Part: Time to drop the parts "I shall be kind" Lin drawled lazily, like he held all the power in this situation. I don't see how. Aside from a supposed universally complete hold over my sister. Ok, not really the time to make jokes. "I will simply ask how you came upon the small yellow stone in your possession. Answer me that and I will answer your own question." Wait, did he mean the little gem that was fond of giving me static shocks? At the time it was still in the pocket of my dads suit, it had slipped my mind to get it. Still, if these guys were interested in it, that meant I had some form of leverage. So long as I didn't give away too much information. "I picked it up by chance." I replied briskly. I saw a flash of irritation in Lins eyes. The clown was silently tutting at my response. "Lin takes pity on you and you throw back a cheap answer in thanks? You ought to learn some manners youngling" Clown said. Was youngling even a word? Like, ever? Sttill, I decided from his hint that perhaps mpre detail would be good. "I'm not lying. I really did find it by chance. I was coming back from an interview and I bumped into some guy who tripped and dropped it. I picked it up, looked at it and the thing started trying to become a defibrillator" Lin looked confused at my mention of a defibrillator. It crossed my mind that I was thinking of the wrong thing but then Clown turned to Lin and muttered to him. "This ones memories say that it is a device that shocks those it is used on to stimulate a heart after it has stopped functioning" Huh. Did this guy really not know what a defibrillator was? Then again, I had doubted my own knowledge at the time. He who has not sinned, cast the first stone.... "So, you mean to say that upon picking it up, you felt a sensation of surging electricity?" Lin further asked. I was considering pointing out that that would require an answer from him first. So I did. "Excuse me, I'm owed an answer." I pointed out. Lin seemed quite annoyed at my impeding on his interrogation. Good. "Very well. You wish to know why you may perceive your sister? I can only assume it is linked to your asosciation with the stone." "Wait, so you mean you don't know? That is not worth the same as my answer." "What I gave you with that deal was not simply an answer but the experience that a fool lacks. Never allow a free question to be posed to you youngling. It could cost you your entirety." Lin snaped back at me. Evidently I was testing his patience. I swear this slipping with his grammar. I had to wonder if English was their first language. Their appearance and accents certainly gave no hints. Hell, looking at Clown, I wouldn't think he was even capable of communication in any form outside of grunts, bikini clad as he was. Heh, making them sound stupid makes me feel better. In fact, I probably shouldn't have skimmed over his mention of the fae. I checked back through my memory for information on the Fae. I had some interest in mythology, generic Greek, Norse, Egyptian lore more so than English, Welsh and Irish lore. Still, the word Fae rang a bell. Typically they were the things that stabbed the thing that went bump in the night in the spine. They were devious creatures that tricked and pranked heroes whilst never telling a single lie. That's kinda what made them interesting to me more than stories of knights and dragons. The Fae could never tell a single lie and were always true to their word. And only their word. They were slicker than a greased lawyer and could always find some loophole that allowed them to fuck with the heroes of the stories, sometimes literally if they really were fond of looking gorgeous and doing gorgeous all the time. Still, I couldn't remember too much more. Like I said, I preferred myths with Gods. Because who doesn't like a good smiting? Still, it meant that at the very least, this guy was operating under the same rules as the Fae in his mind. Which meant he could not lie. I also noted that Clown wasn't necessarily working under Fae rules "Regardless, I would like to pursue my previous question. What sensation did you feel when you picked up the stone?" Lin asked. Evidently he wouldn't let that go and, as far as he was concerned, we were even for answers. That also meant I had no obligation to answer his question now though. "I felt like I was about to have to change my pants." I replied crudely. Evidently I had reached the end of Lin's patience. "You insufferable little speck of wasting youth, I have obliged your impertinence up until now out of courtesy and apology for our unfortunate actions in regards to your sister but I refuse to suffer any more of your drivel." He spat at me, slamming his hands down onto the table and almost breaking it as he stood up in his fury, his prety face contorted. "Seeing as you seem intent on drawing this out I shall cut to the chase. I shall offer you another deal. You shall take your sisters place, wear the monocle and come with me to my liege lord with the stone. In return you will be granted right of safe passage and an oath of hospitality whilst you are in my care." I considered what he was saying. Evidently something was up. All I could confirm was that this guy was bending the laws of the universe somehow and that my sister was ill-equipped to deal with that. Then again, neither was I. Furthermore, this guy was working on Fae logic, which meant that his word, if he was what he claimed, was as good as gold for such a straight offer. Did I dare? "Jerry..." Liz spoke up. She had been uncharacteristically quiet throughout, I had nearly forgotten she was even here. "I swear to God almighty that if you don't take that deal I will abuse that guilt trip until the end of time." Ok, yeah, that was more like Liz. She's even smirking now. I sighed. "I also want your word that neither of you will return to this house without my or Liz's permission." That came very close to pushing Lin over the edge. For several moments it was clear that he was restraining himself as he gripped the table so tight he risked breaking it more, cracking the edges where he had a grip. "It's a smart thing for him to ask Lin. Would you begrudge him that?" Clown asked in a far more softer tone than I had come to expect from him in our short time together. "Very well." Lin repeated. I noted he was fond of that phrase. Whist I noted that mentally, the man with the smoky motif who was desperately tying not to throttle me wave his hand and all of a sudden the kitchen window began to glow. It came out of its frame and started to grow, it's dimensions changing until it represented a pure white door that made me think of a falling screen of milk. "You may enter the Faes domain. I offer you safe passage and my hospitality according to the laws of the Sidhe and I swear that I nor my compatriots shall enter this domain again without your express permission" And so I went through the Milk door.

Ok, I figured out why I don't know if I like Kekkai sensen and I wanna see if y'all agree, thus the double post (Mercy plz sheep) So, so far it's been as chaotic and mad as the entire concept suggests, i'm under no illusion that this is not all on purpose, the fast pacing, insane amounts of different... things and concepts. It's all there to reflect how fucking nuts and non-understandable the city really is. Thing is, you only get to see any character in little tiny snapshots with next to no important interaction for too long. Funnily enough, it suffers from a lack of exposition that other series could do without. In most other anime, you see enough of an MC or Side character and get to know at least a part of the world enough to where you develop a bond fairly early, right? Even in the early episodes you should be able to find a character to like. For example, Shinoa in Owari no Seraph. People like her even if they don't know too much about her through the interactions with the MC and co Well in Kekkai sensen you don't even get the chance to latch on to a character. They introduced the green eyed girl in the graveyard end of ep 2, I was expecting an explanation as to who she is or get to know her a bit. She didn't show up again properly until late ep 4. Wat. One of the biggest draws so far is the stupid huge cast but what's the point of a large cast if you only see each individual for 2 minutes?

I mean, reported, but I could straight up just skip the guy. I found him now and its all good, but yeah.
-
OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOH, I've seen several nice pieces of art of her for pics for nightcore vids. Ergo, 10/10

Ok, Hi. So, for the love letter side quest, you can straight up skip talking to the blue haired guy first. I found the guy I was meant to deliver to by talking to the purple haired girl but then there was a lot of confusion later when I couldn't find the guy i was meant to talk to first in order to finish the quest.
-
ooooooooook, I never actually talked to any blue haired guy. I just, kinda, found the delivery guy first. Maaaybe thats an issue.
-
I know, I talked to him already, he's the guy I already talked to. he game still won't let me finish the quest.
-
Purple lady just directs me to the guy I delivered to. I can't finish the quest doe, the guy I delivered to told me to go back to the guy but I don't know where to find em.

All I know is that the generally accurate anime chart I use hasn't listed it as leftovers for next season. That said, Ore monogatari is going on afaik.

Klive will play truer to the Temperance card than I really had planned. Now Klive will be treated more as a faux safety net if ever I need to drag things back on course without the prodding of Anna. I won't use my position to send xem to each perfect spot, nor will I use xem to help you guys too much, if at all. Xes kind the antipode of Anna who, funnily enough, serves a similar purpose to direct you all as needed. Very neutral in all of this now. No need to put in more effort past controlling your PC as you would normally Red. An RP is a cooperative experience, the host is merely the conductor for the ride. I just need some time to get adjusted with the entirety of the RP before things resume as per usual when Tomas returns. I will keep this ship afloat, if not even making progress with it.

New important info for the YGO RP folks! Make sure to check it out! http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=12974&page=70

Important!!! Listen Up! Ok people, upon reading the previous post you all know that it looks like the situation is rather dire for this little activity of fun and Joy and possible death for PCs. Now, why would we want to let that die? We don't. With that being said, with the consent of Tomas himself and Murdoc, I will be taking on the main role as host for the foreseeable future. (Shut up Azery, don't say anything about Ab00se or I swear to god Charlotte will live up to the Char part of her name, capiche?). Now, with the expected arrival of the After school topic coming around I have to ask a concesion of you all. What do you think of waiting an extra week so that I can get to grips with the entirety of the RP, not just the limited amount told to a player? Thus far I've kept an overview of the plots going-ons but with the role of Host I need some time to look at pretty much everything in more detail than in the past and coupling that with kicking off the After school job and juggling all of you mooks around, that will be hard. Furthermore, I'll be contacting the Judges o get some more insight into their characters than their role allows them to tell the general public. So, lemme know your thoughts and hopefully a decision will be made by 9:00 GMT +1, my timezone.

So uh, who do I talk to to finish the Love Letter side-quest? I don't remember talking to anyone to start it and I delivered the message sooooo yeah. No clue who to talk to for that.

Pokémon Academy: Ch 3: Winter Cup [IC]
Felicity replied to Chim's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Kage "Yes! You're my chance to wi- er, show how everyone should respect breeders far more!" Tyron claimed loudly. He walked over from the door and grabbed Kage and ushered him away to somewhere away from prying eyes to the hallway outside the waiting room. "Ok kid, you're up against one of the two strongest trainers in the academy. You overcame the top coordinator and you're seen as the top breeder to boot. If anyone has a chance to win, it's you." Tyron said in a lower voice than normal before cranking the volume back up. "But it's all in the mind! You've gotta believe you've got that chance! And you gotta believe that that chance isn't just a crack in a window, it's an open door! So kid, are you pumped?!" Claude Claude strolled through the forest with his two pokemon. Claude was worried about hs other two pokemon... until one of them arrived so quickly, Dive bombing so quickly that even Doux's very small weight managed to topple Claude onto his backside. Disoriented, Claude didn't really make an effort to get up. Doux chirped up above, happy to ave returned to his trainer. Claude giggled. "Well hi buddy. Where'd you and Colere get off too?" He asked as he reached with one arm, the other wrapped lightly around the Staryu now laying on his chest to prevent him from wandering away, to pet the fairy. Doux chirped and enjoyed the fuss, more so the attention Claude was paying him. Claude on the other hand looked up to the sky for a second. He noted that it was a clear blue sky, as different and as wonderful as the roof of the underground lake. It was a starry sky shining even when the rest of the world saw a clear winter sky. A star that kept shining, no matter what... Not the brightest but still everpresent... "Hey, how'd you like the name Arcturus?" Claude asked the staryu in his arms. No response. "Well, Iwon't take that as a no. So, your new name is Arcturus." This time, there was a slight spot of light that came from Arcturus' broken core gem. Claude sighed. "Right, onwards with our journey, I hope we're not lost..." ((Claudes back to the academy after this)) Colere The Tyrunt continued to stare. Did they say it had been attacked when weak? Where had its mother been? The serpents mother should have been there to protect it, no matter what...- 1255 replies

IDK, eternal banishment to a Dusclops own blackhole? I think that would hurt like a bitch, physically, mentally and metaphysicaly.

[Red/Luna] "Just a couple of the other people in the class. I'll let them introduce themselves later, when and if we see them with actual info." Klive responded coyly. Xe didn't really know if Arial and Rene wanted Klive spouting to everyone about their own investigation, it was a coincidence xe had found out...
