The Deoxys could be more of a hazard-maker. Personally, I enjoy a Sticky Web, Stealth Rocks, Toxic Spikes, Gravity set that allows my Protean Choice Specs Deoxys-A to sweep with Hex. One improvement would be to improve on P-Groudon. You acknowledged that the foe may be carrying Spore, so *if you can* make a set around that, that would be bueno.
