To make a safe guess, with minimal grinding, exploring, and spamming text boxes, I'd wager on 40+ hours. Reading the story, exploring a bit, and performing side quests would register 60+ hours.

This was some pretty psycho shit: Essentially, my friend, betterthanlevi, was killed by the Female Titan right as he pressed "T". This caused a clone of him to appear that floated across the forest very slowly. It attracted her, but she couldn't touch it. I'd love to have gotten a video of it, but I was unable to.
