    HO: Still not really impressed by this. Granted the visuals are good, the world is solid if not too fantastic. It's still nothing I couldn't get by playing some Valkyria chronicles but eh, whatever. Owari: Feels like there's been more sheer plot progression in this one episode than in the first half of last season, they jammed so much shit into this episode. For better or for worse. I still like Guren. I still like Shinoa. All good. Fairy Tail: Funnily enough, I'm enjoying this the most right now. I dunno if it was just an accident but they timed it so that whilst everything else is building up the starts of each anime, Fairy Tail is hitting one of the highest points in this show to date. They're at one of those moments that make shounens so popular, the moments where all the sitting through constant exposition and stupid filler is validated because of the fantastic combination of action, music, plot progression and- believe it or not- character development. Right now, Fairy Tail is approaching a crescendo in the spotlight with nothing else approaching it, because they're all just starting up. EDIT: I might end up watching Rakudai solely for the opening btw

    Female Dorms Claude settled down enough to answer, still chortling a little as he spoke. "Oh, nothing. Just that I never seriously expected to have that particular accusation be aimed at me." Claudes smile only grew wider as another girl fell out of a window and then, as the cherry on top another girl arrived, the first coordinator he had met today. "Oh? A desert gem? Well hello Citrine. I think you're the first person to actually introduce yourself." Claude waved an arm at Samantha and the fallen form of Adeline, who Doux had floated over too whilst making concerned cooing sounds. "I'm Claude the Extraordinaire, Coordinator supreme, of the opulent Lumiose city. Very nice to meet you" Claude was certainly enjoying his fair share of pomp and fanfare today.

    Like it's been said Tacp, you don't ~have~ to insert yourself into a conversation. You can just be an onlooker. If, later, you see an opportune moment to join in, do it, but don't feel you have to throw yourself into the active conversation.

    Male Dorms Oswald grimaced. If this damnable thing didn't pop up Oswald may have to explain to an irritated Redwood just what the hell he did.. Maybe it was time he took up hiking, he needed to update his maps on the forest after all... All he could hear from outside was the rumbling of the house and the faint wails of the students within. He didn't hear any of the questions levelled at him. That or he chose to ignore them, like from the even more panicked student that had fetched him in the first place.

    Note: I was using the chekov examples for their general application rather than literal meanings. They're mentioned, they can be noticed by the reader and if the readers smart, the reader can figure out what they're meant for.

    Female dorms He couldn't help it. fits of laughter burst from Claudes lips, unrestrained as the laughter of the child he was at heart. It started off a snort and a smirk, building into giggles before reaching a crescendo, gales of mirth escaping into the open air. Doux didn't really understand why his friend was laughing but he liked it when Claude was happy, so he took flight and circled him, chirping happily. Male Dorms Damn it all but I wish I could wrangle that damnable things neck Oswald had been approached by one of the new students as he circled around the school grounds. He had been coming around to the Male dorms when the boy rushed up and began rattling on in an almost incoherent speed about a Ghost appearing at the dorm. It sounded suspiciously like the pest that had taken up residence recently. Only one way to deal with this. The grouch bellowed out his commands. "Get underneath a table! Anyone who doesn't do that is the one to blame when something cracks their skull open!" Oswald waited a few moments before nodding to Geodude. The pokemon dropped to the floor of the dorms entry way and took hold of the ground around it. Then, slowly, tremors began shaking the building, gradually getting stronger and stronger. Start levitating you little bastard, give me something to aim at.
