Nope, EV Training/IV Breeding is not mandatory to beat the story. It would make your playthrough a bit smoother, though.

You're missing Chrysolia Springs (surfing), which only yields HP EVs (Wooper, Quagsire, Shellos, Gastrodon, Barboach and Whiscash), but it's a high level area, so make sure to bring a good Grass type on your team. #EDIT: Refer to this guide for some other areas that you missed -
1- Meteor Grunts old battle theme 2- Trainer Battle 2 theme (It's used for the clowns and Route 1-Ownards iirc) 3- 'Solaris battle' theme 4- Evil plan theme (played almost always during Team Meteor encounters) 5- Peridot black theme (I like the White themes too, though) I do the exact same thing! The musics are meant to fit the area/situation and create a moment (even more) remarkable.

Yep, it is. I took some pics for that: Cain's second hidden mon: Victreebel Move tutor (as mentioned, he can teach one or more moves to the party members' aces. Cost: 10k per move): Fero (???): None. Fero is probably one of the temporary party member (based on his story when Johnatan introduces the Party System, but I'm not sure if we can finish this quest right now). Fern (Roselia): Sleep Powder, Extrasensory Victoria (Emboar?): It doesn't have moves... Shelly (Illumise): Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt Cain (Nidoking): Amnesia Aya (Seviper?): ??? Cal (Magmortar): ??? Julia (Electrode): ??? Florinia (Cradily): ??? I don't have the remaining Party members for now, so whoever already have them, please complete the move tutor list. #EDIT: Since I just spotted that @DreamblitzX already added the pics, that'll just be some sort of bug report for Victoria's Emboar xD

Iirc Togepi is not a Mystery Egg mon anymore...but, since you got a trade already. You could grab a Vullaby instead of Togepi too. #EDIT: Nevermind. I just double checked E16 location guide and it still there

TM Moves could be bred on E12. That's probably why Lostelle has Sludge Bomb Roserade. -
Not quite. The 'illegal' moves that shadow pokemon has (such as Shift Gear on Bonsly) cannot be obtained via breeding.

The main argument that I heard about why someone would choose a console over PC is because they're just too lazy or don't know how to properly maintain/fix a computer, so...they just go for a Console. I would, definitely, have a better PC to play games that rely on your hardware, but, since I got very little time to spend playing, I just use my good ol' laptop to play Pokémon =3

As pretty much everyone already pointed out, there's no "best" starter in the game. If you're really stuck, you could also use Charmander because he gets Dragon Rage and...well, you know how this will go early on the game. Late-game, in the other hand, I'd say Froakie, Snivy and Torchic perform overall better than Charmander.

@KisuoX I think he meant to add a search bar on the 'Add Item/Pokemon' functions on the Debug window. As far as I know, that sort of thing is impossible, but...
