According to the map, it looks like we need to go through the city to reach the Circus. So, it's likely the city will be implemented. That being in addition to Ame herself saying that Ep. 12 is going to be large, so I'd be surprised if it weren't.

Despite the conflicts going on among the cadets, Keaton kept to himself. However, even doing that wouldn't keep him from potential trouble. His more favored partner, Axis, was on the ground, spinning slowly. Then, a turtle-like GAO approached it. The turtle seemed to force Axis away from where he was spinning over to Keaton, and begun to spin beside him quickly. Sheriff, too, perked up, but stood her ground. Heat emanated from her, as if she were frustrated at the thing. He looked up from the turtle, at one of the others. Logan, was it? "Sir, your GAO has mine frightened." At this, Sheriff got up from her position, and ran in front of the turtle, blocking its path. "Woah there, Sheriff. Do not attack." Keaton was now standing, pointing the capsule at Sheriff, ready to return her in case she started conflict.

I hate to be the negative one here, but I don't think this exactly belongs in the Grand Hall. Well, seeing as his Exploud is a physical attacker, Zangoose would make a much better sweeper. And Zangoose is just awesome.

There are two people we know will be in Agate City. Like LL said, Samson is in Agate City, because he's a gym leader there at the Circus. However, after defeating Aya in the Wasteland, Hardy mentioned that the player can meet him at Agate. That would be reason enough for Aya to head to Agate. As for the Rawr, that's either Terra or Hardy's amp plugged into a PULSE.

Well, we know that both Luna and G.Gardevoir lived with Serra previously, based on what she said at the end of the player's battle with her. Something along the line of "everything is leaving me. It began with Gardevoir" etc. Are you suggesting that perhaps Radomus had a child with Serra? Because, with being a model and Radomus being so bodacious, there's room for a younger Radomus having some lust for her.

While Keaton was getting to know his partners, he couldn't help but notice that the Lieutenant sent out a creature of his own, which was engulfed into a small whirlwind of light upon the creature touching the stone. Some of the others before then were learning more about their creatures. All during the previous acts, he had learned that his preferred partner, Axis (Baltoy), was some sort of earth embodiment. Or so he figured, with the dust below its body slowly turning. Sheriff (Vulpix), however, simply sat on its rear, spewing small embers onto the ground. Once he saw the Lieutenant's creature change, he thought to himself that maybe his creatures would have a reaction. "Heh. That'd be neat if you of you reacted to that. Maybe you, Axis?" He asked, the creature paying no mind to him. "Or you, Sheriff?" he asked her. who looked over, glanced, and put her head back down. "Well, you nap up, Sheriff. I'm going to see if Axis can find something to do," he said, intending to find a foe to face.
