My guess is that the Shiny Charm works, but maybe not tripling the chances. The usual shiny rate in Reborn (700/65536) is already much ~1.07%, it'd be a bit too much if you had a 3% chance to find a shiny IMO.

As previous topics about this have stated, IVs are nigh pointless. It's noce to not have 6 zeroes, but the difference between average and perfect is 15 points at level 100.

Go Heracross. I've messed around with Gallade a fair bit and even with what seems to be it's best set (SD, STABs, Shadow Sneak), it struggles a lot. It's bulk makes it impossible to set up on anything but special attackers and even then, it needs to set up a LOT because it's rather slow and, again, physically frail, so it relies on Sneak a lot. Heracross is much better, same attack stat but with a more useful movepool (it has no Psychic moves, but gets EQ and Rock moves, Bug is also pretty useful), slightly less special bulk and way more physical defense (though it's still not supposed to be taking hits). It's especially more viable because of Guts and the fact that a Toxic Orb is in the game: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=10033&page=2 You could also go Moxie, but sub-par speed and defenses mean a hit-and-run style is more efficient. Unless you have Trick Room or Tailwind support.

Definitely Crash. It's both stronger and it's hot a 30% flinch chance, great with Sneasel's/Weavile's high Speed. If accuracy may be an issue, just grab a Wide Lens from wild Yanma.

All's been said about your 2 sets it seems, but the DD set is faaaar better than both of those. DD, EQ, Head Smash, Dragon Claw, Rock Head, Jolly/Adamant Max Attack and Speed, Wide Lens. It's bulknis very poor and a Rock typing certainly doesn't help that. DD can not onpy get your Speed to the point that you can outspeed every unboosted foe as well as get even more.power, to the point where OHKOing is no issue.

It'll be Sandy cloak if you fight in a cave, beach or, what you can actually do before gym #2, fight something from a Headbutt tree. Or it should be, unless that was forgotten for Reborn.

Your team can handle Poison abd Steel very well, so 2 Fairy types should be no problem. Although Wigglytuff is terrbile fir everything bar early game.

Is there a list of what gets what Egg moves when you get 'em? Although, either way, that doesn't really change much for this guide, I don't think. In E12, you'd lose that Egg move since the mother can't pass moves. In E13 and onward, it'll be passed on along with the other moves you breed. Yeah, I'll have that up later, my laptop will be dead for another 2-3 days and there's a lot of combos, it look like.Honestly, I just forgot to do it while the thing was still working, haha

I'd recommend you check the breeding guide in thr Team Showcase section, it lists a way to use CE to generate an egg every 3-4 steps. If you're still not getting anything after that, it has to be something Dobby listed.

That's completely wrong, what yiu get is entirely up to chance. To begin with, that theory wouldn't work since there's 18 options and only 15 episodes si far.

Only the fossils from gen 1-4 can be mined up, so you need the Mining Kit from below the Grand Staircase (northern end), for which you need Rock Smash (top of the southeastern staircase), for which you need Shelly's Badge. For Cover/Plume, there's the Agate slidy puzzles and an event inthe Spinel museum with 2 Meteor Grunts. Jaw and Sail are gotten from the Order of the Helix sidequests.

I think it's in the bottom left-most building in town, the little shack where we get the Good Rod. I think.
