Remember fighting the Meteors under the Grand Staircase? (Beneath the Grand Stairway B3F) There is a large door there, with the typical coloring of Reborn's gates. In the cave path to Arc-d'Astrae, if the player moves south as far as possible, they can see the gate there. That's the WHERE. The what? We don't know. Perhaps El is correct and there is a meteor inside Arc-d'Astrae's chamber. Also, the voice is genderless, as far as we know.
