The Sunkern Trade is updated to where you get Mime Jr. instead of Gothita, which can be obtained where Ralts used to be. For the Tyrogue, I have no idea if there was weather conditions for him to appear. I know he's on top of the Research Center in Route 1.

There are two scenarios that determine what happens, one being you find the 5 policemen before you confont Taka/ZEL and the other being you find the 5 policemen after. Since you found the 5 Policemen after, the cops didn't show up so they won't be appearing at the gym. You should be still able to complete the puzzle either way.

Jericho meant you can't get both of those by breeding, specifically Ice Punch since there are no mons currently in-game that can learn it.

Trainer Cards are broken, and since League isn't running anymore, its highly unlikely it'll be fixed soon. However, there is a new event going on called PokeNations. Heh, that's true. I forgot that you need the Fossil b4 you go to them in order to start it. Whoops, its been awhile.

To get the Helix Fossil, you need to mine for it with the Mining Kit (which can be obtained from a Hiker underneath the Grand Stairway). The chances of finding a fossil are low, and to find the Helix out of all the available fossils is even lower so patience is key. Also, I think to start the quest you just go inside the building where the person looking El was infront of and talk to the people inside.

You can only find it during the morning and day. It could take awhile since the encounteer chance is around 20% so be patient and soon you'll get yourself a awesome bird. -

Wynaut could only be found in Iolia Valley, which is later on in the game. There are many ways posted on the forums/Youtube to beat the Arceus. All you gotta do is look.
