    There will be combat, but I'd suggest selecting a Gift that is very adaptable, both for Combat, and utility. How much Combat you get into in the beginning depends on your Character and their choices

    So, supreme stealth, unless someone sees him without him using his power? Slap a concentration limit on that and you're accepted.

    So, there is no Tech or systems to be found, until much later on. I should have specified the Tech level in the History Segment. Regardless, unless you REALLY want it, that Gift is going to be largely worthless.

    Claude was mulling over how to ask Devi about his situation. Eventually, he just decided to buck up and ask Devin what on earth to do "Uh, S-sir? Can I have a second?" Claude asked, nervously deciding how to spill the story.

    Claude had already retreated a few meters away from Mareek. "No promises" Claude said simply. Like hell was he getting any closer to that pack of devils.

    So, there really is no rhyme or reason behind Claudes phobia right now. I might make it a subconscious thing that he realises after working a little with the SheDevil (Not the tyrunts name), I actually lucked out by picking Rock, i think it nicely juxtaposes Claudes outer persona whilst somewhat resembling his inner persona but until then, it's just something that's there.

    Claude tried to force some restraint on himself, something he wasn't very used to, and lifted the pokeball to show Mareek. "It's not getting it out, it's that It's a Tyrunt that's likely very pissed at me, and I have the biggest fear of Rock types this side of the world" Claude explained, forcing his words into coherence.

    "um...something wrong?" Claude whirled to the sound of Mareeks voice. "I Might have accidentally caught a pokemon, and I don't know what to do, and i'm scared of it, and, and, and..." Clade began hyperventilating, until he forced himself to control himself. "Basilly, I really need Devin, because I have no fucking clue what to do."

    I can certainly understand how you feel, in the idea that the hard work you put in thus far coud just be "Rewarded" with more hard work. Whenever that happens, it's always a bitch and a half. I've found the best way to deal with this is to make sure you enjoy the work, and what you are doing. In a game like WoW, i' sure you can have fun, right? That should be all that matters, but if you don't get that item, that's gonna sting, so feel free to rant.

    Yes. Due to a lot of prejudice in the years leading up to the RP, and the fact that this prejudice only started to dissolve recently, means that Gifted were very limited in what they could do with their abilities. This means that the potential growth of the rebuilding society was stunted and isn't anywhere near as advanced as it would be normally. I'll detail this more in the OP of the OOC as a primer though, so look out for that. And Hukuna is right. The richer a world, the more immersive it it, and the more factors a storyteller has to play with. Very useful in a scenario like this.

    No, feel free. Something I never find IRL is someone willing to or wanting to ask those questions. If you feel you need to know these small details, fire away. No spoilers though, you'll remain in the dark, just like all other PCs.
