I think Dracon Scales can be obtained by wild horseas, but I haven't hunt down those, though.

I think most of (if not all of them) the Field Effects Read-outs are obtainable before you reach it (You get the Field Dex app w/Electric Terrain already installed so you shouldn't get caught off guard while fighing her. Another example is the Big Top Arena and Short-Circuit/Factory Field)

I just noticed that the guide tells that TM28 Dig is unavaiable, but it's now avaiable on E16...I just don't remember where I picked it up. It was probably on the Sunkern Sunken Villages, inside a house (of many).

We should expect the protagonist to be 18+ since Sigmund cannot keep him on the orphanage (as we don't know our family and such). Actually, the character is pretty much shady, we don't know anything about him/her/xyr.
