatic and savagely brutal determination sat docile. Though she still had no idea where the entity came from nor why it was here, there was certainty that it wasn't as big a threat as she'd feared. And it made her wonder in the back of hunger ridden mind, truly, just what it was. But of even greater curiosity though, was how utterly obvlious or plain deaf the fleshies gathered there were. With all that commotion that would've easily scared small prey off at the drop of hat, sent fellow beasts of prey backing away from the sheer volume and alerted each and every last one of her old companions and brought them running, not a single one of the strangers had so much as looked up to investigate anything. Hells, if she'd known they'd be so engrossed in their own affairs that they couldn't notice something that otherwise would've instantly ruined her stealth, she wouldn't have fretted so much about simply reaching down with a silken line and towing one of them up from the ground... that could for wait for later though. For now the entity offered far more comfort than food ever had, as impossible as she'd once thought such a thing to be... the purring again intensified as she nestled her head against the thing's shoulder.
-
The growl louder with every inch of ground the being covered. Before long it was easily great enough in magnitude that one would've had to be deaf not to notice it. The spider's eyes beginning to burn with the silver light of a thousand flickering stars and the starfield upon her back doing the same. But it was only as the arms began to encroach on her that she completely lost it, an ear splitting, purely inhuman screech resounding throughout the area even with the many bits of idle chit-chat going on, her spydric limbs thrashing and attempting to stab at the being like a storm of glossed, black lashes as her upper body squirmed with ounce of physical might it could muster, only to find not a single strike left any tangible injury on the appendages, and the raw strength that could've easily snatched up a human, snapped their spine in half like a twig and tossed them away like a ragdoll all in the same maneuver was next to worthless to free herself. And then there came the wave that passed through her mind. She didn't know what it was, but she instantly began to resist whatever it was... and failed. Perhaps in another time, another place, a prior state of being, she'd once possessed the raw fortitude to withstand the enemies at the gate. But this was not that time or that place. With one final, desperate roar that again threatened to split the ears of all those listening, the spider began to lose the raw fight that had till now so vigorously flowed through her body, her bids to draw away from the embrace weakening, eyes dulling their light. What little vestiges of defiant instinct lingered in her mind quickly began to settle as the feeling started becoming less and less foreign and far more familiar. Eventually the roaring and screeching mess of noise ceased altogether, replaced by a nigh cat-like purr as the look of savage rage was replaced by that of a subdued child... eyes staring ahead at the eldritch being with the same thousand yard stare they always held, the struggling finally beginning to stop...whatever sensation filled the beast's mind at that moment, not even she herself knew... but indeed... it felt far too familiar to her... the Squidman flashed in her eyes, a mere glimpse before it was gone again...then the girl soon after... and the struggle stopped entirely, the purring intensifying.
-
"........." was the only response the spider gave to the thing. Though the subtle growl from earlier started back up as a subtle rolling in her throat. So much for trying to hide, obviously that did nothing so far. She couldn't really back up much more without exiting the area entirely, and well... though this entire situation was the most frustrating hunt she'd ever been on, she could tell from what she'd already seen that there probably wasn't much in the way of food here... aside from the strangers... which she couldn't fucking kill and consume any of because there were too damn many. She was quite literally damned regardless what she did... The silver pools that served as her eyes narrowed on the being, another hiss coming from her mouth... though an actual voice accompanying it, barely more than a faint whisper.
