This would be a pretty major undertaking. There would be literally days worth of text to translate. That includes dialogue, signs/posts within the game, various codes, moves, and, worst of all, puns to translate. But if this were to be divided up, I think only the most fluent speakers should take the text and posts in the game. Those who don't speak the language to be converted could still assist, though. There are hundreds of moves to be translated, variables to be redefined/changed, etc. A great idea, in theory, but a TON of work in reality. It could be done in major languages, like French or Spanish, but that would require twice the work. Minor languages would be incredibly troublesome.

The rocks struck true, dealing some hurt to the crow. However, while at first, some fragments were still in its wings, it emitted a fog that blew them out. "Damn!" he muttered. "Axis, come back!" Keaton shouted, as he brought the ball up to Axis and clicked the button, doing something he saw another cadet and the soldiers do. However, as the red beam hit Axis, Shadow's beak ripped across Baltoy's shoulder and through the beam, striking it straight to the ground, and canceling out the beam the capsule emitted. "No!!" Keaton yelled, running over to Baltoy. The small creature was no longer spinning. "Oh shit... No, no no," Keaton cursed over the body of Axis. That hit couldn't have been fatal, could it? It only hit its shoulder. Baltoy's red markings faded slowly, but then came back, fluttering. He sighed. That was a good sign, right? Keaton turned over to look at Lionel. He tried to control his emotions. He closed his eyes, feeling rage. Through gritted teeth, he rather slowly said "I would appreciate if you put that bird in its cage." Keaton recalled Sheriff, who was sleeping in the distance. He put the two capsules on his belt, sat down, and looked around for the officers. This could only spell trouble. He looked down, his fedora tipped, covering his eyes. Keaton felt shamed, embarrassed, and some degree of sadness for this creature he barely knew.

Again, the crow launched itself at Axis. However, after the two mind attacks that Axis performed, it must have been tired. Shadow flew straight at Axis, knocking it to the ground. "No!" Keaton shouted. This just got dirty. But it was not the fault of the soldier, as he had no control over the creature. Or was it his fault? At any rate, it became personal. Axis tumbled to the ground, but after a second, got back up, its eyelids seeming to turn slightly red. Emotion would be a strong force. "Axis! Use those rocks!" It seemed to get the idea. Using its mind, Axis quickly lifted several rocks and thrust them at the crow. As the rocks flew towards Shadow, they seemed to close several immediate escape routes, almost creating some sort of rock-cage.

That some kind of food? Up the ante, Zephyr.

Kenny, I noticed that you said the Houndoom went after Togepi, and then you attacked it, but you might want to get confirmation from Zephyr that it's alright for you to do that.

He looked down, feeling stupid for confusing dodge and move. He had to get his act together. "Alright, let's play hardball." "Axis, attack its mind!" The Baltoy whirled its arms around, then shot the arms straight towards Shadow. At first, Keaton thought that it somehow missed, until Axis did it again. It seemed to have no effect on the creature. Damn, he thought. "Guess we're getting our hands dirty," Keaton said to himself. "Maybe Axis can use rocks to attack it." He looked around, seeing some rocks to his left. There's an idea...

We need a bit of lore & backstory to create the background for the Fakemon 1. It's poison/steel, so it's urban, but that's all we have to go on now.

One other good ability might be filter. I say this because it's a machine, and it's poison, so maybe it filters poisons from water supplies?

There's not a name in that graveyard that doesn't have something to do with the game. If you follow Simon to his home in Peridot, he hints that you should check out the Hidden Cove's lake. However, without surf or, more importantly, dive, we can't figure much out. Though, it's quite possible Team Meteor knows about her family/past. They knew about the protagonist before he/she even became a threat, blowing up his/her train (along with Ame, so it might be a stretch to say the player was the target), so it's quite possible that Meteor has traced her past to allow her into the Team. For now, though, I don't think we can do anything but speculate.

As for a legendary... If you've finished the game Okami, you've seen the final boss. It's a tiny fish-like creature inside a ball, inside a ball of armor. I quite like that, so that could be something to draw inspiration from. Perhaps the legendary could be Poison/Psychic? As for Fakemon to add... I'm fairly certain there is no dolphin Pokemon, so that is an option I'm putting out. Or something similar to the Blue Mollusk Dragon. I love the Blue Dragon Mollusk, so that's reason in my book. It's actually a one-eyed slug, but whateves. As for an eeveelution... Depending on the environment, we a ground or poison type, like Murdoc said, should be implemented. If the region is more natural and down-to-earth, it should be a ground evolution. If it's more urban and city-like, the eeveelution should be poison. That's my opinion, at any rate. QOTD: Are new starters going to be added?

Here's something to think: On the top of the roof in the Obsidia Ward (going through the path to the park while the plants block) there is a guy who says something about "Rare Candy". Could anyone get to this guy and see if he rewards the player in any way? He probably has Beldum He might not give anything and the quotes are there before the item was implemented, but it's worth a shot.
