  1. It's ORAS standards. With how many changes were made, a few may or may not have been missed, but it should all be mostly right.
  2. The AI is only like that right now due to Essentials' newest update, things will be fixed eventually. Might as well be prepared for that. Oh come one, everyone knows about the DeliBirds and the Beedrills, the daycare people are playing dumb for the younger trainers' sake
  3. An easy way to see if you'd be missibg out on anything is just checking tge final evolution's Bulbapedia page since they have a "By a prior evolution" tab there for moves only a certain non-final evo-stage can get, if any

  5. 1) Third, obviously. 2) "Halfway through, a bird weighing 200 grams sits on the truck". That may have been badly worded, but as is, nothing indicates that the bird landed there after the weighing. That, or it's because of consumed fuel.
  6. Welcome to the forums! Hope you enjoy your stay around here, feel free to introduce yourself in the Grand Hall! To answer your questions, 1) it's Gen 6 Standards, though passing down IVs is kinda wonky ATM and 2) yes. The items are at the 4th floor of the Obsidia Dept. Store at 15k a pop. Although right now, there's some bugs with that, namely breeding with a parent holding a Destiny Knot or both holding Power items make the game crash iirc.
  7. Depends on the base stat, but Natures generally do between 25 to 40 points (for stats actually worth boosting), EVs and IVs are always 72 and 31 respectively (except for health).
  8. The only really bad lag for me is in Chrysolia Forrest and the top two rows of grass right next to the Grand Hall.

  10. I thought it was just because of the type he trains. Julia (Electric) wears Yellow, Florinia (Grass) wears Green, both Cain and Aya wear Purple, etc...
  11. Get out of my subforum, you heathens Just kidding, but I do go for a party as good as can be, IVs being the only thing I don't care about because it's just a hassle, one which is hardly worth the effort. For the rest, I do it because it is incredibly helpful. A lot of things out there go from utterly worthless to godly with the proper moveset, and natures and EVs increase most stats by up to 50% depending on the Pokemon, so it definitely comes in handy. Plus, the foes in Reborn have optimal EVs, natures and movesets too, so might as well fight fire with fire, y'know? The worst I've done with any gym after getting most of my final party (right after Kiki) was 4-0, so it gets the job done.
  12. I already think all the Egg events (as scarce as they are) are a pain because you need to go free up a party slot. But if a Pokemon Center or PC is really close and if it's not done all the time but only for longer events like the Scraggy one, then fine, though I wouldn't be using it either way, breeding takes little time and effort anyways.
  13. So...why do people care about Shofu again?

What the other 3 above me said. I find it funny how the guy rants and gets frustrated at the game, specially when he does puzzles and gym leaders for the first time. Also is true that it gives reborn more relevance: I half-kept playing the game because of that playthrough, and lots of new players get here through shofu.

Hiyas, shofu si the reason i am here XD and I am on staff now. But yea, shofu is just fun to watch as he typically freaks out a bit. ((and, I don;t think he is playing it up for reactions like some do, I think he is just like that, which makes it even more funny to me.)) I watch his streams though, and he is like that on there too. So, feel nice theat the dude is jsut messin' aorund being himself, rather than jsut doing youtbe fro money or something like that.

Shofu is the biggest Youtuber covering Reborn, he's a big reason a lot of people including me became part of the community. Also it's entertaining to watch him rage:D.

  14. The new Essentials update was 1 step forward and 2 back. Roserade is fun to use though, if you don't mind having something in common with Fern. Make sure to give it Technician for Hidden Power.
  15. To add to the whole breeding thing, I've tried to make this as easily understandable as possible. You can check that out and send me a PM for any part you don't understand so well.
  16. We also know Ciel will be fought in the Circus. And I'm kinda having a hunch we'll have another spontaneous battle like with Noel, it wouldn't be too odd considering the 2 that went down the Waterfall. As for where we can find the "real base", " nowhere" is my guess. Their current main goal is getting people outta there, and considering that the members that joined them because they actually believe in their cause are most likely the minority (tons of simple grunts who joined for reasons like Tara and Simon), I can't see them making anything more than temporary bases, wouldn't wanna risk another mess like with the Clawitzer PULSE. I'm guessing the main base (if there is only one) wouldn't be in the region. They'd likely "move in" after their whole "world rebirth" thing they're planning.
  17. It can't be found in the Peridot Garden at all, check the links.
  18. Short answer, yes, must be day. Long answer: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=7866 http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=6802
  19. Just wait for a physical attacker and setting up is no problem with that 112 base Defense. About the Darmanitan, first it U-Turned on outta there for some reason, then got caught on the switch-in by a teammate. An "Ash-worthy" play indeed, haha.
  20. I don't care, really. I have a Ditto, so I can just "make" spares and trade them to you. I also have my own team set, so you can even give me an army Sunkern or something.
  21. If you wanna do that^^, I have every single fossil Pokemon on my save and can trade you all of them.
  22. Fairy is a really slow type, to the point that Bisharp and Toxicroak not actually resisting Fairy doesn't matter, they've pretty much got a guaranteed OHKO with a STAB move, since they're not good at physical defense either. As for Crobat, STAB +2 Venoshock already does a lot, but if you get anything to set up T-Spikes that's pretty much a guaranteed sweep until a Steel type comes along. And I've tried both Nidos, and can say you'll definitely appreciate the extra Speed and Power much more than the extra bulk. Though I'm still pushing for Durant. Not only is it really fast, Hustle essentially gives it a base 190 Attack stat, while Hone Claws negates it's only drawback and buffs it's attack further. It takes skill to fail a sweep after a HC, and the set-up is no problem against any non-fire physical attacker. And again, Fire types are no problems for it, since it easily outspeeds all Fire types except for Talonflame and hits them really hard.
  23. Nope. There's an event in the Museum that gets you either a Cover or Plume fossil, the Circus has 2 minigames that each give you a Cover or Plume fossil and that's it. There rest is all mining. Not that resetting in front of a takes long anyways, unless you're closing and reopening the game every time or something
