I just re-read the posts from May 6th in the IC. And Kenny, Gale never introduced himself, so your character cannot know my name. You can reference Gale when you aren't speaking directly about him to clarify, but it's impossible for you to know his name until you hear it. Gale has yet to introduce himself.

Seeing as you picked only a few sentences from my post, I'm going to assume this argument has quelled. I will not continue responding if the post has nothing to do with the thread. My apologies.

This thread's purpose is to bring to light the answer to a question. I am letting Angel know what is being said where I am, and, as it is targeted to his ethnicity, is my reason for posting what I did. If you are searching for validity, then you won't find it in idle gossip in a schoolyard. Historical record is written in textbook and archive and, as you are aware, not in the words of unbeknownst schoolboys. Again, I will repeat what was stated: what I heard was conversation from people at a school. Obviously, it is not true as has been stated in both historical documentary and this thread. You know your stuff, I must say. I am not an adept scholar with history, so I strayed away from making clearly stated fact that I was not entirely certain about. My one and only statement, concerning France's history, about the French retreating from some vital wars is not false, but in no intention of mine a claim of hatred or prejudice. For that reason, I said only the one line that I checked with sources to confirm as true. I would hardly call one statement a speech. Lastly, just watch the language. I don't want to fight mind-against-mind with you. Debate is a good thing, but please keep it civil.

As much as I'd like to home in on your strong suits and drive you to believing that you are more than that list states, the depression/rage/etc. will come back. I'd rather be blunt and say it how I think it is than be soft and dishonest, but I think your life philosophy needs to change. By the sound of it, you're swimming in neck-deep shit right now. Your recent status has made it clear that you are feeling far from okay. The best thing I can suggest is taking a second to breathe, evaluate what is wrong, and change what is wrong. If you can explain that you have problems, then you can still fix them. Don't spend time thinking about how screwed you are or that nothing is going to improve. Bring your chin up and change those problems however you can. Talk with those other friends who won't make it. Go outside of your zone of comfort and do something nice for them. It will dramatically help them to know that you care, and it will assist you in believing that you aren't a nutcase. You both will benefit. In my experience in talking with people who want to kill themselves, I've drawn the conclusion that they want to be their own person. Make an identity for yourself outside of your name, your clothing, or your personal culture. Let your actions state that the person who talks to you had better know who the hell you are. I believe it takes the right mentality to fix anything. Believe what you will, but the one thing that is clear is that you need to change something. Despite what happens, I wish you the best.

I believe I said rather explicitly that what I mentioned in that post is all a relay of information that others have stated. So it would do you well to take your own advice and read through what I posted. @Angel Before agreeing with Neo, read up on what I said.

The small, blind dragon was being nuzzled in the arms of the Pangoro. It was cute, but her innocence tainted by Gale's stupid act. He felt ready to leave, just depart and go somewhere to be alone. Lost in these self-depressing thoughts, he barely noticed Amarantha sit next to him. That Togepi was a cute creature. He wanted to grab her and keep her between his arms, because her bravery and intelligent thinking saved him both from Trevenant and death by Hydreigon through healing the other Pokemon there. She was smarter than he was. So what did Gale have to give in return? Trust? She wouldn't take it. Not after what happened. But still, she remained with him, even getting closer to his leg. He was shocked, but kept his surprise internal. After all, it wouldn't help his reputation to show his lack of manliness and maturity at this time. Screw that, he thought. Gale reached to Togepi's side and, with his thumb, rubbed her head. "Thanks for putting up with me, Amarantha." He reached into his bag to grab an oran berry, but he was out. "I'm afraid I have nothing to offer you now, though," he said, dropping his head. The only person- or Pokemon- here who wasn't disgusted with him was her and he had no way to show it outside of physical affection. He sighed. It will have to do. He wanted to give more, though...

I've been wanting to trace these in relation to the Arc d'Astrae (?) or to the Railnet. Additionally, because the X is the symbol of Reborn, I find it very strange that the gate in the Arc shares the same symbol. It's as if the city is inspired by the symbol at Arceus's birthplace.

Positive feels belong here as well. And I just so happen to be having a goddamn fantastic day. Not even that many good things happened. Murdoc made me get all "Oh shit!" in this hizzouse, I managed to convince one of my friends to join Reborn (game & forum), and I don't have much homework. Things are looking up, with the end of the school year incoming, my final projects are proceeding just as I want them to, I finally got around to arranging songs to post on my profile page (in case anyone likes instrumentals like I do), and the weather is great. At any rate, I'm feeling great and, even when I'm not, I am open to hear out people's venting. Don't know why I added that, but I did and so it remains. Have a bodacious day, all you glorious individuals!

I should clarify: the shots that Gale fired were not to kill it. They were meant as warning shots to scare the Deino away. But because they didn't, he put the barrel of the gun to its head, hoping to scare it that way. @Hukuna Gardevoir's name is Lily.

Gale is, in short, a cocky "that guy". Invites himself to parties, hits ALL the ladies, then leaves with his face covered in palm marks.

Might want to specify what those Pokemon are. And because you mentioned HeartHome city, I'm uncertain you were aware, but this RP does take place in the Reborn region. Just to reiterate the introduction. Welcome, and we hope you enjoy. @KH I'm uncertain that the Deino will be traveling with the group. The jurisdiction lies with Murdoc. Plus, it would break Gale psychologically to have it along with the group.
