      That's not entirely true. KS'ing does matter if you're bot lane and your support takes kills. I'm not talking about kill securing either, that's perfectly fine. Otherwise, yes, it shouldn't really matter as long as the enemy dies.

      Why does it matter if the support takes kills? You're taking the CS already. Kills will make your support tankier and help him dominate the lane more.
