There would need to be a notice (Mews & Announcements?) for members to not only edit their profiles if their signatures are too long, but also to report others who haven't. Or the rules could be edited further. Still, people would need to be informed somehow.

Warning points are a reason to not post fiercely. However, if you've got a lot to post, members aren't prevented from doing so. The forum or sub-forum you post in additionally changes the amount of rupees you obtain.

So far as I know, reputation has no correlation with Rupees. Rupees are obtained through posting instead.

So, member signatures can be disabled, but they can still be irritating, especially when they exceed, as Ame said in some rules somewhere (I can't find them right now), two trainer card's length. Is this enforced? Edited the title to include discussion concerning the site.

This belongs in the Grand Hall, since it concerns the site. No comments are necessary to unlock member titles. They are determined by post count. As you mentioned, no list of the titles exists. The ones who would know would be Amethyst, Ikaru, or Blind Guardian (who's name was changed to Lil' Danny).
