How do you get a custom in-game sprite? Or rather, where do I go to make it?

Am I the only one that had trouble on the leader in the school? I had to train a mankey just to do something to her. XD My entire team was strong against grass types, but her Cradily just fucked every single one of them up. I finally beat her thanks to a well timed Bide with Jimmeny the Kricketune and a few good fury cutters on her other pokemon that missed status effects. Unfortunately Mankey was slipped the ruphies and didn't do shit most of the match. I recommend anyone who hasn't fought the second leader to build up a fighting type and stock up a ton of awakenings. Also, I want to hear anything awe inspiring about this battle, cause it took me at least a dozen tries to take her out.

Slip him the ruphies with your Jimmeny the Kricketune and then fuck his day up!
