Okay, so I know how to get the bike. You're supposed to go into that Old Lady's house at night and steal some Pokemon...etc. Well, I've already joined the Aqua gang and received the mission from the leader. I went over to the Magma's hideout and talk to the two goons in front, but they won't battle me. They just give me some message and nothing happens. Every time I go into that old lady's house, she just calls me scum and tells me to leave. I've tried this at night too.
To be clear, I've already progressed through quite a bit of the story line. I just beat Shade. I'm wondering if there were some prerequisites I missed in order to get the bike. I never found all 5 police officers if that might be it.
