You don't really have to trade your Snivy and Gastly, the ideas are just enough for me ^^ I was kinda running out of ideas of what Hidden Power pokémons I should breed. Here (On the "HP List' tab) is a list of what I've bred until now. Also, both Seel and Torkoal were catch in the wild, so any have good IVs

Since we are almost "beating" the Dept. Store, I'm pretty sure Ame moved the competitive stuff to somewhere else (The OP TMs, Evolution items, etc)...

Exactly: Consumable items are kept after a online battle (tested w/Custap Berry)

Also, regarding the Fields formed by moves/weathers, I'm not sure if those are permanent (such as Water + Grass Pledges) or they're temporary (same as canon's). But creating a field that will benefit you can really wreak havoc on the opponents (maybe that's probably why gym leaders are painful after all )

You should always keep in mind that a weather based team is not a mono type, since you must be able to dish out damage and keep your team healthy to keep pushing the battle and maintain the desired weather (sun or rain). For the rain team, you desperately need Swift Swim Ludicolo, he hits hard and got great coverage. For the sunny team, I think you should swap oddish (Bellossom?) for Venusaur, he's bulkier and can punch very hard too.

Battle Bond should be implemented on Aegislash: After defeating a pokémon, it becomes Titania-Aegislash, then, you can attack the trainer directly and win the battle by Aegislash'in him lol.

There's no need to breed the Ponyta, I'm giving Elekid away xD I bred too much and since I got a lot of good spares, someone like you probably would like to keep one of those ^^ #EDIT: I hope you enjoy him ^^

PULSE Avalugg was not something planned by Team Meteor, I guess they were just testing it on a opening at Ametrine Cave and a Bergmite just walked in and that happened, and they were probably just too scared to handle it or maybe they just wanted to see what would happen... Off-topic question: When E17 Discussion Thread will be released (if that's even going to happen)? I'd love to see other's speculations about...everything?

All gym battles highly depends on your adaptability on the field and play-style of that Gym Leader. I had heavy trouble with Shelly, Shade and Serra (double battle, before Mirror Field) on my 1st Playthrough. On my 2nd run, otherwise, I really got a bad time with Shelly (again), Aya and Ciel.

This. I haven't noticed if Mr. Bigglesworth had the ability mentioned on the Dex (I probably nailed him using an special attacker), unfortunately.
