Let's not fool ourselves, Pokemon anime is made for kids. It has simple story and not much depth in order to be easy to watch for a stereotypical child. I watched first season as a kid, and enjoyed it greatly. 2 years ago I decided to revisit the memories, and oh boy. Even my nostalgia goggles could help. It just lost it's appeal when one know and understand more. Do not even talk about the game inconsistencies. thunder armor "shudder" All'n'all, it's not that bad. Pokemon Origins was great. Mega Evolution Special was also coll. (basically things that do not have Ash in them). As for the regular anime: the newest season have some great animations, you just have to pick the right episode. (usually the gym battles)

I played pokemon X so I have to say 3D. It's just plain better. However, if we talking fangames, I'll take 2D. It's easier to implement and one can work with it to create something new. (fakemon, new evolutions, forms and such)

I came to look at the fangames since the subforum was created. So far, Apotheosis looks the most interesting. However, all this info about the game is kinda all over the topic. Would there be some kind of compilation post in the future? -
Wow, the changes for episode 6 are gonna be HUGE! no pressure The maps look gorgeous and changes are hype. But now I'm torn. Should I continue the game or start a new one? ;-;

Usually, when I register enywhere, I use the name from the alias. It's just a combination of words "honoured" and "fire" that I took from some random fantasy language. Here however I decided to use my real name. It's unusual enough to work as a nickname in english sites, so I guess it works.

While discussing the indentities of Elite 4, we have to consider that their positions are not fixed. We were presented with the example as Laura was kicked out of it in episode 13. The story is moving closely to the end of the League, and I wouldn't be suprised if the setup changed just before we as a player we going to challenge the E4. So, in time when we started the game members confirmed were: ....the final setup might be completely different. Considering that it would be one of the named characters we already met that aren't gym leaders we have: I excluded Anna because I suspect she won't be part of the League at all. Be it Elite or a Champion. I belive that there's more to Reborn then just those two positions. Just like (in game) Ame is a manager of the League, Anna could be someone from completely different angle.

Regarding the Axew egg. I suspect it will be replaced by some other pokemon, while the Axew itself will be moved to a place that don't require Rock Climb. And why is that? I just don't see us getting Rock Climb requirements as for e15.

I was silently screaming while reading this field effect. This is gonna be awesome! I hope will see this field more then this one battle with Serra. So many good pokemon. 0.0 I think we should get used to that, as only the good ones remain, and we will be getting them all at the end.

Aaaaw... I though we would have this field in battle with mexican El Ditto. I wonder when we will see it though. Will there be someone spamming legendaries later on?

As for version 5 my favourite is Marianette Melia. Still waiting for some badass older male character. Krice is close, but we have to see more of him.

Beating Crawli's gym puzzle. Getting mixed into the fight between three crazy teenage girls. The entire part leading to Angie's gym battle.

I really like how the PULSE's are more about enchancing natural strenght of pokemon instead of just their base stats. Like natural ice body of Avalugg making a wall or vines of Tangrowth invading the whole ward and stimulating the plantlife. Now I wonder how it would influence other pokemon? Mentioned earlier Arceus would not only be stronger, but it's creation power would also increase.... I think we know what Team Meteor wants to do with it now.
