    Lance pinged off of the Torkoal after hitting it, and was almost out of reach of the flames, he scrambled to avoid them, somewhat shielded by the carapace on his back, though the heat was excruciating to the small bug.

    Final question, what's the policy on swearing and such? I kinda want to play an angry character, as opposed to an easily riled one from my prior RPs, and I want to know what's considered overboard. Pokémon: Aftermath Sign-Up Sheet Name:Adam Kytel Age: 16 Partner: Lockhart The Honchkrw Appearance: 5"9, chestnut brown hair, murky turquoise eyes, medium weight build with somewhat masculine features, though he has yet to truly grow into the man he may yet be. Personality: Very immature, Adam was forced to deal with things he didn't understand just as he entered puberty via the death of his single mother. The combination of emotional stress and biological stress has made the past few years quite... tumultuos to say the least. This means he is very eager to direct and vent all his emotions toward the people around him, most notably his enemies. Generally an abrasive person, though generally should one wish to avoid his prickly manner, one must simply stay away. Backstory: Born during Dawns reign, he grew up accustomed to the society around him, though he certainly wasn't happy about it. He was forced to fight alongside his mother to survive in the poverty stricken portion of Sinnoh from an early age. Around the age of 13, he lost his mother. Combine puberty, the loss and the current state of things, and you get a volatile cocktail of angry teenager, ripe to fight the person he sees as causing all this: Dawn. It was after his mother died that he encountered Lockhart, as a murkrow, who immediately tried to steal Adams bracelet. Naturally not allowing this, Adam put a stop to Lockharts mischief and forced the Murkrow to help him survive to pay off a debt that Adam considered the bird to have. The two grew to trust and depend on each other to survive, though it was always clear who the master was. After some time, they were fortunate enough to come across a dusk stone and evolve Lockhart. Things to Notice: Wears his mothers simple silver band on his wrist, engraved with a crescent moon.

    Love, so much of mankind's greatness came from or was linked to this phenomenon. This seemingly inadmissible part of life that seemed to force itself into everyone's lives at some point... The small gem of focus, forged in Darius' earlier anger, now had a flaw. The small question about what he would lose and miss out on by devoting himself to this cause. He was under no illusions; This task was no small feat, he would lose much of himself in the process, if his suspicions were correct. this could span several lifetimes. So what if he never got to experience that small wonder known as Love that impacted Deric so much? Darius only had 21 years to him, his youth showed when compared to Sinbad, certainly, more so in the face of these ancient entities like Anansi. Darius toiled over the tale, Derics words spurring Darius mind to thought and worry. after a while, Darius shoved t all away, before it could cloud his mind like a storm. "You said that he was now the widely known Thief King... Is that a false Title? Is he more than a thief, but a murderer?" Darius focused on what he had trained his whole life for: apprehending criminals.

    I honestly can't decide what to do in this battle. I don't know if Lance should have been sent bouncing off the shell once more, or if he's still close enough to get hit by the flames, which would easily be an OHKO.

    Tame compared to what he wanted to say is not the same as Tame. besides, the fight isn't going well, and Claudes not feeling good about that, of course he's a bit on edge. especially after the snorlax fight, he has higher expectations of himself.

    Ooooh, tough choice. I'd say, Disgaea, or failing that, Kingdom heart. Kingdom hearts basically being the copout, cover-all where you get everything.

    Despite wanting to snark back in response to Mareeks words, Claude instead yelled a command to Lance. "Ok, try to aim downwards, use peck, see if you can reproduce Bullet Bug again!" Lance tried to do so, orienting himself downwards, but unable to spin like he could the first time they tried the move. His horn, however, was still aimed directly at the Torkoal as he fell.

    </3 is right I also assume it's the same thing with Claude and Kristen. The heart wants what the heart wants, but sometimes, the flesh has it's own agenda.
