I recently feel as though I have gotten over an inferiority complex. Today, my stepbrother comes around, and every time he does, my mother compare us, she means nothing wrong by it, but she still does it and I often feel worse for it. This is because he is that standard sporty lad who plays nigh every sport and is well on his way to being a "Mans man". For a long, long, long time, I felt as though those qualities made him better than me, but recently I've realised that those qualities aren't everything. That said, what qualities are good or bad, desirable to me? What qualities do I myself want to avoid getting as I walk through life?

Yeah, but there is inherent flaws to using legit calcs in an RP, due to the fact that it can make some matchups very, very boring. In the nemo versus lapras fight, Nemo should have been pulsed and bodied, case closed. Instead, without those calculations, there was a decent battle which was fun and interesting.

Anyways, morality is a nice issue to explore in a story, and can be a nice tool to develop a character, but sometimes you do just have have to have a knight, a dragon and a treasure to seek. Simplicity can be wonderful.

Dear lord that was a lot to read through, and it kinda has me hyped for these stories now. I certainly understand the history of each world more now. Another question, perhaps circling around to why you may have lost motivation: Perhaps the similarity between the two stories in the concept of Grey, no black and white, no certainties, is what made you lose motivation? Thats one of the biggest parts of these two RPs, from what I know and have read of each. That repetition can burn people out quickly, even if the settings are different. To liken it to a lesser example: People don't immediately play a game again for minor differences or a slightly different story ending unless they have a very solid reason for it, and unless you really love that grey concept, you must be tiring of that, right?

"Well, it was nice meeting you Citrine" Claude said to the pretty girl with a friendly smile. "I hope things turn out fine for you and Henry, else we'll all hear him grumbling for the rest of the term." With that said, he walked to the front of the stall to greet the new customers. "Hello there, sorry for the wait, though it looks like Doux kept you happy. Would you like to have your faces transformed by an Extraordinaires flair, or do you have a certain pokemon you've dreamed of looking like? All of it is possible at the fabulous stall of Claude the Extraordinaire, yours truly!" Claude rattled this intro off with a sparkling grin, letting the words roll off his tongue and finishing with a bow at the waist.
