I know that in Legislative-speak, the term "Your Honor" can refer to a judge/formal head of an office that is any gender, but outside of a court, I'm unsure. Similarly (in the Middle Ages, for example), "My Liege" was used to refer to a Lord, but I'm unsure if it could also be used to refer to a Lady, the female equivalent of a Lord. As Ame said in the thread several months past, the English language is polar, leaving room mainly for male and female. Perhaps in another more advanced language, there is a proper term of formality for the non-binary.
