I mean healing is not the same as shape-shifting, especially considering you specified your mass has to stay the same. Healing wounds would require you to add mass or use what you have to cover. Healing would equate to shrinking yourself.

I mean, extended fights aren't really possible anyway right now because most of us? We're kids. Mostly without combat experience. They don't really have much stamina, any substantially large pain thresholds or at this point Lumen energy, logically speaking. It's down to Shiri but y'all probably should have pussied out a while ago.

I can let Tales slide because that is action based but Final Fantasy is too different to really compare. It's turn based, not action. Also, a point in DAs favour is that the stories are connected and your previous decisions have an actual impact on the face of the world. You can't say as much for most JRPGs when most "decisions" are fairly hollow and binary.

I think part of why there wasn't already a DA thread is because each story is personal to you in a larger scale than most other RPGs or games in general. There's less common points cuz we all made like 50 different decisions. Regardless, I adore the series for the narrative of teh games. The lore was always kinda cool but it went over my head a lot. It did instil an instinct to never trust demons within m for any other game, which is good really.

Jorgen & Misara Well, this was going to be a cheery encounter. He really didn't know where he was, maybe orienteering wasn't really a skill of his. Sure, he had to use maps when in the army but he didn't actually have a map. Could he have asked for one? Maybe. Jorgen & Misara [[shit, sorry for making you drag Jorgen into things Notus]] I think i recognise her... Jorgen thought, squinting at the figure ahead of him. He'd only met here maybe twice but Misara was quite distinctive. She also wasn't an angel, which kiiiind of helped to differentiate her from the city residents. He was looking at her through what was pretty much the aurora borealis though. That made it a little hard to tell. He started waving to get her attention, the big cyborg couldn't have been hard to see from size alone but, because he could, he started to yell too. "Oooooi, Miiisaaaraaaaaa!"
