    Well, a two stages boost means it's x2, and assuming Amaria's Wishiwashi has a positive speed nature AND max EV investment on speed, her Wishiwashi should hit exactly 348 speed (on level 100), which is enough to outspeed a neutral nature Noivern with max EV investment on speed (hitting 345 speed, also on level 100). Someone with the PBS files can confirm Wishiwashi's nature for ya, but if your Noivern is getting outspeed by it, you definitely don't need that.

    Well, higher level pokemon means more experience (usually), so if you find a trainer that you can properly handle its mons (a.k.a bringing solid counters), you should be fine.

    @Salad Table, you might wanna try out the grass patches right outside Opal Ward (even post-renovation). Iirc most of the mons there give Speed EVs. If the mon you're training can't KO them, just switch out and take them out with a leveled one.

    Assuming I can control the rotation (i.e. it's not based on my movimentation): rotating minimap (such as Don't Starve's map). Otherwise rotating emblem.

    Yeah, you can't reach that anymore. You could use the teleport glitch back in E16 to revert to the pre-renovation Reborn, infiltrate in Citae, grab what you need and go back to the renovated city by entering and leaving a pokecenter.

    Repels only works on wild pokemon that have a lower level than your lead, so that's quite expected. As Wolfox just mentioned, it could be a shiny. Next time you're planning to catch a Wimpod/Golisopod, make sure to just status it and star throwing the balls.

    Flame Charge A-Marowak is a valid set for sweeping teams that lacks a scarf mon or something that is immune to ghost/fire stabs, though, as many mons force it out either by a strong special attack (due its poor natural sp.def), coverage move or STAB (either special or a super effective hit), it's not a entirely viable set if compared to a Brave 0 Speed A-Marowak under TR, and specially on Reborn, where you can have access to Amplifield Rock to extend your TRs, TR attacker A-Marowak is definitely the best set in my opinion. I do have those if you want (because I bred them both because I wasn't sure if I would run Ada 31 speed or Brave 0 speed), whichever suits you better. #EDIT: @Rochi I'm home right now, so we can trade if you want.     @Rochi I can't trade right now because the university's Wi-Fi does not allow me to connect to the Reborn servers, so I'll only be able to trade in 4~5 hours, when I go back home x.x

    @Rochi I'm not sure if we'll have a Surf Pikachu considering it's a special event and not a TM/TMX compatibility thing. Also, I got some spare Adamant Cubones (cuz they're just too slow for a Jolly nature). I'm not sure if I have Thick Bones to spare, though, but I have a feeling that we can buy those somewhere or mine them...

    Well, I'm probably asking for too much, but I would like Earth Power Deino and a Jangmo-o with 31 on all IVs. If none of them are 6x31, I would like the modest one. I don't know if Bagon and Larvitar have egg moves, but I won't ask for them because I'd like to leave them for other people too I may change my mind tho. #EDIT: I thought the exact same thin @Chim just did. Gotta congratulate ya for this o.o
